e ticket system

Dear KTMB,

I am super upset with your service lately.Yes, you wanted to improvise the system but have you ever tried it?? I suppose NO. Both of my ticket transaction are successful on the bank side but not on KTMB side. I waited for the ticket under manage my booking tab, but it does not appear. I called the call center and asked them to check my name and surprisingly its not in the system. And now, I did not get my ticket to Ipoh as it is sold out!

Yes, you agreed to refund my money but I NEED TO GO BACK as I have an emergency.

So, just a reminder if your team could actually try the system before you launch it.

online ticket

Dear KTMB,

I've been trying to purchase online ticket for several times like I always does. However, since last month until now I found that the list of destination and departing station won't came out. At first I thought that there is must be something wrong with my internet connection but I've been trying to refresh it several times and it only happen to the e-ticket system. May I know when will the website will be back to it's normal or does the server of any system failure or upgrading occur. It is hard for me to buy the ticket when this is happening whereby it is not easy to for me to get myself by going to the station and wait in line with lots of people. I have quite busy life where the online system really help me in getting the ticket faster where i can manage my time much better as well as checking the availability of the ticket.

Rude Behaviour of Counter Officer

Hi

I travelled with my 3-year-old son. KTMB website said "The child fare for passengers aged between 4 to 12 years is 50% of the adult travel fare (passengers below 4 years old may travel free of charge)." I was forced to buy ticket for him. I was told that for children above 2 years old, I need to buy ticket. The officer was rude. When I asked for any policy/document which nullifies the information on the website, he behaved rudely. It was extremely upsetting experience.

Rude Behaviour

Hi

delay

i wait for train 1 hour already, from 9.45p.m - 10.42p.m, from station klang to kl sentral, still no have train come....saturday and sunday night, sleeping isit?
train on saturday, sunday and piblic holiday always delay and delay.... i am local, i also hate to wait so long time, how about traveller!!!!! how can like that let passenger wait so long time.... can you adjust your time table, please come on time. how you earn money when always delay like that? all passenger know KTMB always delay, would not like to choose train to his/her destination.

Poor online system!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased ETS one-way ticket via KTMB E-Ticket SYSTEM on 31st May 2017.
I reserved a ticket from Sungai Petani to KL Sentral but there are no tickets/reference ID/history on my ktmb account.
I have no time to go to the counter in order to print out the tickets bcs I just want to print at home as it is much easier and consume less time. This fault has happened to me before this and i would like you to consider checking my account. Thank you.

I bought both ticket via phone app with myself ic still said I'm using used ticket and Dun let me go in... What the stupid system? Some more can't check for the used ticket scanned timing... Then next time have to buy via what? Doesn't manage better thn what for purchase must key in ic? Ktmb Malaysia

Putra Line LRT

Putra Line LRT always slow starting from Lembah Subang till Putra Height direction during 6pm - 7.30pm. This happen like everyday. And always has annoucement on technical issues appears everytime reaching that stretch. Is there a solution for this. It is consider peak hours when everyone going back from work. This should not happen everyday. The speed has to keep up till reahing Putra Heights station. It takes like more than 1 hour plus for such a short distance. The services need to be improved!
