Host Sharon and Nikki R

It's unfortunate that they would spend almost the entire show on one piece. It would be beneficial is they would talk less and show more. By doing so they may be able to show all of the pieces. Way to much talking and not enough showing.

Wendy

I can not watch this lady anymore. I use to tolerate her because I liked the product but now I'm done as of tonight. I can not even understand her outside of her whiney voice. What on earth does it take to find people who can speak slow and pronounce words correctly.

Heidi Wiiliams

What is up with not looking into the TV camera! Heidi is always looking into the monitor to view herself and she looks totally bored with talking about jewelry. I enjoy watching JTV; however some of your hosts are just not meant to do this job. It is quite obvious that the delivery of the selling is not what they are knowledgable to do. Wendi's voice sends chills up my spine....can't watch. Good luck JTV!

Hosts

Why in the world do some of the hosts speak so fast? It's annoying after awhile. Wendy utterly gets on my nerves as she sounds like a robot at times and places emphasis on the last word of her sentences. And Dawn with her broken sentences - look at...uh...size 9 about to sell out...get it before...$7.99 on stretch pay. Hopefully Jana's laugh is due to nerves as she is new. Here lately it seems the hosts are expressing exaggerated enthusiasm too. I'm fond of Kristen, Robert, Jennifer and pearl guy's brother. Sorry, can't remember his name!

Rebecca Moore. JTV host

Why is this host still on? WHY?????? Doesn't JTV listen to its customers. She is not right for being in the public eye and trying to sell jewelry. I would think that you would have quality control in every aspect of the business, but it is not being exercised here. This is so painful and uncomfortable. How can you expect your viewers to enjoy watching your program channel when you have hosts that are absolutely wrong for the position. Is it that you don't have enough people that would just jump at the opportunity of doing this job, or is it that you just don't care how your customers feel? I have seen complaints from other customers and am quite certain that you must be aware of your customers dissatisfaction

RETURN POLICY

JTV does not work with it's customers to resolve any complaints regarding returns. They do not stand behind the concept of providing superior customer service. They will respond to you promptly, but make no effort to come to a compromise, or attempt to genuinely resolve your issue. They will only recite their policies repeatedly in the hopes you will go away. Look them up with the Better Business Bureau to view the numerous unresolved complaints!

Host Rebecca Moore

JTV do you not watch your own hosts while they are on the air?! This woman should not be on, she has no idea what to say, she is so obviously uncomfortable, she hesitates and talks in an odd broken up sort of way: "oh.......my.......goodness" pausing between words. When I first saw her on in the fall of 2015 I felt so embarrassed for JTV! I could not sit through more than a few minutes and felt sure she would be fired, here it is 4 months later and she is still on honestly making JTV look bad. She is not improving with time. During that first show I felt that whom ever reviews the hosts during their shows just had to cringe while she was on. She obviously knows nothing about jewelry, the other day she sat there holding a Bella Luce cocktail style cluster ring and called it a "solitaire". I look forward to the shows and am excited to tune in for my favorites but am so disappointed to see her pop up on the screen as the host. The show I watched the other day I could only sit through because Robert Thomas was co-hosting with her, Robert made it bearable because he is an awesome strong host, he carried her. That is pretty sad to me when another host has to carry the load of a really horrible co-host. He had to correct her (very gracefully by the way like a true professional) throughout the show. I have seen complaints about her on line since day one throughout the net yet JTV continues to let her humiliate them.
When there is a particular show I really had my heart set on watching and she is hosting, forget it, I have tried with mute on through the entire show but that gets irritating, I take it off mute to hear more details about a piece but then I am not kidding here, I can't take it! She literally stresses me out just to watch but with the sound on...forget it, it's not worth it.
JTV, you're better than this! I am so impressed with your hosts, I have been watching and ordering for several years and each one of them shines honestly, I don't know how they do it, I really admire what they do. they each have a gift for making their shows actually fun to watch and every single one of them is obviously educated in every area of jewelry. But then there's Rebecca.
JTV what are your thinking keeping her on?

WATCH YOUR INVOICE WHEN YOU PAY. THEY WILL ADVERTISE REDUCED SHIPPING ($2.99) OR FREE SHIPPING ON TV. BUT, IF YOU PURCHASE THE ITEM ONLINE, THEY OFTEN TIMES CHARGE YOU FULL SHIPPING OF $6.99. THEN, YOU'RE DEALING WITH RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHO EITHER STATE REFUNDS CANNOT BE COMPLETED ON WEEKENDS OR CANNOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL ITEMS SHIP, OR REFUNDS NOT DONE ON MONDAY BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY. I HAVE EVEN BEEN TOLD, THE ADDED SHIPPING RESULTS FROM "GLITCH." TAKES TOO MUCH TIME CALLING & CALLING TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED. AND, NOT TOO MUCH EMPATHY FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. Hostess Rebecca Moore

The hostess Rebecca Moore is so horrible to watch and painful to listen to. When I see that she is on, I immediately change the channel, even if I love the jewelry that is for sale. It's agonizing! She should not be doing this job, she needs to be be hind the camera, not in front of the camera. It is such a disappointment to that JTV keeps this woman on their show. She does not know how to present jewelry and make it appealing for the customer to buy. She doesn't handle herself well. You can tell she is uncomfortable and does not come easy for her. She may be a nice person I have no idea but the job of hosting is NOT for her....

JTV has a Small jewarly box for sale $13 & change.. Advertizing '' free shipping'' Not only are they charging reg. shipping ($6.99) They're charging $4.00 for over size item. Would't mind just paying the $4.00 extra for for the over size item, Where's the free shipping come into play? Paying $10.99 shipping for a $13 & change item I DON'T THINK SO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Method of Delivery

Why would a company such as JTV send jewelry via mail carrier? Why not UPS? I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for assuredness of delivery. I had a package supposedly delivered two weeks ago and never received it. This morning I found it sitting outside my building. That is ridiculous when the order was substantial. It takes forever to track items via the mail. This is a shame as I'm very disappointed in the company. I have purchased many items from them but you really can't always count on receiving them on time especially when it's a gift. One other thing I would like to say is that the hosts talk way too much instead of showing the items for sale. This is turning me off.

Orders with wrong product but right item code number

When ordering an item at JTV you give the item number to the person on the phone and they read a description of the item and cost. When I received the items one was correct and the other one was completely wrong! I ordered a green ring and received a purple ring. Now quality control should have caught this but did not. I called and was told to send back the wrong item and they would send out the correct item. In the meantime I have 2 charges on my account for the same item number and will not get a refund for the returned item until they "have time" to process it leaving me with being charged twice. this has happened twice in the last few months. Quality has gone down and errors have gone up.................I am not sure this should be listed here but The people in charge of hiring and firing on air personalty's needs to get a grip on who is a sales person and who is just turning the customers off of watching the shows and buying the products. Rebecca has no personalty, vocabulary, or knowledge of what she is trying to sell. Now that Michele is no longer there I will not be buying much if anything at all! I do not know why she is not on and it is none of my business but I think that was a bad move. I have not had the TV on that channel sense Monday 6/22/15 at 10am. Having lots of free time I almost always had JTV on all day, now, never!

Computer System

First let me say, never had a bad experience with JTV yet, hope I never do, been customer for a long time, but I do have to say their IT department stink, they have had a problem for almost 3 weeks now , not being to see order history on line and it is very frustrating I was told IT dept. was working on it ,but nothing yet, really get it fix or hire new IT crew. Thank you

Jewelry TV

This doesn't directly affect me, but this past Thursday and Fri, Jan 1&2, they were telling people that they would hold the sale prices and orders over until the 3rd so people had time to get their government checks - mentioning that they arrive on the 1st and the 3rd. Made me angry! They also urge people to use multiple credit cards. I have ordered from JTV and have been happy with the quality but don't like the RUSH and high pressure tactics like they're always r34567eady to run out.

presenters conversation

When this host talks she makes me feel like if she thinks I'm slow! It is very aggravating! She talks so slow each sentence takes for ever to complete because of how she talks. Its un-nerving! She needs to stop! The Off Park w/ Tony Collection show Sunday 12:00-2:00 AM. Channel 83.

New hosts

I am so disappointed with the new hosts that were recently hired to JTV. They are both so amateurish and so un professional. Why did they get rid of the ones they had? I am unhappy with the new hosts, I used to watch JTV all the time, but I refuse to watch as long as they are on.

Short order, & recieving merchandise not ordered.

I ordered a 11mm Morganite and another item. When envelope was received there was no Morganite. Customer service said nothing could be done until I signed a legal document stating the item was not received. This took over a week for the letter to reach me and be returned. I received an email stating a credit had been issued and the item was no longer in stock. My next order arrived in a few days, one item with TWO ITEMS that had not been ordered. I called C/S gave the nice lady the item numbers, and was mailed a return mailing label. These items were over $100.00. My items come USPS, and the post office is within two miles of my home. Labels sent were for UPS, had to go sixteen miles to return. The cover letter did not say thanks for being honest, it relayed that they hoped this would bring this matter to a close, like I had complained. Wonder if the employee that made the mistake has to sign a legal document for sending something not ordered. The call center operators are very nice, without exception, however, one male supervisor did not demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to relate professional service to a customer caught in a situation not of my making. Will they be that rude to the employee that simply made a mistake.

I know both of the issues mentioned were mistakes, it happens. It would be nice not to feel bad as a customer. On a lighter note, this is a very large operation and as longstanding customer, most interactions are very positive.

Bad diamonds and gems

Several times (Im a slow learner) I have purchaed rings from JTV which look absolutely beautiful on the screen and then when I receive them they are junk...the stones are cracked...poor color, occluded etc. I think they put the good ones on the TV and then send out the junky ones. I will never buy another thing from them.

Bad diamonds and gems

I have never seen a company who started out pretty good, go downhill as rapidly as JTV has in the past few years. Their jewelry used to be nice. I have several pieces that I absolutely love. I have not gotten anything in the past couple years that is worth my money and have dramatically cut down shopping with them. Even with the occasional discount codes, I can't justify spending money on such poor quality jewelry. It is also quite annoying to hear those show hosts go on and on and on about how "gorgeous" an item is and how you should "charge it on two credit cards" in order to get it and then when you do get it, its quality is very poor. Don't they know that when they give out that kind of misleading information about an item, and you purchase the item and then see first hand what it looks like, that destroys their credibility with you for future purchases. I don't watch the channel anymore and haven't for sometime because I just have to mute the ridiculous statements made by the show hosts. Ethically, there has to be a limit to what a show host would say for a paycheck...and if not, customers should use the only voice they have in an economic system like ours, which is the spending of their dollars. If a company, does not do right by its customers, don't do business with them at all.

Rip off

The Auction site is just a rip-off. I won a 3ct Ruby for $26.99 plus s/h of $6.99. Got my congradulations you won e-mail, and my order invoice. After 12 days they cancelled saying the ruby was to damaged to send. Yea! Right! They send out damaged stuff all the time. Why would it take 12 days to notice this badly damaged stone? So, I have been watching that auction site for rubies and they are not puting 3ct loose gemstones on there, WHY because they don't want people to win any big ticket item for a few dollars. Today, all the rubies I saw were under a ct. WHAT RIP OFFS, DON'T BID ON JTV AUCTIONS, THEY DO NOT DELIVER..

Rip off

I have experienced this too... and now JTV has changed their auction prices to have a minimum bid price. So, basically, you can't bid what you want on certain items anymore (those that we'd really want, like emeralds, tanzanite, diamond rings, etc.). Now, there's a minimum starting bid listed, and if you want that item, you have to bid above it. For example, if there's a diamond ring on auction, you'd have to bid higher than $512.89 to even start bidding on the item. I've noticed that many of these items receive no bids at all, which is completely understandable, so JTV ends up keeping the item. In the past, this wasn't the case. If the max bid was $30 for a diamond ring, it would go for that price. But I've also seen (and experienced) a great deal get canceled on me, as was done with the person posting this comment.
