As you can see, both item stuck for more than a week, and today is 20/4/2020. And I can see, I'm not the only one.
Tried calling customer service and KLIA Hub, no one picked it up. Emailed and filled in Efeedback form last week, no response no reply or whatsoever.

What is wrong with you Poslaju?? If you can't handle such massive orders, please don't take anymore new parcel and sort out the current issue.
This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

With this bad experience, I'll avoid using Poslaju as much as possible from now on :)

As you can see, both item has been stuck for more than a week.
Tried calling your customer service, no one picked up, so does KLIA Hub. Wrote 2 Efeedback form since last week, NO RESPONSE as well.
What's wrong with you Poslaju?? This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

If you can't handle such big amount of delivery, please STOP accepting anymore new parcel and sort out the current issue.

Thanks to this, I'll avoid Poslaju as much as possible now :)

sepatutnya pihak atasan mengambil tindakkan menambah pekerja ke apa ke . barang bertambah kan ? so permintaan meningkat . tambah laa pekerja sikit bagi laju . ramai yg tidak bekerja sekarg ni . tak salah tambah pekerja bagi laju sikit service . tolong ambik tindakkan . courier lain lebih laju dari pos laju . sedih macam ni . sila semak dan hantar barang sy secepat mungkin !!!! terima kasih .
