purchase ticket via app can't go in

I bought both ticket via phone app with myself ic still said I'm using used ticket and Dun let me go in... What the stupid system? Some more can't check for the used ticket scanned timing... Then next time have to buy via what? Doesn't manage better thn what for purchase must key in ic? Ktmb Malaysia

Not receiving e ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased ETS one-way ticket via website (https://intranet.ktmb.com.my/E-Ticket/Booking.aspx) on 18 April 2017.
The slots have been booked but there were no any tickets/reference ID/history on your user report.
Hence, I would like to request for sending the e tickets to my email.

However, the ticket reservation was unsuccessfull due to System Internal Data Error. I was charged by the bank but there were no any tickets/reference ID/history on your user report. Putra Line LRT

Putra Line LRT always slow starting from Lembah Subang till Putra Height direction during 6pm - 7.30pm. This happen like everyday. And always has annoucement on technical issues appears everytime reaching that stretch. Is there a solution for this. It is consider peak hours when everyone going back from work. This should not happen everyday. The speed has to keep up till reahing Putra Heights station. It takes like more than 1 hour plus for such a short distance. The services need to be improved!

Internal server error in E ticket purchase after transaction done successful.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have made a KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 2017-02-26 around 8.35am to booking 27/03/16 5.30am from JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The Public bank (PB Day2Day DR VISA484810004892XXXX) payment successful and deducted my bank account on 28/02/17 RM5 Per transaction.

but the KTM E-ticket system show transaction failed and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.


Kindly please refund for total amount RM 5 to me.

Internal server error in E ticket purchase after transaction done successful

I Purchased 2 adult ticket on 2017-02-28 to booking 18/03/17 2pm from KL Sentral to IPoh.The payments were successfully and deducted RM70 from my Maybank account but no e-tickets received.

Therefore, I would like to request for a refund. Please refund RM70 to me as the problem was due to the website system error.

Internal server error in E ticket purchase after transaction done successful

I purchased the following tickets @ RM5 each.
The payments were made by credit card. The transactions have been charged to the credit card but I didn't get the tickets.
Please refund as soon as possible.

On 8th Feb I booked round trip 1x 5.30am (JB-SG) & 1x 6.45pm (SG-JB), no tickets available to printout

On 16th Feb I booked 1x 6am (JB-SG) & 1x 6.30am (JB-SG), no tickets available to printout

Request for Refund due to KTMB Website System Error

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased two ETS tickets via KTMB E-ticket system on 25th December 2016. The payments were made by Standard Chartered Bank Visa Credit Card. The two tickets were bought in separate transactions. The first transaction was successful but it did not provide a print-out ticket. Thus, I did a second transaction, which turned out to be the same, without a print-out ticket. Both the transactions were successful but there were no print-out tickets available.

Therefore, I would like to request for a refund. Please refund RM70 to me as the problem was due to the website system error.
