Missing parcel

Missing parcel since DECEMBER 17, has submitted the Borang Maklumbalas to informed on the case but no status updates since then! Sucks, poor and slow management!!!!

Bad attitude

One of the postman really rude & bias to customer, luckily the other one very helpful & easy to cooperate with. Kindly swap the postman with a better one.

delivery status

i havent gotten my package in almost 2 weeks now although the site said that its supposed to arrive within 3 working days. i tracked my delivery status and it hasnt changed at all since i got the text.

Item terlalu lama untuk di hantar

Kenapa pos laju nilai semarak slalu x angkat telephone bilaaa org call, lps tu brg x pnh hntr dgn cpt, slaluny kena tgu seminggu bru parcel Sy kena hntr.. Org byr pos laju tuk brg cpt smpi bkn kna tguu lbh dr seminggu bru delivery.. Bgnikah pos laju buat kejaa.. Lps tu buat serahan parcel kat pos laju bandar baru salak tinggi.. Apa kess ni.. Tlg laa kecepatan skit pghntran sdgkn ak slalu tgkk poslaju slalu lalu bhgn tmpat tgl Sy..tlg ambil tindakan ttg hal ni.. Terima kasih

Bad attitude

I just now receive a call from pos laju and he at first didn’t said any things and mention he was a postman. He just said:” u ada post kan?” How the f*** i know what post i have since i online buy many things.
After he arived my home i politely tell him wait a while because i need check my things. (A lot of cases said they accept damage items from pos laju) After i finished check i go out sign the malay pos laju scoring me that I should sign 1st before check....

Is that any rule said that we should sign and let them run 1st before we check our items?

Driver Poslaju Semenyih kurang ajar

Driver yang pickup parcel area broga semenyih tak sabar untuk tunggu kami scan parcel sebelum dia ambil parcel tersebut. Apa masalah dia kalau dia dah lambat jadi tak perlu tunggu kami scan dulu ?? Main ambil ja parcel. Kami pun perlu follow sop company. Sangat biadap bila dh tahan van & dia masih tak beri kerjasama.

Didn't deliver, Late delivery & Long Queue

Lousy pos laju, didn't deliver to my house but stated delivery unsuccessful!!! I was at home for the whole date on the date mentioned.

After 3 days still didn't send to me as i can't wait anymore. I went to collect at Sg Tiram but was told to go to another pos laju near Bayan Lepas. The pos laju at Bayan Lepas was packed with people waiting to collect their stuffs! Pos Laju is very lazy and intentionally didn't deliver and have people waiting in line to collect!!!!!!!

Stuck at transit office

Kenapa parcel saya EH542591608MY masih stuck di transit office ? ..apa yg dia buat lama sangat kat tempat tu ? ..bayar mahal x2 ..tapi penghantaran mcm tahi ..email balik x2..tapi tak ada tindakan..tolonglah buat kerja tu betul x2 wahai pekerja poslaju ..ini tak ..minta pahala free je dari org x2 yg mengutuk korang ..

Lousier Pos Laju Services

this the lousier pos laju service in my life,customer service unprofessional and no responsible at all.
not sincere when answering the call inform the parcel sending by today but at then end need to collect our own,what for we spend so much money to paid the courier fee to them?broken ppl stuff/the box rcvd in torn/damage.
Will never ever use them for future parcel.

such services at klang pos laju,difference PIC answering phone the comment is difference,we spend RM55++ for the courier fee to the door but at the end inform us to pick up by our own.
this the last using this bad pos laju service in my life.
unprofessional and inresponsibble customer service shame on yours service.

Bad service

Calling them (Pos Malaysia & Poslaju) for so many times but only answered once (Pos Malaysia asking me to call Poslaju own number). My parcel has received at Poslaju Serian but didn’t despatch out to me (5 days). So I decided to come over the counter myself, and found out that they really ignore all the phone calls eventhough they don’t have customers to serve at the moment (telephones keep ringing).

the most ridiculous company ever in my entire life.. POS LAJU?? more to POS LAMBAT for me.. been waiting for 4 days for my item to come.. but still say CONSIGNMENT DISPATCH OFF TO TRANSIT OFFICE..WTF..better change ur company name.. pretty dissapointed.. 0/5 rate for me. 👎🏿👎🏿

PARCEL STATUS

Please update the status of my parcel EH647416546MY and EH647416563MY.

Both parcel send to johor but the status update stopped at Consignment dispatch out from KLIA hub.

I experience before, my parcel lost after dispatch out from KLIA hub, i dont hope that the same happened again.

I am curious is it the staffs there have some problem?

no one bother to pick up the phone

According to the "track & trace", Poslaju has left a "delivery arrangement notice" which is no where to be found. Immediately called Poslaju Kota Kinabalu at 088-231297 and 088-212419. But, after calling for more than a hundred times since 02/03/2018, no one bother to pick up the phone. This is extremely frustrating!! Will not bother to call you, Poslaju, if I do not have issue to settle with you! You are a service provider and we are paying you. So, as a courtesy to all your patrons, please pick up your phone! Wonder what is the contact number for....speechless...

Rude attitude of postman

Postman should not scold us as a customer. I ady give the correct address and other postmen can find it,why can't he? He make a call to me and asked with full of anger. He shouldn't scold me and I'm extremely mad with his suck attitude. If he can't find, he shouldn't ask with full of patient but not to scold! I felt really dissapointed!! I hope this wouldn't happen again next time.
