DEDUCTIONS

Dear Mobily,
I just loaded a 50.00SR today,unknowingly that I subscribe from PRIME 40, then automatically deducted SR20.00 from me. After that I took my lunch and for a while I check again my balance, now SR25.00 only. I'm afraid that my balance will become ZERO at the end of the day without using voice call or any data.
Could you please deactivate ALL SERVICES if subscribe any.

FAIR USAGE POLICY

Assalamalaikum,
I am businessman,travelling back and forth to riyadh to dubai to India,every two months since 20 yrs.I have been STC customer since 15 yrs but due to change of location i cudnt get signal from the stc tower to my building so I bought Mobily 4g router.
For first five days the speed was awesome,no lagging,nothing.I was content with the service.But as five days passed I was shocked to see the speed slowing down to 100kbps and as 5 adult members in the family who totally depend on internet for their daily routine,this was furious and irritating...WHY THE HELL THE SERVICE PROVIDER DINT EXPLAIN THE LIMITATIONS OF FAIR USAGE POLICY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE???and after calling 1100 tons of time,at the end of the day we came to know that we have used the data of 15GB QUOTA PER WEEK...R U SERIOUSLY KIDDING????WHO IN THE HELL IN THIS CENTURY USES 15GB DATA FOR A WEEK..BELIEVE ME AS I AM CONSTANTLY TRAVELLING there are various internet offers in various countries including DUBAI and developing country like INDIA,wherein we can instantly recharge our INTERNET DATA EVEN IF WE HAVE USED THE LIMITS..
I am saying this because I was said to wait for 4 days without internet by the customer care executive of mobily..and I know all this because I have residence in Dubai and in India WHERE WE CAN INSTANTLY RECHARGE THE INTERNET DATA(yes there also I have purchased 4g Router) VIA ONLINE AFTER THE USAGE OF 60 GB DATA for 15 days>>HEAR IT 60 GB DATA..Common this is like asking us to go back to 1990s..PLS UPGRADE YOUR FAIR USAGE POLICY AND MAKE IT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY WITH THE OPTION OF INSTANT RECHARGE ----SMARTBYTES--- AS THEY SAY FOR AIRTEL INSTANT RECHARGE..here is the link below for your understanding...
