Dear Sir,
My friend have sent a two parcel on 25 April 2018 to Japan via Big Aeon Subang Jaya Post office. One of the parcel already safely received on 8 May 2018 but unfortunately another parcel CP31292184MY has yet to arrive and no tracking record. Kindly check at your site as soon as possible because the parcel is very important to her and kindly advise by return.

Please refer to the email sent on 12 May 2018 for the Consignment code and tax invoice paid.

BARANG TAK SAMPAI SEJAK DARI 4HB DI POSLAJU KLANG

I have posted out an item for delivery on the 2nd of May 2018 but until now still not received yet. I have checked the tracking but its only upated item received at poslaju klang on 4th of May.. Its already 15 days.. more than 2 weeks.. My tracking number is EP 465343867 MY. Please check and update me ASAP because it involved two parteis.

barang brp hari masih x sampai

Hello , POS LAJU MALAYSIA.. saya nak mengadu tentang branch POS LAJU CHERAS!
1. Kenapa Barang Saya Sudah 5 Hari Dekat Pejabat Cheras Masih Tidak Hantar Lagi???
2.Kenapa Call Pun Tiada Orang Angkat Phone? Sudah call 2 hari , kalau x mau orang call janganlah letak NO telefon !
Kita sebagai customer kamu, kita bayar duit untuk dapat service ! bukan suruh kamu hantar free ! Service mcm ni boleh ke pada zaman skrg?? kita pilih kamu sebab nama kamu ada MALAYSIA ! Jadi kita Sokong , Tapiiiiiiiiiiii, kamu memang buat rakyat kecewa tentang kamu ! Jangan lupa bahawa bukan kamu saja ada perkhidmatan service , jangan sampai satu hari kamu ditinggalkan oleh rakyat !

Item Not Found

Polaju ,

My parcel is sent out from dated 02.05.2018, but now the tracking showed my parcel is pending at Poslaju Bandar Dato Onn (JB)
but my colleague told me that my parcel is under process, can give me a response regarding to this matter, where is my parcel going? My Tracking No: EH469315040MY, how a parcel can pending more than 1 week , even went to pick up from the centre , staff of poslaju said cant found my parcel , please update the contact number, I called few days already but nobody pick up the phone , I need my parcel , please .....

Parcel haven arrived

my tracking number is er230752741my . It’s already 9 days , I haven’t received my parcel yet! Start from 27/4/2018 the parcel already in poslaju Seremban but until today 07/5/2018 still stuck in poslaju Transit Office (Klia Hub) and cannot delivery to me yet ! so why it will take so many day and until now also stuck in poslaju Transit Office (Klia Hub)

Digital coupons

These digital coupons are a nightmare some customers don't want to do the app for privacy reasons others don't load it up correctly and sometimes they don't load it all I'm having to do price checks and change the price for almost every customer I am at my Wit's End as a checker at my wit's end... I have never had to change so many prices. Help help .... why do we show the digital price on the shelf tag.. paper coupons are not on the shelf tag. The customer wants the shelf tag price shown when checking out.

poor service

Hi Pos Laju .Your guys are having really really poor service.I called pos laju skudai 5 attempts but once they pick up, they drop immediately and same to ur hotline malaysia .I dont know whats the purpose that u set up a customer service line but in fact ur careline doesnt even helps.I have been waiting for one weeks for my parcel and when i track it online u said u alrdy been to my house and left a note but I DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING.This caused me have to walk in to the pos laju skudai branch and seriously i do check the operating hours before i went there ,ur official page said that they will be operate from 9am till 3pm on friday,but when i reached there by 2.20pm,the centre was alrdy close.WTH is this?i wish i would get response from ur guys immediately or otherwise i will bring it to the next level.

ITEM HAVE NOT RECEIVED

I want to complain about the delivery man and poor services at Pos Laju Bukit Mertajam, I sent the parcel on 28 April 2018 ( Saturday) and I'm from Johor Bahru, Before I sent the parcel, they said working day only will be sent and normally to Penang it will takes two days to received but leave on Labour Day so maybe Wednesday or either Thursday will be receiving but today is Friday, It's almost going to be One Week ready but still they haven sent it yet... Seriously so poor service .. Next time if I want to sent anything also, I think I won't be used Poslaju to sent it, Prefer Skynet or City-Link.. Thanks

Item is not deliver to the address

I use the Pgeon Collect service as the delivery address for my parcel. Poslaju personel called and said the staff at the collection address not aware of my parcel. Thus, I have to ask them to send back to Poalaju office which I will have to pickup from there.

I reported this issue to Pgeon Collect service which they checked the CCTV at the collection address and found out no delivery from Poslaju on the mentioned date. Not sure whether Poslaju really deliver to the address or not. Kindly assist.

Barang saya tak sampai, pihak pos laju kata rumah tak ada org ketika serahan dan ada tinggalkan kad untuk dihubungi, masalahnya kad pun tak ada dalam peti surat. Bila dihubungi tak ada org angkat panggilan, sibuk manjang dan asyik dengar mesin je yg jawab. Susahlah macam ni. Ini tracking no parcel saya ER230416095MY.

Mising items in parcel

I am a seller. I had posted item from POSLAJU PORT KLANG to my customer AT KOTA KINABALU, SABAH on 27/4.
Today, 2/5 she received the parcel with missing items which is:
1. Poster in tube
2. Lanyard 1pcs
3. Hologram strap keychain 1pcs

The tracking number is EH706508926MY.

The things that so weird is ...
I post using poslaju plastic, and when my customer received, the consigment pocket is the one that u need to stick by yourself.
Obviously got PosMalaysia logo at the pocket.

So far i know the pocket on poslaju plastic didnt have logo :")

item not received

actually i order item from lazada.com on 25/4/2018....they gave me receive date 28/4-4/5.....on 27/4 i receive an e-mail from lazada.com said that my item already shipped and pick up ready by poslaju ....and in 48hours i can get my item....so i also waiting for my item.....but now 2/5 ready....still i never get my item....
