Payments were made to my Edgars account with the Standard bank app. Three payments is not reflecting on my Edgars account. Internet banking payment proof were send to the Edgars call centre but they are unable to solve the problem. My account is handed over to the depth. Collection department and they are harassing me on a daily basis. If my payments reflect on my account it will be paid in full.
Can someone at Edgars please assist to resolve this problem which is outstanding snice 10 January 2017.

I requested for my account to be closed over 4 years ago of which i was under the impression it was closed, but to my surprise the account is still open. Its shocking of the level of service that gets delivered. So for the last time CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!

I opened edgars club thank you credit card, I told them I don't want additional feature like funeral cover, hospital cover etc. They agreed but they been charging me for 3 months the very same additional
