28/2 : call 1300300300, status item has been send, to pos laju bukit mertajam. I EXPECT THE ITEM to be received on 28/2 as it is very urgent.
29/2 call again 1300300300, status item reached pos laju bukit mertajam at night? Item will be delivered on 1/3 or 3/3. WHAT???

Q1.How many thousand km from pos laju bukit mertajam to penaga that cause pos laju can't delivered the items on 28/2 ?

Very slow service from Pos Laju

I had ordered an item from Shopee and PosLaju is the one who will handle my parcel. Unfortunately, my parcel stucked at the PosLaju Hub for almost a week since my parcel was posted by the seller. It is so irrelevant and inconvenient for a huge courier company like PosLaju to give an unsatisfactory service to the customer. This is not the first time I had experienced this situation. I doubt it whether I can receive my parcel on the scheduled date, 22 Nov (I had extended my Shopee Guarantee). I hope this problem will be fixed as soon as possible because Shopee will not receive any return/refund request if PosLaju exceeded the date.
