Dear Sir/Madam i have book a ticket through irctc. but due to train cancel on that date, ammount refunded in PAYTMAG bank,sir i made this teansction through citi credit card, but ammount refund in paytmag bank i dont know this bank, till now i not received my many back so plz do the needfull help.

Not Got my refund of Cancelled Ticket
I booked train tickets, I paid through my debit card.
Now I cancelled my ticket. They says that your amount is refunded to PaytmAG but I have not receive my amount what should i do fo this. Cancellation details are as follows
