I have not received any amount in my bank account nor in my PAYTM wallet.

and still now the refund has not yet been transferred to my account...when I checked irctc it shows it's been refunded to PAYTMAG...I don't even have a paytm account. ..so please transfer the amount of Rs 215 to the bank account I used for booking. .

I had booked a ticket on 26/01/2017, transaction id-- 100000726053278 .
I cancelled it on 26/02/2017, cancellation id -- 100000145893735 .
PNR was-- 6763819903 .

The refund status shows " sent to bank " on 28/02/2017 . But the bank name shows " PAYTMG ". I donot have any such account in any bank and have not got the refund amount in the ICICI bank account I had made the payment from.

If Paytmag is a merchant how much do i have to wait to get the refund?

Please look into the matter and let me know .
