Stupid Delivery Time Frame

Rubbish Pos Laju service , order being pick up on 15/5/2018 from KL and gonna send to Puchong , until today 18/5/2018 still stuck at the freaking parcel hub , wtf is this ? i never gonna use pos laju anymore , retarded service , within klang valley also takes so long , its totally unacceptable , skynet / gdex also faster then pos laju .

WHY IS MY PARCEL NOT DELIVERED TO RECEIVER

I have sent out my ZALORA RETURN PARCEL on 12th May 2018 (Saturday) and its totally reasonable that your staff told me it would be picked up on Monday. But it has been 5 days now and my parcel has not reaches ZALORA. and delivery status stated my parcel is at Pos Laju Shah Alam. What is my parcel doing in there but not sending it to ZALORA? I've tried to call your main customer service hotline and also the small branches from morning until now and all the lines are still busy. What you all are doing so busy but not responding to any of your customers feedback & complains? Please take this seriously! I've had really unpleasant experience with you all which you all freaking sent my parcel to the wrong address when there was clearly my address on the consignment note? How do you guys do work honestly? do you guys sleep & work? and i was told that you guys needed time to investigate, i have waited for one whole year and i have not gotten any updates or compensation! PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!

IN TRANSIT....

When I track, it say In Transit...Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office Pusat Mel Nasional.

But already days by days why it doesn't move yet for delivery? come on! I ordered 2 things and both still freeze IN TRANSIT for a few day already.

VERY BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to call and call and call the office for TWO DAYS. And no one freaking answer the phone. Went to the office and ask them to help and arrange the sender to help to deliver the parcel and guess what they said? “call yourself.” Even when I said I’ve been trying to call for two days but there’s no respond at all. POST LAJU SUCKS

parcel lambat terima

track and trace system menunjukkan parcel telah berada di pos laju balakong pada awal pg ini jam 6 pg 17/5/2018. tetapi tiada parcel yang diterima sehingga sekarang.tidak dinyatakan bahawa parcel out for delivery. perkhidmatan yang diberikan dibayar. setelah 7 tahun berurusan dgn pos laju balakong, dapati poslaju balakong lambat untuk buat penghantaran parcel ke lokasi dan menyimpan barang tersebut terlalu lama. sehingga kan meminta penerima pula untuk hadir ke poslaju balakong untuk ambil barang sendiri dan ada juga jika penghantaran perlu dibuat ke blok-blok kerajaan minta penerima untuk keluar pejabat ambil parcel di luar kawasan pejabat dan bukannya seperti di alamat sepatutnya. harap poslaju balakong memperbaiki perkhidmatan anda. pos malaysia juga diminta agar memandang serius masalah ni.

Parcel still not receive

Saya ada 3 barang yang belum sampai, satu parcel tu dah di pos on 3 may, lepastu tiba2 ada dekat caw serahan puchong, jadi utk apa bayar postage kalau kena pergi collect? bagi address office kot, yg sentiasa ada org, bukan rumah. Satu lagi parcel pos on 8 may, 15 haribulan status ( out for delivery ) I tunggu sampai pukul 7, sorang pos laju pun tak ada datang. pada pukul 9 malam saya check lagi tracking they update ( Unsuccessful delivery. We apologise that this item could not be delivered today. We will re-attempt delivery on the next working day ) and yesterday I call banyak kali nobody answer my call, sampai after lunch baru ada staff yg pick up call, and she said my parcel will be delivery on today, but when I check the status still same. And today I call again, one of the staff pick up the phone, she said "I don't know when the parcel can be go out for delivery, because all of the posmen was going out this morning" Tiga2 barang pun tak sampai2 lagi.

DID NOT RECEIVED INVOICE BILLING

Our account got blacklisted due to an outstanding billing although we didn't received any monthly billing since February 2018 and no notice at all. Called customer service and they directed the call to the Account Dept. Emailed the person-in-charge of our account and requested to send the latest invoice but she gave us a screenshot of our latest statement of account only. Why is it so hard to give a proper invoice when we can make the payment on the spot instead of waiting for a few weeks for this simple matter?

Send out the item on 4.5.2018 but till date the item still not receive and no more update from the tracking system. The last status at 8.5.2018 Item dispatched out at ipoh processing center.

DIDN'T GET PARCEL

I DIDNT GET MY PARCEL. WHEN TRACK THE PARCEL, ITS SHOWN THAT POSTMEN GOT REACHED MY HOUSE AND NO ONE THERE SO THE PARCEL BEEN SENT BACK TO SENDER AGAIN. BUT THE POSTMAN NEVER COME TO DELIVER PARCEL BECAUSE IF THE POSTMEN GOT COME MEANS WHY DIDN'T LEAVE A NOTE THAT NORMALLY WE USE TO TAKE OUR PARCEL FROM POST OFFICE. NOW MY PARCEL SENT TO MY SENDER IN MALAYSIA. THIS PARCEL IS FROM OVERSEA WHICH FROM ONLINE SHOPPING. I TRIED PAST 2 WEEKS TO CALL POST LAJU CUSTOMER CARE LINE 1300-300-300, BUT NO ONE ANSWERING IT. NOW IM BLURR THAT HOW TO GET BACK MY PARCEL. HOW TO CONTACT POST LAJU CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR.
