Extremely rude bus driver

Q5 bus number 8082 jamaica center bound at 10 January 2917 time 2.33 pm.i get into the bus and pay full fear $2.75 in the machine but it could not read the full amount and was showing $2.30. Instead.i needed a transfer and I asked politely.he had an old one beside him and he gave the one.i request him a new one.he told me pay the full amount very rudely then j get little louder and explain him what happened.but he is so rude and refused to give me a new transfer.i was asking for something I have been paid for.assulting a bus driver is a felony but what if the assaulting the passengers?money doesn't come from air it's really hard to make.i can't find the word to explain how offended I am feeling right now.he was giving free rides for his own race infront of me.so I was in racial discrimination.

BxM7 [2249] Didn't Stop For Me Until Caught At A Red Light

The BxM7 Bus Drivers Are Constantly Skipping Pass The Pick Up Stop On 72nd And Madison Ave. I Had To Run To The Next Red Light In Order To Catch The Bus. This Happened Today 12/6/16 At 3:48pm On Bus 2249 The Light Skin Man Did Not Want To Let Me On The Bus I Had To Knock On The Door Several Times Before He Let Me On. When I Asked Why He Didn't Stop He Told Me To Get Off The Bus. Since I Already Paid I Entered The Bus Anyway. He Was Extremely Rude.

Bus driver didn't stop

Bus driver of bus 54 number 4518 didn't stop . Corner of Waverly and Myrtle avenue.
When he stopped at the stop light very few feets away he refused to open the door to everyone.
When I ran. Under heavy rain to catch it at the next stop and asked why you didn't stopped? He was very rude just denied the fact and argued I haven't to complain because I didn't. Wait long to catch the bus.

The bus driver didn't stop

I take the m7 early 3,4 some time 5:00 am from the upper west side 7th ave line and the bus secudual hourly befor 5:00 am .so this morning I was early about 15 minutes whiting for my bus holding my metro card in my hand standing in the bus stop as I'm watching the bus in the smart phone tracker app , about 3:00am there the bus coming but was speeding so fast going atgoing at least 50 mph the driver saw me try to stop I had to back up as he stop he almost to complete stop bud passing the stop for about 10 feet ,you would think he stop but instead he took off speeding up I scream ant yelled loudly ,my bus gone ,I had no choice but to take a cab with it cost me about $16 , thanks to the MTA with there driver !not.

Im in a wheelchair and this is twice I haven't been fasten in the first time was last week on a b5 bus going to the green acres mall bus number 8431and got my ankle broke and my ankle isnt in place cause of him not fastening me in and yesterday on the bus going toward forest hills to the orthopedic the bus driver didn't even fasten me in and I got the same bus driver on the way back from the Dr and he still didn't fasten me in so me and my cast was going every where these two incidents have me where I'm terrified to ride on a bus ever again

Rude Bus Drivers especially number 533510

The bus 71 that travels between Newark Penn Station and West Caldwell is the worst bus in the entire state. Not only is it never on time, it sometimes doesn't even show up at all. At times 2 or more buses will show up back to back 2 to three hours later than their schedule.
The timing of this bus is not even the worst. It's unarguable driven by the rudest people on the planet who have absolutely zero empathy. One of them specifically had the effrontery to insult me, Bus driver number 533510 on bus number 6420.

QM5 7:38 PM 248st union turnpike rude

Young lady waved for the bus to pick her up. Driver stopped for some
reason at 249th street and waited for 5 mins. When he pulled out instead of stopping to pick the latest dy up, he waved back to her frantically and continued on. This upset the lady and now, she is afraid to take the express bus. She feels that the driver did this on purpose and there is something wrong with the driver.

Bus Driver inattentiveness

Hello Iam a retired Transit Worker September 27,2016 at 11:25 A.M. I got on the B 103 I showed my transit pass because when you dip it hit makes a sound like it does not have money on the card. I went and sat down. the bus driver was stopped at the light someone else got on and then she says miss do you have a card I said are you talking to me she said yes and somethings else that I did not catch. I went back up to her and show her the pass again and just like before she was inattentive.This is not the first time I have got on the B 103 and have had the bus driver say things to me. Most of the bus driver do their job well but there are some who are inattentive and rude. This one had on a cap that was not T.A. issued. I did not get her badge number but the number in the bus was 522 and her route number was X 11. Thank you for your time Sincerely Amina Zaid

Bus stop harrassment

At the bus stop located at 146 st and Lenox ave.there is a group of people who do not ride the bus occupy the bus stop bench for there pleasure.a cripple lady was waiting on the bus she had to painfully stand,while the neighborhood regulars who bogart the passengers bench everyday rules the bench

bus driver refused to stop

B 35 bus # 440 heading toward 1st ave refused to stop. I am 64 y/o disabled and walk with a cane This was on 6/10 at 9:35 at the 9th ave busstop. The light was still ;red and I was about 15 feet away from the bus calling "hold the bus". I reached the bus several seconds before the light turned green, and even though I knocked on the door,the bus driver who was starting to pull out and had not even entered the crosswalk refused to open the door.

LATE BUS

I TAKE THE 31 BUS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND THIS BUS ARRIVES LATE ALL THE TIME BTW THE HOURS OF 8:40 TO 9:15 AM, I WAIT FOR THIS BUS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND IT'S SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE AT 8:49 AM, IT HASN'T BEEN ARRIVING ON TIME FOR AROUND THREE WEEKS NOW. IT'S TRULY SAD THAT WE SPEND ALL THIS MONEY FOR THIS POOR SERVICE WERE GETTING, ESPECIALLY IN THE POOR MINORITY NEIGHBORHOODS.

Q55 did not arrive

Bus schedule reads that a bus should have arrived at 11:45pm. It is currently 11:55 and no bus has arrived yet. The next scheduled isnt until 12:25. This is absolutely unacceptable!! Profanity doesnt help in these situations but you can imagine the frustration of all the people waiting in line on Myrtle avenue. ALL THE TIME WITH THIS BUS!! GET IT TOGETHER!!

Extremely late

This is just ridiculous already. Everyday this week the Q19 not running according to schedule. I arrive ahead of time just to be able catch the bus on time because of its retarded schedule and this still does not make a difference. Norrthern Blvd/ Main Street is where i wait for it and it is pathetic. You know this can really cause people big problems. I can get kicked out of school if i occur to many lateness that are not my doing and someone can lose thier job. MTA really must do something about this grand problem. There should be no reason why this is happening at all.

Q55 did not arrive

I am currently standing at myrtle Wyckoff station awaiting the 12:25am Q55 bus and it is 12:30. Why hasnt the bus arrived yet if this is the typed schdule you have in place? What is the point of typing a schedule if you cant comply with it? This is not sufficient practice!! This is very disappointing and frustrating and NOT the first time. Why NY MTA transit fees inflate on a regular basis without improvement is beyond me. You sure dont deserve any fare increase.

Skipped QM24 buses

Today is 3/4/16. For the second time in a week a scheduled 24 bus from midtown into queens dos not show up. Today, the 4:07 never showed up. I asked the driver if there were problems at headquarters resulting in skipped buses. I was told ...maybe you should call...I'm just replacing the guy who didn't show up. This has happened with the same statement from your drivers many times in the five years I have been rising the QM24, and today is the second time in one week. A driver is out, and the bus is kippe resulting in a hour wait between buses. Why is this considered ok and is standard practice on the express bus? Surely, there is staff to fill in for a driver who is out and can fill the spot on time, am I correct?

Driver failed to stop twice

I was on the bus 253 the B63 towards Brooklyn pier at 12:30 today the bus driver failed to stop to pick up a woman ( who was waiting with 2 other people at the bus stop)who as a result ran several blocks to catch the bus and again failed to stop to let off a woman even though she had requested that the stop. I don't feel safe when the driver is that out of it. Thank you.

Mean bus driver

On January 14, 2016, I came on the bus along with other kids, but I sat all the way in the back when everyone else was in the bus barely talking. We were right in front of the achoo and I was sitting with a few friends. We weren't taking at all. After he drives about 20 feet away, he kicks every kid from the middle school out of the bus. He even tells me and my friends to get of the bus when we were barely taking. We ask him why he is kicking us off and he just says to get off. He even kicked the girl next to my friend's jacket with his own foot. One friend was left and he said she is next so she was like F it because he was such a b****. Since I live almost a mile away from the school, me and my friends decided to walk home because we didn't want to deal with another driver who could have been like that. It was also a very cold day in the thirties. The next day he comes back. He drives in to where all buses go, but right after he just drives away and there were so many children right next to the bus who thought he was going to open up. This time I got the bus number and it was bus 475. He was driving a Q77 for both days. The time was around 2:30. Yesterday it was the bus stop in front of IS.:238Q. I would feel relieved if he lost his job because he is a very obnoxious man. Not to be judgemental or anything, but you need to test your drivers before they get hired and become rude to innocent people

RUDE BUS DRIVER WOULD NOT GIVE ME PAPER TRANSFER

On Monday 12/28/15 at 9:11 am at the corner of 20th st and Ave C in Manhattan I boarded the M23 bus # 5597 with Driver Badge # 11317. We paid 2 fares with our metro card as my husband and I were on our way to work. The Bus driver was not only verbally abusive,he refused to give me a paper transfer when I explained we will be transferring at different stops. I paid my fare and was not able to get a transfer and you wonder why people are upset with the increased fares and poor service. This is just another example of how the MTA takes advantage of the riders and does not care as long as they can get more money from our pockets. For all the money that we pay to the MTA you would think they drivers would have some training in customer service. I guess bus driver # 11317 felt very powerful and good that he was able to screw someone even though they paid their fare in full. It's drivers like # 11317 that make bad service even worse.

Q 22

On July 2, 2015, I missed the Q22 bus at 7:20 pm on the corner of Beach 21 Street. After waiting from 7:20 until 8:05 two buses come together the bus # 3511 & bus # 3644. This is becoming a everyday in our neighborhood. There's no schedule box on this corner so there's no way of telling what time the buses are due...but 40 minutes is a bit much. Thank you in advance

Non NYC buses blocking bus stop

We have several bus companies that pull into the Wall Street & Water Street M15 Limited bus stop at 4:10, 4:30pm one of them is Transbridge bus company which goes to New Jersey and PA another one is an unmarked bus company bus - the problem is they stay in this bus stop for more than 5 minutes thus blocking our M15 bus from seeing us - several times the bus has passed us and other times we almost got hit by cars having to step out into the street to flag it down. Last night the unmarked bus was in the stop, the Transbridge bus came along and had to pick up his people , the other bus was trying to pull out but out of spite work the Transbridge bus did not move right away after picking up all his passengers. Our bus was coming and could not pick us up for a few minutes while this battle went on. Something has to be done about this - why not move the M15 limited up to where the local M15 stops so we won't have this issue - someone is going to be hit by a car yet.

Bus service on Q85 Busses for 8/9/2014

Today bus service was horrible. Prior to 7:30am 6 buses in a row came together on Bedell Street and 130th Ave. I did not get any one of them.
However I waited 45 minutes later to catch a bus. This should not happen. Please review.

Mother pays for herself not child-GET OFF or BUS DOESN't MOVE

Bus #7598, B68, going towards Coney Island/Brighton Beach, 08/19 at approximately: 8:35pm SCREAMS and YELLS at a woman because she paid only for herself and not her 10 year old boy (about 4'0). The little boy was carrying a huge musical instrument on his back. The bus driver was yelling and screaming for her to get off because if she didn't he wouldn't drive the bus. SHE ALREADY PAID for herself and he want her to walk with her son at almost 9:00 at night. I was so pissed, I asked him to let her stay on. He gets off the bus and complains on the phone about me so of course I get off the bus and walk (no biggy) but as I'm walking, he still leave the bus. THIS STUPID BUS DRIVER does not drive the bus for at least 40min after I got off.

HE WOULDN'T SCREAM AND YELL AT A MAN THAT WAY. ALL THE MEN AT HIS DEPOT SHOULD KNOW HE'S A COWARD.

EXTREMELY RUDE BUS DRIVER ON Q23 BUS

Extremely Rude Bus Driver
On March 14, 2014 at about 4.05 pm on the Q23 bus, bus number 4031, going from 71st continental ave. to Corona in Queens, an MTA bus driver was extremely rude when he stopped in middle of the road at 71 st ave and queens blvd. corner bus stop ans asked people from back to get on the bus. Passengers waiting in line in frigid weather wre not allowed to get in same order. he screamed, shouted, and was extremely dismissive and disrespectful towards many passengers including many women. When we asked him why he was being so rude, he raised his voice even more and told me to shut up and get out of the bus. This is my bus and he cursed again! He continued to raise his voice towards many passengers.Many were shocked and scared with his behavior. patrons are not happy having to PAY to be mistreated, disrespected, and insulted. it seems that these drivers can easily be replaced by some others who would appreciate having a job!

I hope that the MTA takes measures to stop this type of behavior by its drivers, and that it disciplines this one in particular by removing him from the Q23 bus line. He even challenged while i was getting off go head and report to MTA.

bus drive did not stop to pick up passengers

This morning as 2 passengers (1 ) with a cane and my self waited for the B60 Bus in 15 degree tempereture awaiting the arrival of the B60 Bus . We observe a bus on Linden boulevard making a right on to Rockaway Boulevard as we approach the bus the bus driver who had no intention on stop there blows by us I notice the sign read out of service Okay no problem. The bus then make a stop at the corner of Rockaway and Hegeman. apprasntly the bus is know back in service the passenger with the cane get my attention Ms Ms, the bus has stoped on the next corner I make a run for it and get on the bus at Rockaway and Hegeman. I'm beyond upset I dont say a word to the bus driver I pay my fair and start taking down the bus info the bus driver does not have a badge on so I write down the bus Number wich is #9465 I boarded this bus at 8:25 am Friday February 28th, 2014. Again on one the coldest days of the year this situation needs to be addressed. The lady who had a cane had no choice but to remain out in the cold to wait for another bus What kind of mess is that ?
