Internet sucks

Hi.. i would like to send complaint about how terrible celcom internet line at kuala sungai baru melaka. Theres a college university (Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka) there but then, our (celcom) internet is very slow. Hard for us to do our assignment and other works. i can reach 4g and 3g only if i drive to nearest town which take 20 min from my college. Some of us change to other mobile company like maxis and digi.

I hope u can fix this ASAP

Dear celcom,
Pls fix ur internet coverage at taman tanaki, inobong penampang. Even here is 'TAMAN', there also some ppl use ur services. Dont hesitate if u lost one of ur loyal customer bcs of ur poor internet connection.

Pls fix ur internet coverage at Kg Piandang Baru, Siputeh Perak. Even here is 'KAMPUNG', there also some ppl use ur services. Dont hesitate if u lost one of ur loyal customer bcs of ur poor internet connection.

CELCOM fraudulent charges on Data Roaming

Celcom is scamming their customer on data roaming. They charge me rm38 per day when I was in foreign country despite NEVER turning on the data roaming. Their unprofessional customer service says there was no problem with the billing but suggest a solution to not select their partner network in respective country when you are there. What??? means they know this all along but we the customer is paying for this fraud!!!

wrongly register number phone

last two weeks i changed my phone line to celcom. the new simcard only active after one week. they promised the new sim will be activated after 1-2 days. fuhhh. such a liar. and the most unacceptable was they wrongly captured my father's number as registered number. actlly the my father's number is third party contact number in the registration form.

so, this issue really caused trouble to me n my father. my old line service has been stopped/terminated. so i have to use my father's number for the time being -.- luckly my father is not in malaysia right now. i didnt know what happened to his number until now, whether still active or not.

right now, i have prob to contact other person and they also cant reach me even though by father number. im unreachable by my family and friends. n also tired of explaining to everybody why im using my father's number. i made complaint through hotline number n also to the centre in NU SENTRAL. but still no progress almost 3 weeks.

celcom need to learn how to value and appreciate their customers. maybe they only realised when everyone started to boycott celcom line -,- seriously i totally regret changed my phoneline to celcom.

LOUSY SERVICE

REQUEST TO ADD NEW SIM CARDS TO EXISTING ACCOUNT BUT CELCOM PERSON GO AND CREATE NEW ACCOUNT FOR NEW SIM CARDS. IN THE EARLY STAGE WE ALREADY COMPLAIN TO THE OFFICE AND THE PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED THE SIM CARDS STILL CANNOT USE ALREADY 5 MONTHS. THE PERSON INCHARGE DON,T HAVE THE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW UP AND WE KEEP CALLING THERE IS NO RESULT ALSO THE CALL NOT ABLE TO GET TROUGH. THEY EVEN DON'T TO ANSWER OUR CALL.. THEY KEEP CHARGING US. THANKS.

Bad Internet Connection and call line

I have using Celcome Finstead gold 80 plan, the line and Internet is very bed since last month. When I was talking with business person and my clients, the phone will suddenly turn off in 3minutes. It make some of my clientstuff and business partner turn to bad mood. Besides, sometime the internet connection shown 4G, but the internet is very slow. Please, make sure your service is good, if not we will withdraw the plan.

3G full signal but unusable

For the past 2 weeks, I have experienced terrible mobile internet services from Celcom. Currently, I am using Celcom Gold plan with 6GB to spare yet I am unable to load anything on browser, Facebook, YouTube or even send messages through mobile messaging apps such as Line or WhatsApp.

I have lodged a report with Celcom customer service but the solution provided did not work for me at all.

This is totally unacceptable as I am paying for services that I am unable to use at all. The only workaround to send messages through Line or WhatsApp was to limit my phone to using 2G network.

Kindly fix this problem before you start losing customers to other Telco providers.

poor internat and telco connection

The celcom signal and data are getting worse for last 3 weeks.
Cannot receive sms and data connection at all.
I have to restart my phone so that i can receive the data and signal for few minutes, after that signal and data anymore.
Please fix it ASAP.

Rubbish MMS

I have been receiving lots of rubbish mms from 39028 which i have not applied to any stupid mms services and i have call the centre to remove every mms services i have applied before and how come i still receiving this rubbish mms and which keep deducting my money... i am getting so piss off with this service provider.. please do something about the rubbish mms!!!

poor connection and slow speed internet

I've been encountering extremely slow speed internet on celcom with likely 2kb/s speed and poor connection with only 0 to 1 bar on my phone. Just sign up a week ago and it is on 2 years contract. Can Celcom fix this as soon as possible? It's really frustrating.

poor data connection

kenapa line internet slow lama sangat dahnni???? Aku guna celcom gold monthly data kedarah kuat Nakmampuih.. YouTube, Insta atau video dlm FB pun Aku Tak on.. free 1.25GB weekly data haram tak boleh pakai. 2 minggu burned mcm Tu ja.. 😩😫 please fix this as soon as possible..

coverage kurang

kenapa dekat antara gapi coverage celcom very2 slow?? ckp upgrade 4g, tp coverage slow?? nak dapat line pn ssh. kwsan prumahan sini kebanyakkan 2tingkat. klau dduk kt bwah lngsung xde line.. mcm mna you jaga ur customer??pdhl pnduduk kwsan kt sini ramai. xkn stiap kli nk call or bkak data kna ddk kt ats. please fix....tqvm

Poor connection compared to few years ago

5/6 years ago. Celcom had a very good line here at Kuala Selangor. Now getting poor the line. Even digi have a better line. Why? Digi had the worst line 5/6 years ago.

internet problem

there is a few days that internet burung hantu got a smooth connection but nowadays always have problem. i need to disable data and enable it back to gain a good connection for a few minutes then it gone bad again. please do something fast to fix this problem or a lot of your loyal customer will change to other network.

Engineer Celcom X Cekap

maaf celcom punya engineer ni ada ke patut orang cakap speed band slow 3G tak sampai 1kb dia suruh pergi duduk tengah-tengah padang. Nampak sangat engineer tido.. jawab la kami akan cuba selesaikan masalah.. pasang signal repeater ke naik taraf bandwith ke. mohon celcom pandang serius hal ni. bukan semua pengguna bodoh dan tak tau pasal signal or apa-apa berkaitan bandwith ni. biar jawab tu prfessional sikit

Terrible website design

Entering Celcom website homepage... SOMETHING is loading. The blue 'loading dots' in the middle of the screen are there and i can't click anything else until it's gone, i can wait about 10mins, or continuously refresh just so i can even begin to navigate the site. And then there's the login/signup area. I'm told to login or signup to check my bills and data usage etc. OK. i try to signup, fill up all the forms and hit submit.. suddenly the whole screen becomes whitewashed. Unable to click anything, wait 30mins, nothing is happening nothing is loading. What is this? I try to signup again, "NRIC number already registered". Wtf. I try to login, i didn't even set a password so i can't login, no messages on my phone either. Click "forgot username or password". Same whitewashed screen, can't click anything. Can't check my bills and data usage. It's seriously not hard to just build an intuitive and easy to navigate webpage. Especially if you're encouraging customers to use your web-service. Utter disappointment.

Prolong Internet Connection Problem

Hi, Celcom

Been experiencing internet connection problem for almost a week now. How can this ever happen to a mobile network provider? 1 week is UNACCEPTABLE. This is not even resolved but it has worsen. There is not even unstable connection but NO CONNECTION at all for the past few days!. Are you gonna waive us the internet charges as we are paying for data plan but we can't use it?

This really cause us so much inconvenience as we are very much dependable on Whatsapp for our daily communication with friends & family and even for work or business. We also need data to connect to our GPS while driving. I have lodged complaint via phone call to your customer service and it was promised to me that this problem will be resolved within 24 hours from the time my complaint was lodged.

Please keep your promise and do not keep us in the dark. Do have some courtesy to update your customers of what is happening and the status of your resolution.

no internet and lost connection

Hi please fix your internet. I am pretty sure i have subscribe into montly internet. I dont know why ever since a week ago my internet keep lost connection within 5 - 10 minutes. And if i have a stable connection it still bad slow loading connecting. It's kinda weird i still have 1.6gb out of 2.5gb data but yet ,it still line connection keep worst everyday. Please stop scamming your customers money, you should compensate us for doing terrible job. And please stop upgrading your internet. It still suck whatever you do.

No internet coverage

Please make an internet coverage in Menggatal area. There are no internet coverage at all at that place. I wouldn't mind it if I didn't live there but I do. I've been a celcom user since 2011 and i really don't want to change to other network. So if you take action for this I will really appreaciate it. I really do. Please make an internet coverage in Menggatal area. It's 4G but I can't even use it because there are no signal at all. Thank you. I really hope you will do something about it.
