Where's my parcel

Pos laju Team,

Barang pos out since 28th tapi sampai sekarang tak ada update. Tracking pun tak ada function.

Pegi branch klang cakap untraceable parcel tu sebab tak scan. Then apa lagi scan la.

Kami faham peak season sekarang but raya every year n every year facing problem yang sama.

Apa counter measure pos laju untuk masalah ni?? Patutnya pos laju sudah boleh Come out with solution Untuk case delay ni semua. Tolong la upgrade sikit your service. Sedih sangat!

Sepatutnya perkara begini tidak berlaku kerana kami bayar service penghantaran untuk segera sampai dan yang peliknyer kenapa hantar ke Pos laju Transit office (klia Hub) bukannyer Pos laju Nilai. Mohon Pos Laju mempercepatkan penghantaran barang saya dengan kadar segera.

Tak bagi ambik barang,sebab tak boleh trace katanya,padahal dalam aplikasi pos laju boleh

Apasal pos masjid tanah tak boleh trace barang saya!padahal dalam sistem suruh collect dekat pejabat pos!mereka sengaja endah tak endah melayan saya.dalam applikasi pos malaysia barangan saya boleh ditrace..kenapa dengan kalian tak?sengaja mereka mengundang marah.minta jasa baik anda untuk menghantar semula item saya.saya memerlukannya.didalamnya terdapat ubat ubatan untuk ibu saya.item dari jauh beli from UK. Telefon tak angkat,bila datang dia marah kita balik.attitude teruk!

Status Dekivery Attempted

Mohon penjelasan berkenaan status di track&trace yg bertulis "Left a Delivery Arrangement Notice.". Adalah lebih baik jgn dilapor spt ini. Ini kerana ia tidak benar. Tiada notis ditinggalkan mahupun SMS menyatakan barang pernah cuba dihantar. Jika tiada notis diberi, status seperti ini tidak wajar dilapor sedemikian. Penerima barang yg perlu peka dengan sentiasa menyemak status penghantaran, bukannya usaha pihak poslaju utk memaklumkan. Selain menafikan notis tak dihantar, pelanggan juga akan dimarahi jika datang hari ketujuh (hari akhir collect barang) berikutan tiada notis makluman penghantaran ditinggalkan. Pelanggan juga yg dipersalahkan atas ketiadaan notis berkenaan.

Can't check tracking no & no update

Dear Pos Malaysia,

Please check an update status of my parcel EN222610605MY & EN222612889MY which until now no update, since after the parcel post on 25th May 2018 its almost one week pending. Please update the system we need to track the parcel time to time...

Whereabouts of items unknown (no updates)

I have been waiting for my items since Monday, i am aware that Tuesday was a public holiday and it'll take a bit longer but this time it feels like its taking too long.. what happen to my 2 packages? One of them states that its out from the Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub) and the other one is still showing 'item posted over the counter' with the last update on the evening it was posted (my assumption)
