I'm supposed to receive my parcel by 25.06.2018 as my parcel was dispatched out from Pos Lau Ipoh on 20.06.2018. Pos' Laju's Track and Trace system showed that my parcel was stucked since 21.06.2018 at KLIA Hub till today 27.06.2018 and there is no any update yet! I've tried to call Pos Laju's Customer Service for more than 10 times but nobody picked up! Why would i want to choose your service when you failed to update your Track & Trace system regularly! Poslaju's service is shit. Seriously. The worst courier service ever. Should probably shut the damn courier business unit down since it's not working like a damn courier should. Bloody bollocks!

Sorry for disturbing you all...Okay, Pos Malaysia Online Tracking System has shown that my parcel (ER326754806MY) have been dispatched out since 09 June 2018, 04:21:45 PM from Bulky ECBC, PMN. I know that Pos Laju stop doing duty on Hari Raya, but it has been such a long time that my item status not updated! From 09 June 2018 till today, 19 Jun 2018... It's already 10 days, but still not receive it!!! The parcel contains the products that I've ordered on online shopping website, Shopee. Shopee has shown that the products are expected to be delivered by 17-06-2018. Therefore, I extended my Shopee Guarantee more 3 days, so it supposed to be received by 20 June 2018, yea, it's tomorrow. I'm kinda worry about my parcel because there is no any update on tracking system! Please assist to deliver it as soon as possible..... Thank you, Pos Laju Malaysia!! :)
