Today Sunday May 20 (2018) at around 3:35 on the Q32 bus #4218 Metropolitan transportation Authority plate #AU 1164 New York on Queen Plaza where enter a young black woman and I do not pay because I did not have money the bus driver an Asian guy got off the bus without explanation, inside the bus we told the girl that she have to pay for the bus to follow the route, we got coins for her to pay, but the hole did not receive the coins and the driver did not want to go up inside to see whats happen, he said things to the woman who I could not hear and finally someone ask the driver why he was not up that to continue the route that we were waiting for him and suddenly he enter the bus went over the lady and spit on her and tried to hit her and the people went over him, the woman slapped him for being bold and abusive to her. This is not the way to make someone pay for their passage and less a man against a woman, he was an Asian man.
A man should not touch a woman or with the petal of a rose, that man should not be working with the public because you see that he is a violent person and you could see the face of hatred.

Refuse to stop at the bus stop.

Bus 82, N 4819--
The Bus driver- Dark Skin Man -refused to stop at the bus stop( Kings Hwy/Van Sicklen St.) The bus has few people there and the road wasn't crowded with vehicles.
I Had to run to the next stop (Kings Hy/MC Donald Av) in order to Catch The Bus. On my question why he didn't stop, He told Me something ( I didn't quite understand) and He was Extremely Rude.
It happened Today---15/5/18 At about 7.20 PM, Bus - 82, N---4819, Driver- Dark Skin Man.

Always late!!

The x5 bus to Manhattan is NEVER on time anymore. Not only that, it takes 10 years to get home. Dangerously slow drivers, staying in the right lane when it is very clearly the raffic lane(approaching Brooklyn bridge). Give me a break! I used to get home to eltingville at 6:40-6:50. Now, I'm luckt to make it by 7:00. It's terrible and disgusting. I'm tired of it taking 2 hours to get home or more, when it should take 'much less. Get it together!!!

M100 at 125th and Park

Impolite Driver

Incident Date: 4/26/18
Time: 7:39pm
Bus: Q16
Bus No.: 4696
Departure stop: Flushing

After getting off from the 7 train, transferring to Q16, the machine read my Easypay express metro card as "invalid". This bus drive on bus number 4696 wanted to confiscate my card because he said "what if you are going to use your card again."

First, this card was working just 40 minutes ago when I swiped myself in Grand Central station.
Second, if your card reader detects this is an invalid card, what makes you think I will use this card again on another bus?
Third, this card is in my possession and it is my property, who are you to confiscate my card? You may not let me get on the bus, but you can't not take my card away.

I'm paying for my service. You, as a bus driver is providing a service. You have a job because we need the service. No need to give anyone a hard time.

Dangerous Bus Driver (license plate AW 7107)

Hi,

At about 9:15 AM on 3/5/18 I was crossing 5th ave along 57th street. I started walking because I clearly had the right of way (you could see the white man light up). When I was about a third of the way across the street a bus with new York license plate AW 7107 practically crashed into me. I had to dodge out of the way. I normally wouldn't write a complaint but this was quite egregious.

This person is dangerous and should NOT be driving buses. If I were elderly or handicapped Id be dead. This type of bullying to push pedestrians out of the way when they have the right way in addition to the disrespect for our laws is unacceptable.

Rude bus driver

The bus driver was rude and she didn't wanted to let me on bus with a shopping cart. The bus b24 on Marcy ave by the j train and last stop going back from east new York by Broadway, Marcy. Bus late to came

I always take Q17 to flushing but the saturdays from 11pm to 12pm. Is very bad february 10 i was waiting at 11pm a that time a bus supost to came no came so icheck the bus time i see a bus in the terminal like maybe is time to came so i wait for the bus to came 11.30pm the bus no came i check a gaing the bustime i see the bus still in the terminal i have to wait because is the only bus that i came at that time. Is 12.03 pm the bus finally is here #5137. In the stop 188 herace hardening i was raining and the driver was driving to fast. I was i fear we going to have and accident becouse i was raining plesed check the drives a this time because the not caming on time before and accident happen.tank you ,

BEDBUGS

B13 HAS BEDBUGS. I FORGOT TO TAKE THE FOUR DIGIT NUMBER FROM THE BUS BUT IVE SEEN 5 BEDBUGS ON THE BACK OF THE BUS HANGING OUT SO I LEFT TO THE FROMT SEAT THIS HAPPEN ON DEC 15 2017 GOING TOWARDS BUSHWICK .I THEN GET ITCHES TO THE BACK I DIDNT REALLY THINK ANYTHING BECAUSE I ONLY SCRATCHED MYSELF ONCE REALLY HARD I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS MY BELT.I GO HOME AND SLEEP AND WAKE UP ON THE 16 SOMETHING TELLS ME TO CHECK MY BACK ,WHEN I CHECK MY BACK I HAVE THREE BUMPS REPEATEDLY SO I KNOW IT WAS THE BEDBUGS DOESNT TAKE A GENIUS TO KNOW THAT.

Q55 skipped stop

On Tuesday 10:31pm (specific because the bus time is supposed to be 10:33 and I was running to the stop and made it right then) I reached the bus stop and the driver was already there and was a few inches past the stop sign. I was already at the stop and they sped by. I tried to run to the next stop but they were basically speeding down the street. Another lady came by and saw me and said she missed her stop too because he sped past her as well.

Bad bus driver.

November 1, 2017 Wednesday 7.38pm. The 13 Ave and Bay Ridge Ave corner bus stop.The street is closed on Bay Ridge Ave, so I went to the corner of 13 Ave. The Bus had stoped at the light. Because I didn’t have any opportunity get on, he should have let me on when he stopped, but he ignored me and drove off . The bus companies relies on us ordinary people to be kept in motion and alive cause we pay them. I do travel a lot therefore I see many things that are wrong and black-hearted. If it was up to me, I would have somebody travel on the bus with out the drivers knowledge and observe the bus drivers attitudes for. They are often so inhumane this is outrageous. This is not good, need to change a lot!

Qc39 Bus

For the last 2 months the Q 39 Bus @612 am leave 6:10 am & the 6:18 bus comes 6:23 am what the hell is going on then when the 6.18 am Bus start picking up passenger it looks like that is only bus because it pack like sardine. Everyday day i reach late to work to Long Island City. I used to take the 6:30 am Bus but i have to rush to work so i decided to take an earlier Bus which is 6:18 am but i ended up late to work. What kind of service is this i just got fed up. Then the J & E train you cannot breathe in them so these commuters is getting worse.

Q6 Jamaica bound bus 3.25 and 3.35P.M.

Q6 Bus Suppose to Start fm Halmer Bldg. JFK. @ 3.25 and 3.35P.M. on weekdays never Start fm Destination always make a Shortcut and turn around fm midway. Passenger waiting at USPS Post office Bldg# 250 have to wait upto 3.50 P.M. everyday we complain to supervisor at Jamaica LIRR, but helpless.

BUS 82 line on Kings highways and Ocean Parkway.

B82 since I started working I have leave the house half hour earlier to make sure I catch a the bus.82. Everyday 5 B82 limited pass by . By 9:00 or 9: 06 is arrive. So I would like to be the first paying guess that isn't going to wait for this bus everyday. Because I don't get pay when I arrive late to my job.please check on this problem.sincerly

Mean bus driver

After I said "thank you" and began exiting bus X17 today (bus # 2661, left Manhattan at about 7.30pm from the last pickup stop, 10/19/2017) , a female bus driver started closing the doors while I was still inside the bus, and the doors hit my shoulder as a result. When I turned to her and asked why she did that, instead of saying sorry she began screaming at me. I don't know what her problem was but I recalled she stopped midway 10 mins earlier and screamed at another x17 bus driver. Bus drivers are responsible for lives of people they transport, there must be a better hiring and training process in place. Such a rude, inconsiderate and arrogant driver should not be allowed driving, especially on public busses.

Q23

I have decided to make a complaint against the q23 because everyone is frustrated with it but does not take action. This bus is ALWAYS late. And it’s not small durations of lateness. When it decides to be late, it can be 20mns late like it was today from 7:40 to 8:00 am. How can the supervisors or the drivers of such buses, knowing the people rely on them to get to work on time be blatantly disrespectful? The drivers often have an unapologetic attitude as if it’s cometely normal. Or they can be completely rude. Who ever is in charge of this line better do something. We are sick and tired of this crap. Every week for 2-3 days there’s something.

Bxm 10 buss

The 8am Bxm10 bus is consistently late or doesn't show up at all. I take it 5 days a week. The bus app glitches, showing the bus is 2 stops away then suddenly disappears.
Shame on you MTA.
By the time the next bus at 8:30shows up a hoard of people are ready to riot. Maybe we should, and call the TV stattions because that's the only way you may do something about this.

not picking up passengers at first stop

On 9-29-17 the 730 bus 3533 was already delayed and the 740 bus was right behind the 730 bus. It was already passed 730 and 740 a.m the 730 bus pulls up to the first stop at the terminal but it was already getting crowded due to the fact that it was delayed so while still loading the 740 bus pulls up two minutes after the 730 bus and i decided to catch that 740 bus being that the 730 bus was getting crowded the driver in the 740 bus number 3517 refused to open his door and he kept pointing for me and my son to go to the 730 bus that was crowded and he started to pick up passengers two or three stops away. I don't think that's right because he was already delayed and was scheduled to depart. If he didn't want to pick up passengers he should've had his not in service sign until he was ready to pick up passengers . so much gor mta going your way.

Non arrival of buses B13

On the morning of 08/16/2017 12:10am to 01:46am in the morning waiting for b13 bus, from gatewall mall to bushwick on jamaica ave and cypress hills st. The buses scheduled for 12:36am and the bus for 1:06am failed to arrive. The 1:46am bus was on schedule while riding the 1:46am bus other commuters informed me that that they had passed the 12:36am bus and the 1:06am buses and they were were parked not driving this has happened to me twice in the winter once in the spring and now. My job is hard enough without a 2 hour commute which is supposed to take 45 min. Please help thank you.

people getting away w/o paying

My son bought to my attention that there are people not paying there fare - today took an express and a local bus -2 people didn't pay for there fare on the express bus and on the local bus one was avoiding the fare until I mention she forgot to pay the fare on her way out - why are the bus driver letting people in the bus? without paying the fare -bus Q28 flushing line and Q2 express bus (bayside line)

B13 Bus

In Ridge-wood Queen everyday at 4 pm i have to wait about 30-40 minutes for a B #13 Bus going to Gateway Mall to take me home.
when i look at the schedule after the long waiting time i will see 4 to 5 B #13 buses in the route coming.These buses are 3 to 4 bus stop away from each other and when the first bus stop as a bus stop all the other buses stops behind which causes lots of traffic jam which doesn't make no sense. T he first B#13 bus stops at all the bus stop because that the first bus collecting all the passenger packed the bus until you can't breathe while all the rest of the buses stops behind empty.

What management is that, no good supervisory & B#13 bus is the worst ever bus

My morning bus time at 6:05 am is a litter better & looking at the schedule on my phone is great which i compliment

Bus didnt open door

Bus driver did not open door even though he was still stoppped at the bus stop and I show them my MTA pass ID on tbe Q58 bus no 4568 going towards rego park at atounf 5 36 pm in the stop before queens blvd .. on 2/1/2017 f****** a****** even though I show him my employee ID ....
