My parcels reached Pos Laju Alor Setar on 6 June 2018 and until to date, the parcel has not been delivered to my house. So, I went to Pos Laju Alor Setar to collect my parcel myself, but the staffs said that my parcels are still on the van and havent unloaded. What kind of Pos Laju service is this?Since you are a service provider, please keep your promise to deliver the parcels on time.

For the past one year, I only receive d all my letters every 2 months time at my house located at 19, Jalan Harmonium 30/7, Taman Desa Tebrau, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor. The letters when I opened were dated more than 1-2 months times. The delay in sending all my letters to me had caused me delay in receiving all my important messages and information thus also causing much inconveniences as well as late in repaying my credit card outstanding. This late in delivering my letter to my house occurred one year ago and the situation has not been improved since then.

I sincerely hope that the authority will take immediate action to investigate the reason and rectify the problem for me as soon as possible.

Hi, I having the same prob'em with other people as well. My parcel been stuck seen 6th June at "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office", while my parcel has been post out seen 4th June it been a week already. And I supposedly to receive my parcel by now. I'm really appreciate if you guys to check back your system/service and can you please check my tracking number as well. As the parcel are also urgent for me as it was my Baju Raya. By the way, the parcel are only from Shah Alam to KL why is it so long for you guys to post it out. My parcel send out by seller on 4/6/2018 but the status didn't update since 6/6/2018, stuck at the status "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office".

I need it urgently before 12/6/2018. Please review and improve your service. Always bear with your mission as "Pos Laju" not "Pos Lambat". Many times already the parcel take 1-2 weeks to reach although it was send from KL to KL.

Improve your service otherwise more and more people will boycott your slow service.
