barang saya sudah dekat poslaju muar 4hari,lagi saya call postman suruh dia hantar dekat office saya...dia terus padam telephone saya!!!!!!Dia dekat tangkak,office saya pun dekat tangkak....kata xsempat hantar pergi rumah saya,saya bagi dia senang dan terus hantar dekat office saya!!!!!BIADAP SANGAT!!!!

Barang yg dipos pada 21/5 masih belum diterima.. Stuck di poslaju muar sejak 22/5 hingga hari ini.. Sistem poslaju x update. Harap pihak poslaju dpt atasi mslh ini segera!..

Hi, my parcel EN939465353MY hasn't arrived yet although it was post from last week. I checked track and trace for almost every hour, but it stated that my parcel still stuck at Pusat Mel Nasional and never moved from 'consignment dispatch out from transit office.' Please, please and please do check on my parcel because it is important to me.

They did not leave any Delivery Arrangement Notice. Im home all day, they did not even come.

Item has been post at 8 May 2018 and until today, my parcel still not received.
There's no record found in tracking system until today.

Document tak sampai-sampai
Dari 17 may 2018 item telah di pos di PO Jln Semangat PJ. Then telah keluar pada 18/5 ke parcel laju hub. Tetapi masalah sekarang dokument tak diterima lagi and dekat trace and track tak update mana document itu sekarang.

Bila dokument blh sampai ke pihak penerima even telah 2 kali buat report and still penerima tak dapat dokument lagi. Macamaner laju jadi tak laju.

Tolong semak dan ambil tindakan SEGERA. If tak urgent kami tak send document by pos laju .............

Kalau complaint kat sini poslaju still ambil tindakan ke? Tapi tak kira nak complaint jugak. Barang stuck kat delivery facility berhari-hari tapi tak courier out pun. Apa masalahnya tak boleh nak courier? Ada yg dah courier out tapi tak sampai ke destinasi penerima, malah dihantar balik ke delivery facility. Memang driver saje bwk jalan2 makan angin lepastu habis waktu keje, pulang balik ke hub ke?

Item ni dihantar ke alamat yang salah!! Call centre tak berjawab… Call semua poslaju kat JB ni pun tak berjawab…2 hari dah cuba call, tapi hampa! Adakah telefon tu hanya FAKE?? Bayaran dah dibuat untuk penghantaran tapi servis sangat2 mengecewakan!!

The man from POS LAJU called (019 334 1713) and was super rude on the phone. He said "POSLAJU.. WHATS YOUR ADDRESS??" Then i told him i don't know who you are and you're calling me and asking for my address. I am not gonna just pass out my address to someone who has called me. And then he said he's in charge to deliver to all in USJ 9 and i said on the envelope of the package,the address should be written down so find it. What kind of service is this??? And this is not the first time with this same guy.. He has called before and thrown the package into the house above the gate and the things inside was broken just cause he didn't want to ring the doorbell and check if anyone was home!! POSLAJU is supposed to be Malaysia's number one postal provider and reliable! Is this the kind of service you are providing? This is a huge disappointment. Instead to humiliate yourself further, please fire this man holding this phone number (019 334 1713) and save your reputation.
