My parcel EN980409555MY delivered from sender on 11/7, it's more than 10 days but I have not yet received it. The last update on tracking system was on 12/7 which stated that 'the consignment is out from transit office'. The first time I called hotline they told me that the parcel is not yet deliver to jb and helped me filed a report. Few days later I called again they also said the same thing and they 'try their best' to help me follow up. I called again today they said the parcel is actually reached Johor Bahru just that jb poslaju was overloaded last week so the parcel may be unprocessed and that's why they haven't update the system.

Sigh..I'm so frustrated with the service! It's like nobody can tell me where's the exact location of the parcel now and when can I receive it..or it's lost in transit??!? The customer service even tell me if I go down to Johor Bahru poslaju to check now they also cannot tell me where thr parcel is cause it might be still in the warehouse!! Super bad service!!

Saya ingin membuat aduan keatas ke tidak jujuran dalam sistem dalam pos laju amalkan,
Saya mempunyai masalah timbangan berat dan juga ukuran, saya di maklum kan pihak pos laju akan memgambil kire jumlah yang lebih berat dari hasil timbangan dan ukuran dimana kite dalam lihat pihak pos laju hanya mengambil untung atas angin dan dalam islam ini adalah sangat2 tidak digalakan(jawap di akhirat).

Saya dapati pada barangan yang saya hantar ada yang dikenakan cas dan ada yang tidak kenakan cas walaupon barangan itu sama berat dan sama bungkusannye dan saya ada bukti yang kukuh untuk membuat aduan ini ke hak pengguna, saya alu2 kan pihak pos laju untuk berbincang dengan saya sebelum aduan ke pihak kementerian saya lakukan.

I sent my package with perishable goods and paid for express amounting to RM58.00, the tracking sucks, no update the package from is KL to Miri, they said it should arrive 2-3 days as I paid for express, the 3rd day still did not arrive at the destination. Your service is the worst!

Laju betul sampai dari Miri ke Kuching. Setau saya dari Miri ke Kuching naik flight pun 55 minit baru sampai. Ni 28 minit dah sampai. Laju betul Poslaju. Tapi saya tinggal kat Miri, so kenapa nak kena hantar dari Miri ke Kuching, instead of Miri ke rumah saya je.
