DELAYED PARCEL (WHERE'S THE "LAJU" ? )

Hi,

I've sent a parcel ED351997570MY dated on 30MAY18 and there's "NO UPDATE" ever since. The only update found in record is in POS LAJU PARCEL HUB dated 02Jun8.

I understand this is a Ramadan Month and everything needs to be Sabar & Tahan among us.

But, Pls at least revert and keep everyone inform with updates instead of idle status.

delay. slow. stuck at klia hub without any update for 1 week

barang 2 kotak besar, hantar dari 30 mei. kos pos 1 kotak rm80. mahal dari courier lain. stuck di klia hub sampai sekarang 7mei!! berapa lama lagi barang baru nak sampai JB? sampai JB ambik masa pulak nak hantar! customer dah bising2. barang ni urgent! buat kerja lebih kurang. bayaran nak, mahal pulak tu. penghantaran lembab sama mcm guna pos domestik je! kalau tau lembab baik tukar nama je poslaju kpd pos domestik. buang masa, buang duit!!!

Parcel stuck at Tmn Semarak nilai

Parcel ER190471564MY has arrived your Tmn Semarak depot on 2/6/18. However until today have not received my parcel address to my home.
Manage to call the deport after numerous dialling, 10 out of 9 times no pick up. Your personnel excuse "many parcel". Seriously P.Laju in courier business and this is the reply given.
Services are not FREE, the customer paid for the services.
Where is the SLA. If the management of P.Laju is serious in the courier business you really need to relook at your frontline operations on delivery and improve.

Parcel stuck at Tmn Semarak nilai

Hv called Tmn Semarak Nilai Pos Laju on 6/6/18 regarding parcel which arrived at the abv depot. However until today 6/6/18 not delivered. Excuse given by personnel alot of parcal. This cannot be accepted since the service are paid for and Pos Laju must adhered to the SLA. Will Pos Laju bear for losses incurred by the customer. The management need to seriously look into this issue if you want to stay in the courier business. Another subject is that very difficult to contact the depot. 10 out of 9 times no personnel will pick up the phone. Your tracking system also need to be looked into. Updates are really not on time. Thank you.

Paste the wrong form at document

Im sending a lot of document to my customer by poslaju Permas. This is not the first time I experience this, Im so done with the service. I send the document and put in the A4 size envelope. To easier poslaju job. I print the address (also A4) size and paste it on the envelope. But poslaju permas worker always paste the wrong form at the wrong envelope. Again, to avoid this problem i clip the form with envelope but also the poslaju worker paste it wrong. The same worker . Doing job while chit chatting, doesnt even focus and read the address. simply paste at the wrong envelope. Now, I receive a lot of complaint from my customer . They receive others company invoice and document. This mistake cause me to do the invoice again and again. Waste a lot of money because of your worker mistake and the bad thing, i have to wait so long to receive my payment from my customer. Please improve your service and train the worker. Yes, i understand people will make mistake, but this mistake always happen .

Non Assistance

POSLAJU Item : ER300632031MY

POSLAJU had tried to deliver the parcel but I was not on hand to collect as I was overseas.
On my return, I tracked the parcel which was then returned to their Shah Alam facility where it was supposed to be returned to the Seller.
I asked for assistance to get the parcel back for me to collect. Instead, I was asked to call the Shah Alam facility myself. I was then given a number to call but after a few hours of calling, I only get a busy tone. The number is 03-5569 8155
I then tried calling the Pos Line 1-300-300-300 but can never get anyone in line.
All I want is to get my parcel delivered to me or collected by me and I cannot get anyone from POSLAJU to assist.
I had a number of parcels delivered efficiently by POSLAJU and this is the first time that I need assistance.
Why is there NO ONE to assist?

is there any problem happen in your system or delivery ? my item still stuck PosLaju Parcel Hub from 2nd of june.
Please put up notice on your website if there is a problem so WE the USER can get the information and not just wondering when the item will deliver. AND please answer your GODDAMNED PHONE!!!!!

Item saya dah post out pada 30/06/18, last update dalam sistem pada 1/06/18 pastu x update2 lg. Saya x tau kat mana brg saya skrg. Dear poslaju, tlg sgt2 delivery brg saya tuu ASAP SEBELUM RAYA ye! Cuti raya dah x lama lg nii oii. Lagipun saya nak gunakan brg tuu masa raya nanti. Tlg sgt2 ye. Kami BAYAR untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan korang tuu bkn nya FOC ye. Thankyou.

Wrong delivery location

On 28.05.2018 I posted parcel to Bintulu sarawsk. Tracking code : EN062017567MY.

Receiver complaint still not received item. When we track the item was sent to poslaiu Lahad datu - Sabah.

I've checked the postal code was 97000 - for bintulu. How come item was sent to Lahad Datu?

Pls rectify the issue asap.

MUST WRITE TO MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION TO RESTRUCTURE POS MALAYSIA. SUCH BAD IMAGE TO THE COUNTRY. CALLED UP KUCHING CENTER, THEY PICK UP AND HANG UP MY CALL.
A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS NEED TO BE DONE.

STUCK IN KCH CENTER AND when I called their operation number, they hang up the phone..seriously what service attitude is this ? Don't tell me this month is Bulan Ramadan then you are lazy to deliver out. Your salary should be deducted because you are not performing your duty. Must complaint to the top management else, ministry of Transport. Pls improve this service.
