my order is stuck somewhere. your services are too slow. i have celled many many times please can you check why it has not reached to me yet. it should have delivered within two days.. but its has eben three days.. you people are to much lazy in service. you people charge too much ... and then dont deliver your services on time.

Incompetent drivers and customer service

Im appalled by the service from posted laju. The driver sent a msg to say he is at the guard house when it's obvious he is meant to drive in and deliver straight to my house! I have a 6month d baby and our residence is very big! I obviously could not leave my child. After calling the driver to explain this he rudely cut me off.
I quickly made my way to the guard house in the hot sun with the baby in my hands. The driver is still there and as I approach him and wave him down he drives off!!!!He saw me and chose to drive off. He then send me a text to pick it up at the local post office. Rubbish service and very rude! Customer service is of no help as Noone will ever pick to help! If you hate your jobs so much please quit anf make way for people who will be more passionate about their job! Irritated and hope to never use your services ever agian

SERVICE DELAY WITH NO REASON

Alasan perlambakan barang tidak boleh diterima oleh pelanggan.
Jika masalah ini timbul pihak atasan perlu menambahkan pekerja atau menjaga pekerja anda dengan baik. Saya simpati pada pekerja - pekerja anda yang dikerah untuk menghantar barang-barang yang terlampau banyak kepada pelanggan memandangkan zaman sekarang pembelian online adalah menjadi "trend".
Malah kebajikan pekerja tidak dijaga kerana ramai saya jumpa pekerja poslaju mngadu gagal untuk buat pinjaman peribadi @ pinjaman perumahan akibat gaji yang kecil.

Minta keprihatinan pihak atasan mengatasi masalah ini. Pelanggan berpuas hati pekerja juga dihargai.

barang mane..seminggu menunggu fah ni

Hoi....ni dah betul betul marah ni...seminggu dah tunggu mana barang...korang dah makan ke apa parcel tu...banyak cuti ke korang ni sampai isnin pun cuti? Sial lah...mana Transit ni...dah mereput tunggu depan pintu menunggu kereta pos sampai sekarang tak tiba tiba..korang ni nak kalahkan pos express ke apa ni mangkuk hayun?

Service

Does anyone really help handle customers feedback or complaints?

Tried to call for rearrange for delivery since last Thursday but it's either no one answer or can't get through. Finally today manage to call in BUT the lady pretend she couldn't hear me and hang up my phone.

Item not deliver

1. Bought an item 1 week before im going to vietnam
2. The item was hold at pos laju brickfields for few days
3. Call pos laju centre at 7.30pm and they ask to come and pick it up myself and the pos laju open until 10pm because the drive is on leave and they refuse to send the item until the driver come back from his leave.
4. Arrive at pos laju at 8.30pm and its already close.
5. Go to pos laju at 10am the next morning and they wont give the item with stupid reason and ask me to wait next week.
6. Now i have no item that i bought and going to vietnam on evening.

Even your 1000 appologies which i know u wont even feel anything wont satisfied my losses.

It show how incompetence you are!!!

Lousy Service

One of your postman delivered a parcel to my condo and intercom me to collect from the lobby yesterday. I asked him to send it to my unit no because I have a baby & a toddler at home and it’s not convenient for me to collect at the lobby. He said okay but he didn’t turn up and at 9pm, I received a sms asked me to collect at Klang Lama Post Office. I called your customer service to complaint about the postman and asked for a second delivery and she said it’s not possible because it’s in Ezibox & asked me to call back again next week. I purchased online because it’s convenient for me to do so but if I have to collect my items at post office each time, then what’s the point of buying online. I might as well go shopping and buy it at the shop.

In fact, most of your postman always ask me to collect at the lobby. Other courier service will always send it to my unit no. It’s supposed to be a door to door service! Very disappointed with Postlaju service.

tidak terima barang

maaf, saya sudah pun periksa number tracking di track and trace pos laju. saya dapati barang saya septutnya tiba semalam pada jam 1 petang. tetapi melalui apa yang direkod, delivery attempted. Jika pos laju tidak jumpa tempat saya, mereka boleh hubungi saya. tetapi saya tidak menerima apa-apa notis dari pos laju samada dari notis yang ditinggalkan, sms, mahupun dari panggilan telefon. saya sudah pun menghubungi talian 1 300 300 dan juga number pejabat pos berdekatan tetapi tidak berangkat.

Poslaju

Saya dah call poslaju ( 1300300300) dekat 10 kali tapi still tak angkat-angkat. Tak tahu la diaorang tidur ke apa. Please buat sesuatu dengan complaint ini sebab ini bukan pertama kali saya kene, nak dekat 3 kali dah.

Poslaju Servis

diharapkan pihak pengurusan poslaju mengambil langkah tertentu terhadap perkhidmatan poslaju di Nilai N9.

Servis lambat,kakitangan kurang ajar , call tak berangkat ,barang hilang.

kami sebagai pengguna yang MEMBAYAR PERKHIDMATAN amat amat kecewa dengan mutu perkhidmatan Poslaju.

diharap pihak pengurusan ambik berat tentang complaint pengguna dan janganlah TIDOR DAN MAKAN GAJI BUTA.

Barang lambat diterima

saya rasa pihak pengurusan Poslaju patut mengambil tindakan keatas poslaju di Nilai.Servis terlalu lambat,staff attitude ( kurang ajar ).

mungkin staff tertekan disebabkan work load dan kurang kakitangan.Difahamkan dari staff poslaju Nilai sendiri yang mereka bukan

sahaja kena jaga kawasan Nilai malah KLIA juga.

Harap pihak pengurusan melihat secara serius kerana yang menjadi mangsa adalah PENGGUNA YANG MEMBAYAR PERKHIDMATAN

Kenapa pos laju jd pos sangat lambat? Berapa nilai postage hendak dibayar untk menjadikan pos laju betul-betul menjadi pos yang memang laju? Juta ringgit?

Pos Laju tapi Tak Laju

One of the item was posted on 22 March which was last two weeks. To count, it was more than 10 days including today (1 April) but I haven't received them yet. It was tolerable if your company took around 4-5 days but 11days was too much. You should reflect your company's name 'pos laju' since the pay for your service was quite high.

Below I attached my tracking for both of my items. They haven't change the status until now (1st April).

Please improve your service and reflect your *laju*.

Self collect

I suppose received my parcel on 30/03/2017 but i am not received that item..i call centre 1300 300 300 because i want to self collect.. on 31/03/18 ard 3.00 pm i call back centre then they said i can collect my parcel at pos laju nilai... after arrived at post nilai then the clark said you cannot collect your item... have to waiting on monday... the reason is operation and office just seperate.how come centre did not know this seperation postal and services.... bullshit menyusahkan orang... please improve your service. Call dah lah susah nak angkat better through your phone dalam longkang...
