Dears Service Provider/STC,

I wish to protest my concern regarding cancellation of STC internet Services (landline) , though I have visited STC Customer Care Centers numerous time and applied online (by calling 900) as well for cancellation, but still connection is working and I have to pay BILL every time. Now, my company provided accommodation is changed so shifted to new place so I can't use your internet services which is installed in my previous accommodation. I urge to STC ,kindly intervene in this matter and immediately deactivate internet Services (Service Number #114553522) activated at my IQama ID.

Dear Sir,

My land line(0126599800) internet service is on hold since 06th april when I requested to shift my service to other place due to accommodation change. STC Technician visited and found there is no space in existing box.
I visited STC office and they told me that my service is on hold until.I requested to cancel the service.
STC advised that you can cancel service only after 21st May (due to one year contract) without any charge and service is on hold you will not receive any bill.
Yesterday again I visited STC office to cancel service but they asked me to pay 225SAR where as in my billing there was no pending amount until 6th April.
I called 900 and they said to call from same land line number ,I don't have land line number as I was using only internet.
Please support me in this regard to cancel the billing amount.

Could you please advise me on how to make my payment plans for my unpaid bills as my line is disconnected.

Dear sir, i am complaining about my internet connection in stc company..too much offer they advertised so people like me grab the opportunity...when i apply for access to the internet they will give paper to sign but not explaining and not giving a contract, just telling you its 1 year contract thats it..as i used the internet i was satisfied with it but due to shortage and problem i did not pay. So i have no more access to this internet until now and found out my bill is increasing without any notice or messages about my bill..i am complaining because they are not telling the consumer that the bill is continous..but i am not using it because they closed already the first time you did not pay...why? It is not fare..please help me about this. Thank you.
