always Unsuccessful delivery disappointed service very bad

I call the customer care service 1300300300 but no connect to speak to anyone,no people answer,just listern to the robot talk again and again.Pos laju balakong this office very bad service work attitude is very bad.i changed few addresses also unsuccessful sent,but another pos office was successfully sent .this is not first time ,if not improved then this will cause other people time trouble

Lost tracking

My parcel was send out on 08 Oct from Johor Bharu, from the tracking Item send out from Butterworth on 11.29am to where????
There are NO update at all till today ( 12 Oct 2017).
I has sent email to customer care but there are no reply at all.
What status of my parcel???? where are my parcel now????

Bad service

The delivery person is very lazy and rude. My house is a condominium the delivery person didn't not want to go up and said that my house have no people but actually my house have a lots of people. This is what a irresponsible action. Then I called the delivery person his don't even admit that he is wrong. I hope that pos laju can take the action that suppose to do. I hope that I will not this kind of person next time .

Barang tak sampai,kata dah hantar tapi tak tinggal kan note untuk collect

Dah 2 hari tunggu pos laju tidak sampai, bila cek tracking kata dah item out for delivery, bila call tanya kata tak ada orang rumah pagar warna hitam,semua rumah pagar warna hitam kat sini dan sentiasa ada dekat rumah menunggu pos laju,sbb dah tau nak delivery.,sebelum ni beli barang sampai je dan kalau tak sampai pun akan tinggal slip note untuk collect,ni tak tinggal pun,box ade je untuk tinggal kan slip tu...

Complain against parcel no.EH567352215MY

To the relevant officer Incharge at Postlaju malaysia,

It is so disappointing that Pos laju is opening publics parcel and stealing our items,

This is really unacceptable and it leads to a police report which I might be doing against post laju.

Why is the parcel being open staple upon delivery why you guys have to open our parcel.

Really worst attitude and no reliability on post Lau standard. I need a clear explanation on my parcel missing items and I will proceed further with a police report against post laju if I don't get a proper explanation form ur side.

I need a reply as soon as possible.

Very slow delivery

My parcel sent out from Penang on 14/9/2017 finally arrived in my mail box over last weekend (today is 25/9/2017).I am in KL. Before this I called the customer care 1300300300 few times but unable to connect to anyone to speak. I wrote an email on 19/9/2017 and received an auto reply stating that someone (not auto reply) will reply my email in two days but unfortunately no one did. V

Parcel Stuck on Transit Office

I have purchased an item from an online shop on 16th September and the parcel supposely to be delivered TODAY (21st September 2017) from Semnanjung > Sabah.

But, there seem to be a huge delay on the transit office which I do not know what was the factor. I have been tracing my parcel, the last activity was on 18th September "consignment dispatch out from transit office" situated in KLIA and its been there for 4 days now since 18th September.

To me it is crucial for the staff to atleast send detailed information upon delay or any other problems that may occur. I honestly am upset towards this matter. I wish that Pos Laju can assist us (customer) with this matter because I have seen there are several more complaints upon the similar matter.

Please be informed that the above sent parcel has been found damaged in transit when receiving by my customer. As the items inside made by plastic material toys were found damaged and we have to replace new item to our customer at Labuan again. I expect to be paid the full compensation on the item as soon as possible.

Barang tak sampai lagi

Poslaju pick up barang di Gombak, KL pada 7/8/2017 ke Pendang, Kedah. Tracking No. EN238257050MY.

Sehingga semalam 10/8/2017 status "item dispatched out" tapi barang masih tak sampai juga. Dan hari ni 11/8/2017 poslaju cawangan Kedah CUTI. 5 hari dah customer tunggu. Barang sangat urgent untuk customer.

Harap pihak poslaju baiki dan ambil tindakan!

I have received a broken styrofoam box on 3rd August 2017. The box has been labeled with a fragile sticker at the top. The freezer box inside the styrofoam box has also broken. Sample tubes scattered inside the box. I was very disappointed with POSLAJU service. I hope POSLAJU can improve the quality of service in the future. Thank you.

Where‘s my parcel ?

My Poslaju parcel was apparently signed for by someone with my name this Tuesday. But it was definately not my signature and the post man had definately not came to my house .

When I contacted Pos laju and was told it had been delivered and signed for but they would ask the driver what happened. Until today, they still passing the ball and did not give me any answer. I'm so annoyed, not only that the post man would hand the parcel over to someone at the wrong address, with no proof that they are the owner of the parcel, but also that someone would do that!

It is Pos Laju Muar's responsibility to get my parcel back. Having met and called them up countless times, BUT I am still unable to retrieve my lost parcel till today. So, how long did I gonna wait for my parcel?

PlsTake action!! I already complaint to customer service & it seems no action at all !!!

Barred account

Kota Tinggi Poslaju Head ( the one replaced Puan Saripah) never reply whatsapp, never take action on our unbarr issue.
I have made IBG payment, email to poslajupayment. But whenever call for pickup, customer service always said barred. I have send over my soft copy to kota tinggi and larkin, still no action.

Finally found Puan Nurfahizah, also email her. no reply from her as well. And, Puan Shida, never ever pick up the phone.
Only one customer service Encik Aldilmi assist me to unbar the account. He is very helpful.

26/4/17 hantar sampai 3/5/17 br sampai,and consigment note hilang tak boleh bg saya ambil barang...wtf.. Consigent note hilang bukan hal custermen is u people promblem ba...ckp slps bg tarcking nom hantar tapi tidak.. Saya yg sendiri ambil...
Kita bayar tapi buat semua sendiri!!!! wtf.....

Slow

Very slow and doesn't serve the purpose. Thought that using pos laju will save time than normal post. Very upset to learn that today is the fourth day (Sent locally) and the status is- out for delivery time 12+ pm. I personally think that pos laju has not reached the standard of developed country as yet. They are still behind technology. May pos laju expedite and be efficient and progressive won't you pos laju. Ruined my arranged plan.

It has come to my attention that our customer parcel has been returnable and damaged in transit. The item was urgently send to our beloved customer. As the package was damaged and did not arrive to our customer, I expect to be paid the full compensation on the item as soon as possible.

We extremely disappointed in POSLAJU as we has used your company on a regular basis for important packages over the last 5 years but we have noticed a steady decline in the quality of service as of late.

This matter always happened and we have also made the complaint to you earlier. The experience will force us to seek out other alternative method for sending all future parcels with one of your competitors unless we have been shown that the quality of your service will greatly improve.
