I have other shipments by other courier services, Malay as well, but still can adhere good and acceptable way of addressing and delivering parcels to customers.

Keluar dari Langkawi 21/7/2018. Expected arrived begore 25/7/2018 tapi sampai hari ni tak sampai kepada penerima. Tersadai kat Wangsa Maju. Telah report, dan ambil number report tp sampai hari ni dah 31/8/2018 masih lagi ada di Poslaju Wangsa Maju. What happen to all of u guys? U better call urself Poslambat ..

i try to call both of branch at dato onn and johor bahru but didnt pick up the phone.!!!
try call for hotline pos laju, they said to call 1300300300 but many time i call also didnt pick up the phone!!!
then when i check my tracking number , what i get from there ?? on 15th July my parcel arrived at pos laju johor bahru , then on 19th July my parcel at dato onn ,26th July my parcel at johor bahru again,27th July at dato onn, 28 july at johor bahru and until now i still not received yet my parcel ..
when i come to your branch and ask about to self pick up my parcel, they willl said ''sorry,your parcel still inside the karung guni'
if anything problem , u must call sender or receiver person.
Yes, i'm hear and understand about your problem that u don't have despatch staffs , but, that a customer problem?

Pos Laju kind of slow services and my items still not updated yet!!! Call customer service center also kind of useless because the staff always busy in line. I attach my proof regarding my parcel.

On the 24th of July, 4.01pm, my parcel ER240838800MY was stated delivered to a person named Wong in my office. I was in the office the entire time but i did not see any delivery guy from poslaju. And there is no such person named Wong in my office. what happen to my package? tried the phone line in Puchong and it's engage the whole day. i couldn't even get through. This service is really bad.

tracking system shown 【Unsuccessful delivery】on 24 July and mention will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. But i until now haven't receive my item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ER331617706MY - Parcel was never delivered to my house despite the tracking logs stated multiple failed attempts. I was at home the whole day which is ridiculous. Checks with security guard post at my condo revealed that there was not record of any pos laju trying to reach to my unit. I never received any cards that was supposed to be left at my door if they had came and nobody was at home. Today I had call post laju hotline around 9 am to arrange for next delivery and then decided to to collect the parcels my self. Despite the arrangement made, one of my parcels as stated above was sent out for delivery at 10.59 am so I only managed to collect one of them. Th other parcel never arrived at my house. I just checked the tracking and it stated failed delivery because nobody was at home. What kind of service is this? I paid for my parcels to arrive to me on time and safely. I demand for proof that the delivery personnel had come to my unit twice! My cctv does not lie! And I want my parcel to be delivered to me asap. This is time, energy no cost wasting! I am complaining because this is not the first time this issue ever happened to me. Thank you for attention.

Dan dia call saye berkali kali semata mata nak cakap asal kau tak jawab call aku sial ?? Takut ?? Mohon pihak tuan ambil perhatian akan kes ini ..
