It has been a week since the seller posted my item. This is very sad. I remembered the good old days when i ordered things where the items arrive the very next day. Please do something or at least improve the customer service. My opinion is if you cant post our parcel to our houses at least let us pick it up at the nearest pos branch. If you cant do that either then SELLERS SHOULD BOYCOTT using this courier.. If you cant make the difference, your customers can. Keep that in mind

I have waited patiently for a month for investigation, today is the due date and the last call I made was told parcel last seen in record at Shah Alam warehouse. Today I called and was told have to wait for all involved branches to response from penang branch to Seremban branch. What is happening? Why I need to wait for other branches to response since I was told the parcel is in Shah alam warehouse?
