Parcel tak sampai

Barang saya masih d pos laju klang.. cek hari2 in at pos laju klang. Apa hal?? Call no pos laju klang asyik busy.. mintak pihak pos laju selesaikan masalah ni secepat mungkin. Kami baya duit postage pos laju bukan postage pos express!

1 barang lagi 1 june in klia, 7 june baru smpai pos laju klang, klia to klang tu jauh sangat ke???

barang tak sampai lagi

barang saya still tak sampai2 pos date ( 5/6/2018).... how come laaa member saya yang pos dari terengganu same date with me and barang dia dah sampai ke selangor... barang saya yang pos dari pos laju sungai pelek ke unikl miat dengkil still tak sampai2... dalam area selangor pon lama ke.... sekarang barang saya ada kat pos laju office (klia Hub)... tolong laa saya nak barang saya sebelum 12/6/2018 dah guna raya

PARCEL MISSION MISSING IN HUB!!!

I have bad services experience on this POS LAJU MALAYSIA! in this period! bad serves, bad staff attitude. The phone line i suggest to cut it off and change to chat desk on your website. Langsung no people pick even the call is work!

The girl service is bad too! I complain POS LAJU used to be very fast and received within 3 days! She answer because they want to RAYA now!

I totally understand of this situation, but how come gdex, citilink dont have this issue? they also in RAYA mood but their services is THE BEST!!!! THE PARCEL KEEP ON HUB NO MOVING AT ALL! Please get a very good solution on this congestion of the parcel! EVEN IS NOW CLOSED TO HOLIDAY!

I GOT URGENT PARCEL NEED IT AND NEED TO BRING TO OVERSEA NEXT WEEK TIME!
THE NOTICE I RECEIVED _ HOLIDAY FOR RAYA BEEN 1 WEEK LONG!

Pos dr 31 mei barang stuck kat parcel hub.call service centre tak dapat..service berbayar!!barang dr subang ke setapak je pun bukan ke oversea..2 barang lain gune kan perkhidmatan lain semua dah sampai..barang dr pos laju je lembab!!caj yg sama..!!pos laju yang x sampai lagi!..ape jadah sampai 9 hari stuck kat parcel hub??!!!!tolong upgrade your service!!

Rude delivery man

Barang da ade di cawangan rembau dari 4/6/2018. Pada 7/6/2018 posman call kata x nak hantar barang kerumah saya, dia suruh saya collect barang sendiri. Posman kata tak tahu rumah dimana, saya kata ' seblum ni saya received barang dari pos laju tiada masalah pun'. Then dia bagi alasan selalu tiada orang dirumah. Bila saya kata ada org dirumah, posman lalu depan rumah tp tak stop by pun. Bila saya inform dia, posman boleh kata ' baru keluar... tgu je lah bkn rmh cik sorg sy hntar brg...sbr la..'. Masalah nya dalam sehari berapa banyak kali posman ni ulang alik di rumah saya ni. Tak sistematik langsung! No. posman yang contact sy 0192825612

DELAYED PARCEL (WHERE'S THE "LAJU" ? )

Hi,

I've sent a parcel ED351997570MY dated on 30MAY18 and there's "NO UPDATE" ever since. The only update found in record is in POS LAJU PARCEL HUB dated 02Jun8.

I understand this is a Ramadan Month and everything needs to be Sabar & Tahan among us.

But, Pls at least revert and keep everyone inform with updates instead of idle status.

delay. slow. stuck at klia hub without any update for 1 week

barang 2 kotak besar, hantar dari 30 mei. kos pos 1 kotak rm80. mahal dari courier lain. stuck di klia hub sampai sekarang 7mei!! berapa lama lagi barang baru nak sampai JB? sampai JB ambik masa pulak nak hantar! customer dah bising2. barang ni urgent! buat kerja lebih kurang. bayaran nak, mahal pulak tu. penghantaran lembab sama mcm guna pos domestik je! kalau tau lembab baik tukar nama je poslaju kpd pos domestik. buang masa, buang duit!!!

Parcel stuck at Tmn Semarak nilai

Parcel ER190471564MY has arrived your Tmn Semarak depot on 2/6/18. However until today have not received my parcel address to my home.
Manage to call the deport after numerous dialling, 10 out of 9 times no pick up. Your personnel excuse "many parcel". Seriously P.Laju in courier business and this is the reply given.
Services are not FREE, the customer paid for the services.
Where is the SLA. If the management of P.Laju is serious in the courier business you really need to relook at your frontline operations on delivery and improve.
