Gotham Steel non stick non scratch pan

I am disappointed with these pans. After the third use ther is a deep scratch in the bottom of the pan.

warpped 11" pan

I BOUGHT AN 11" GOTHAM STEEL COOK PAN. LESS THEN 6MOS' AND NOW IT WOBBLES ON THE TOP OF MY GLASS-TOP STOVE! I'D LIKE A REPLACEMENT.
