Poor service . fraud . no service . Malaysia has you never progress ! I don't mind if you are late delivery . but you have to swindle , it will always be annoying! poor people only can know poor service !
1st is I don't know where my item go where , system no update , I call also no people pick up the phone call , even cut my phone call ! what kind of this service ? I really no words to you then poslaju . but this is 1st time . also last time , no next visit !

To PosLaju, I bought an item from Shopee apps and it already been picked up at PosLaju Kelana Jaya on same day 7.11.2019. I checked it through POSLAJU tracking and the last time it was updated on 10.11.2019 out from Transit Office and it has no movement since then. I contact seller already and they ask me to call to your service number several times, but no answers because if I didn't received it by 16.11.2019, they refused to refund the money. Let's be frank, i really don't care if there's any delay or whatsoever however, please.. please... please pick up the phone dude. i'd been calling since 11th of Nov numerous time but not even a single answer. FYI we understand that your tracking system is having a problem but at least pick up the phone. I was supposed to receive the goods last week, but up till now still no news and i dont even know where my item is at the moment since the last update on Pos Laju system was on 4th of November. If you guys are busy, then please get some new worker to answer the phone calls. Thanks.

Sya beli barang di shopee pada jumaat lepas pada 08.11.2019. Seller dah ship out dari jumaat lagi, tapi status update yg terakhir adalah ITEM PICKUP WANGSA MAJU POS LAJU iaitu pada 11.11.2019, 2018hrs smpai la ke hari ni masih STUCK ditempat yg sama jugak tak bergerak2..
