Before, whenever i recharge my sim with SAR 10, it deduct SAR 5.
Now, even on the new prepaid Load of SAR 15.00, automatic deduction of SAR 5 cuts my load to SAR 10.

My balance is getting reduced by automatic deductions particularly 0.15 , apart from this there are also deductions of 0.75, 0.66 halalas

All service are deactivated. Not knowing why they are deducted.

It is pathetic , Mobily is making money from unsuspected users just like that. this should be conciously stopped or it should be published for what service it is being deducted so if someone wants to remove he can remove

sir, please note that - my mobily phone number is 0546594388 - a month before, i have changed my sim card to micro sim. After that - I saw, the money has been deducted without make a call. By this, last month I lost more than 12 Saudi Riyals and this month I lost about 4 Saudi Riyals and today itself I lost about 50 halalaas. Kindly verify and do the needful.

Mobily is making a lot of money for deducting 1 Riyals everyday to all subscribers even you are not subscribed to any services. If you don't recharge your phone...Mobily will still deduct the total amount once you recharge it. Let's say you recharged SAR10. Your balance will become 0 if you don't recharge it for 10 days.

Let's say they have 3.5 million subscribers x SAR30 per month = The total amount of money they will get is SAR105,000,000 per month.
