1. I have a parcel (2 units of Al-Quran) that I have purchased for Ramadhan, which supposed to arrived already (Tracking No.: EP708820915MY).
2. However, it seems to not moving out from Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub) since 18 April 2020.
3. I tried to call KLIA Hub (03-8777 3777) and Pos Malaysia (1-300-300-300) but both lines were cut off.
4. I've also tried to reach Pos Malaysia vide Facebook and AskPos but both were AI responses. Further, I can't even submit my enquiries in both channels.
5. Notice was being published on https://www.pos.com.my/ that no activity/delivery will be conducted at EMCO/PKPD areas, which KLIA Hub and my address are not involved.
6. KLIA Hub is not listed in your list of outlets affected by Movement Control Order.
7. Notice was also published that delivery may take up to 3-5 working days, which for my parcel will have one (1) more day left for you to fulfil the time period as promised.

Additional from the parcel above, I have another parcel which I hope to receive it on time (Tracking No.: EU019268425MY). I hope you can resolve these issues as soon as possible in view multiple complaints can be seen on Pos Malaysia International Hub KLIA Facebook page.
