staff yang hantar pacel tu tidak hantar barang ke atas condo, hanya call saya turun ambil, saya nak jaga anak tak boleh turun,sikap dia tak baik kerana dia nak hantar barang ke atas,sikapnya dah dua ,tiga kali sama.

Apa benda ni pos laju ke pos kura kura ? slow macam tak berbayar padahal bayar . Dah sampai dekat poslaju tu terus pos jelah atau kau semua makan gaji buta sesaja nak hantar lambat ??? tolong la beri kerjasama jangan curi tulang.

Postman sampai rumah tapi tak " Hon " atau call pun no.phone yang dibekalkan dengan alasan postman tidak dibekalkan top up untuk call customer, sedangkan sebelum ni boleh je call dan bila saya call customer service, mereka bagi alasan parent saya tak ada di rumah , sedangkan parent saya ada sahaja di rumah semasa itu.

Bila saya minta mereka hanta semula , mereka terus hantar sms mengatakan barang saya tak berjaya di hantar. Saya sangat KECEWA sebab saya sangat perlukan barang tu ( Susu Nutrien For Diabetic ) untuk mak saya yang ada masalah Diabetic .

Saya beli barang tu sekali postage harga total hampir RM 400 bukan Rm 40. SAYA SANGAT KECEAWA !!!!

Kenapa barang saya nk stuck lagi? Kalini di pos laju petaling jaya pulak. Sebelum ni dh stuck kat pos laju puchong. After deliver ke petaling jaya, nak stuck kt situ pulak?? Pleaselh deliver!! Barang sy dh shipped out sejak 25/6.
