Parcel dispatched out and has no further information

The tracking system has shown that the parcel is dispatched out from Transit Office in July 5 03:34:12 but today is already July 9 and the parcel has not arrive the Pos Laju Nilai yet. May I know that what have happen to my parcel?

NO UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF DELIVERY

I HAVE TWO DOCUMENT WHICH HAVE BEEN SENT OUT MORE THAN ONE WEEK BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT AND BEEN CALLING FOR CARELINE 1300-300-300 , KL MAIN BRANCH AND CHERAS BRANCH BUT NO ONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE, IT'S VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICES BEING PROVIDED. EMAIL BEING SENT FOR CHECKING FOR STATUS ALSO BUT NO USED AT ALL.

BELOW ARE THE DETAILS WHICH NOT UPDATED!!!! WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVED IT.

Status barangan pos tidak up-to-date

Assalamualaikum.

Di sini saya ingin menanyakan status barang-barang pos dengan track nombor di bawah.
Sudah lebih dari sebulan tetapi tidak lagi sampai. Track record di website hanya memaparkan
tarikh terkini pada bulan Mei. Tetapi, sekarang sudah bulan Julai.

Driver ruthless

Was driving along Taman Pertama, near Vistaria condo, a pos laju van WRD5086 which was parking at the roadside cut into my lane from my blind spots (left hand side) .
There is only 1 lane and he keep pushing me to another lane cause behind me was a long q of cars and he keep forcing me to the opposite lane in order to squeeze in.

Lucky enough opposite lane does not have any cars or motorbikes coming through.
If not i cannot imagine what will happened to a lady driving small cars will happen.

The experience is terrifying and the driver really is inconsiderate and acting exactly like a road bully !!!

Pos laju is suppose to give good service experience to any Malaysian instead of bullying Malaysian with bigger vehicles.

This really will affect not only the branding of Pos Laju, also the road safety for any public.

Poslaju worker too lazy??

Why is your worker are too lazy to send my parcel infront of my door? They put it into ezibox before send it to my doorstep. I've wait for poslaju since morning. What the hell!!!!..... now i need to start my vehicle to collect at ezibox!!... buat kerja tu elok-elok boleh tak???... orang dah bayar service korang tapi korang pulak buat hal mcm ni.....

i hate the posman of gelang patah

Hi please check the documents EH721254870MY,the system online status showed delivery attempted on 4/7& and left A delivery arrangement notice but your posman never come and even no notice left,We go to collect on 5/7 and be informed the document will be attempted again on 5/7 but found that same message is left ,how poor the service,i think the posman Gelang Patah nranch is a big problem who always lie ,it is imposible deliver out of our office hours, Johor off today and tomorrow Saturday,and our office closed on Sunday. So the docement can be delay how long we dont know,how poor sevirce of poslaju malaysia. Any phone even dont pickup.... even we know this letter will treated as rubbish...

The tracking system is stucked and no updated

Very Slow Delivery Service

My Parcel delivery on Sunday morning in Kota Bharu and until today still In Transit....

May I know Pos Laju ( Lambat ) takes how long to send to my house??
Hotline called near 8mins, no one even answer one times!! ( called several time )

Parcel lambat sampai

Parcel saya sampai sekarang masih belum sampai dari tarikh seller post 03.07.2018.check system poslaju tunjuk tempat yang sama saja.poslaju dah tak efisien buat kerja.selalu sangat barang sampai lambat kepada customer.service yang berbayar dan dibayar oleh customer.bukan first time guna service poslaju.ada barang yang seller post hari ni esok dah sampai.ada yang post hari ni lusa dah sampai.ada yang sampai seminggu baru nak sampai barang.jenuh customer tunggu.kadang barang tu penting dan urgent.macam2 hal la poslaju ni.apa masalah korang ni??.customer takkan complaint kalau service bagus.tolong la buat kerja dengan betul.customer complaint bersebab.macam2 customer complaint benda yang sama.kat mana2 negeri dan tempatpun.please take action.jangan pandang remeh hal ni.
