Ticket Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I tried to purchase to a ETS ticket via KTMB website on 18th February 2017 but the transaction failed so I tried the second time. Both transactions failed but the bank charged me twice. Therefore, I would like to request for a refund of RM71.

Internal server error in E ticket purchase after transaction done successful

I purchased the following tickets @ RM5 each.
The payments were made by credit card. The transactions have been charged to the credit card but I didn't get the tickets.
Please refund as soon as possible.

On 8th Feb I booked round trip 1x 5.30am (JB-SG) & 1x 6.45pm (SG-JB), no tickets available to printout

On 16th Feb I booked 1x 6am (JB-SG) & 1x 6.30am (JB-SG), no tickets available to printout

I have made a KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 2017-01-29 around 8.35am to booking 27/02/16 6am from JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The Public bank (PB Day2Day DR VISA484810004892XXXX) payment successful and deducted my bank account on 31/01/17 RM5 Per transaction.

but the KTM E-ticket system show transaction failed and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.


Kindly please refund for total amount RM 5 to me.

I tried to buy two tickets from Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur using MASTER CARD but couldn't because the transaction failed. I tried the second time but the result was the same. What's going on? I want to make sure the tickets are booked.

Request for Refund due to KTMB Website System Error

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased two ETS tickets via KTMB E-ticket system on 25th December 2016. The payments were made by Standard Chartered Bank Visa Credit Card. The two tickets were bought in separate transactions. The first transaction was successful but it did not provide a print-out ticket. Thus, I did a second transaction, which turned out to be the same, without a print-out ticket. Both the transactions were successful but there were no print-out tickets available.

Therefore, I would like to request for a refund. Please refund RM70 to me as the problem was due to the website system error.

I purchased a ticket on 20/12/2016 I was charged by the bank but there were no any tickets/history on your user report. There is no purchase history shown in the system after the payment was charged on me !

I have made 3 KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 2016-12-11 around 8.30am to booking 09/01/17 5.30am and 6am from JB Sentral to Singapore Woodland CIQ.

The Public bank (PB Day2Day DR VISA484810004892XXXX) payment successful and deducted my bank account on 13/12/16 RM7 Per transaction.(Total deducted RM21.00)

but i only have 2 transaction (5.30am) successful booking and for another 1 transaction (6am) for the KTM E-ticket system show transaction failed and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.



Kindly please refund for total amount RM 7 to me.

Why withdraw OnLine Booking for Tebrau Shuttle

Thanks to KTMB for providing the shuttle services between Woodlands and Johor Bahru.

But the recent announcement in withdrawing the onLine Booking Services, and in limiting the advance booking to one day ahead only, is not helping the public.

There can be problems in the current process but that has helped a lot of commuters who are using this service daily.

Please use forward looking, productive approach in solving the problems that KTMB has experienced, but to still continue to provide the existing services of OnLine and 30 days advanced Booking.

02/11/16 RM21 Per transaction,

but have 2 transation for the KTM E-ticket system show transaction failed and i didn't get any reference no or ticket no for this transaction in KTM E-ticket system.

KTMB Transaction error

My name: Wahidu Rahman

Today, I made a ETS ticket reservation from Butterworth to KL Sentral.

Payment made thru maybank2u which was successful but on KTM E ticket System showed transaction failed. All records are vanished and stated System Error.

i checked my maybank2u and it shows transaction confirmed went thru to KTMB.

I tried to call the KTM centre on 03-22671200 but no customer services entertain me and simply drop my call.

i tried to call again and the same thing happen. nobody pick up and simply drop my call.

I have an evidence that Maybank2u transaction had been made to KTMB.

Request For Refund

5/9/2016 - I made a ETS ticket reservation From Ipoh to Bukit Mertajam and From Bukit Mertajam to Ipoh, made payment thru HSBC Credit Card which was successful but on KTM E ticket System showed transaction failed. All records are vanished and stated System Error.
I had called up to HSBC Malaysia and showed transaction confirmed went thru to KTMB.
As per all complains i had sent to KTMB,no body from KTMB reply my email.

i buy ticket to kepong and the moment i want give ktmb student card to the staff she said already print the ticket.She does,not want to change so i felt so angry.So my ticket costs rm2.40,but,it,should cost only rm1.20.

Delay of Comuter Services

Travel from KL Sentral to Senawang station will only takes 1 hour & 25 minutes if both the Comuter from KL Sentral to Seremban station and from Seremban to Senawang station are on time. However, recently it took me more than 2 hours from KL Sentral to Senawang station. Such a bad service offered by KTMB. The delayed seems like a normal practise to them. No announcement, no apologies. Details as below:
-Took Comuter from KL Sentral at 615pm
- Should reach Seremban at 735pm but it was delayed & I reach at 745pm.
- As a result, the transit train from Seremban to Senawang was left at 735pm.
- Have to wait for another transit train at 810pm.
It happens everyday since they changed their schedule on 27 May 2016.

Safety of customer

damm ktm , now i was at mid valley station forward to batu cave train , i was very disappointed to ktm , previous train around 1155am that i should take this train but the door open n got two oku and one infant trolley out from the train after i wait for them out i wanted to enter the train close the door in go without looking at the mirror with had oku and the baby trolley , now i miss tge train have wait for another 45min , the driver don't care about tge oku or those family with infant their step may be slow , that is very dangerous. driver are not takinf their respondsable on their duty n caring of customer safety .... if i step on it i may in danger too ...

This morning around 7am, there is a guys who try to steal my smartphone but he fail to do so then he ran toward another guys at the end of the station hit him and steal his smartphone, but fail to do so and he ran away towards the railroad, at that moment i did not see any security staff is around at that moment, I hope ktmb will look into this seriously.
