When I recharge my account I receive a mesage for last three months and my balance 5.0 SR. is deducted i don't know what the hell of this is? Several time i visit at Mobily customer care outlets but they were unable to deactivate this service so please deactivate all availed services if these are availed accidently ortell me a proper way to fix this problem.
