Bad Food quality and quantity

Today I bought a Big Mac combo set (Burger + fries + 1 drink) and I changed the drink to Milo (no ice) through the Drive-in counter. It was charged RM11.40.

I was shocked to consume a very diluted Milo (when i opened the cap - it was very waterish (both taste and looks) - definitely already mixed with water. Is that the way McDonald's practise to dilute the Milo? Is that the way how the management cut cost by diluting with water?? I doubt so - because i have bought McDonald's at many other outlets before and all Milo tasted very good and original.

Secondly, the French fries was half-filled - and not like the ones we bought at eat-in. Is that how the management cut cost and tarnishing the image of McDonald's.

I am totaliy dissatisfied with this particular McDonald's outlet at Batu Caves (facing MRR2) next to Giant Batu Caves, and Shell station.

Next, is the tissue they gave is 1 miserable piece. Is that another way of cutting cost.

It puts me off that McD render such poor quality of food and cutting cost at the expense of customer's satisfaction.

I strongly believe that McD has standards of quality and quantity to maintain BUT it is NOT followed by the Franchise Management (who are only profit oriented).

Old burger/unfriendly staff

I am mcdonald lover . Especially mchicken not because i dont have enough money to buy spice chicken mc deluxe or anything else 😅.
Everyday im going to mcd..sometime twice a day. sometime more then that .
Breakfast,lunch,dinner,supper n whatever..
I will prefer mcd..even my friends wont ask me to suggest were to eat because deffinetly i will suggest mcd .
BUT
Please monitor mcd jln kebun , mcd tmn melati because this 2 place the most i visit.
Always giving the trouble such as
old burger or recooked patty maybe , salty fries/old fries , chicken muffin, muffin like stone , not enough sos(only 2packet of sos for 1 set if 2 set 3packet sometime)😍 , unfriendly staff 'theres one lady staff at mcd (tmn melati),her face like shit whos going to kick me out from the mcd n shes a normal staff will work on night shift' since the second time i saw the same annoying lady face, i wont eat mcd that time if shes onduty , every night cannot drive thru(only tmn melati).
Ratio 10:8 im have this trouble..
Mostly if i have it there i will ask for new one patty.
But if i take away or drive thru , once i come back home n found that i get the old burger or something nonsense . At that moment i will just eat because im lazy to go back to mcd just to replace that burger..
Normally i will take away for breakfast because im worried to have it there alone early in the morning..
that moment will really feel angry,pissed off, n think not going to mcd anymore.

Wrong info

I called McDonald's delivery at 2.23 am 22nd May 2016 to ask whether new McDonald's at Persint 2 Putrajaya already open or not. She said already open. But when I reached there, it still under construction.
If not sure, just say it. No need to give wrong information.

Dirty and lazy staff

Decided to stop at bangi for a quick breakfast, ordered my food and sat inside, but it was so cold... Requested to reduce the airconditioning but was told to sit outside. When i arrive outside none of the tables were cleaned up, i have told the staff almost 20 minutes ago, even my food has gonw cold waitIng, i will not go to these place again. Mcd bangi SUCKS! U JUST LOST A WORKING CUSTOMER

Rude service manner

When we reached there,we saw many people are queue and waiting for order..then we decided to order when people get lesser.. but when we just sit down and suddenly a worker came in front and asking us..said are we came here to study?Here is not allow to study and just available to customer..how come a worker has this kind of rude manner?After that we decided to complaint at the counter there..but the cashier don't even bother us..this MCD's workers are the rude worker I ever seen!

Insult by a cashier.

As of yesterday, my daughter and son went to McDonalds here in Nong Chik Johor Bharu. They were placing their orders, when my son was still deciding to place his order so it took some time for the cashier which was an indian lady ( no racist input ) as the cashier was taking their orders made a hateful negative facial expressions. As my daughter saw her facial expression, she quickly just ordered one cheeseburger. The cashier then just asked "Satu je?" ( "Just one?") with a sarcastic tone and facial expression. My daughter then said " Ada masalah ke kalau order satu? " ( "Is there any problem by ordering just one meal?"

The cashier just kept quiet, stated the price for the meal. When my daughter was paying for the meal, the cashier then looked at my daughter and insulted her by saying, "Muka dah la macam babi". ("Your face is like pig"). So my daughter didnt want to make any further escalations, she just payed an left with her meal.

That certainly made me furious over this matter as I am outstation. I would greatly appreciate McDonalds Human Resources and the higher authorities to take charge and act over this matter immediately.

I will certainly check over this matter soon. Thank you.

Rude delivery call

I made a call for delivery at Mc Donald's Sri Andalas, klang. This lady, Jaclyn was very rude.

She was asking what was my old hand phone number. She wanted to associate my house address with my old hand phone number. This does not make sense.

I told her I am not using my old hand phone number, but she insisted so I gave her. Then she could not find any infornation on that number. I said I have been staying at this address for more than 10 years, what other info do u need? She said she needs my old number... :(

She spoke very rudely and finally decided to create a new account for my address.

I'm clueless to what had happened and I'm so puzzled of such nonsense system.

Unavailability of Drive Thru

At midnight about 1 am, I went to McDonald's Taiping Lake Garden for a Drive Thru. However, the Drive Thru was blocked and unavailable. This is not the first time I met such problem but several times. I am so disappointed on the McDonald's Drive Thru. Such problem is getting rid of some potential customers or sales, at least I am the one.

Unfriendly Staffs and Lateness of Drive Thru Service

To work at 3am in the morning is quite tiring but at least you can just smile to the customer instead of sighing and pull a face towards the customer. It was at McDonalds in Seri Iskandar and I need to lodge a complaint of how most of their drive thru staffs are not in a good mood. I dunno whether its just and my friends but every time we've used drive thru service, we found that the staffs is not friendly. Not only that, their drive thru is quite late for these past 3 weeks. I dunno why this happened. I hope that the management of Seri Iskandar branch can improve this problems especially the unfriendly staffs problem.

pada Ahad 1 may 2016 saya pergi ke mcd Setia tropika ,saya order sausage muffin with egg tapi dapat without egg. dinner pula saya order 1 set besar ayam goreng Spicy tapi saya tidak dapat air . kedua duanya melalui drive thru .saya harap pihak mcd dapat perbaiki service yang diberikan kepada customer .

Lazy and Rude Mcd Plaza Pelangi Johor

I went to Mc D with my family as my 3 year old daughter was asking for another angry bird toys collection. Manager named Redza took order n i order Happy Meal with 4 pcs nuggets. He gave me red angry bird toys, i asked for a different toys as my daughter already have the red one n he said dont have without even searching.

As i was sitting with my family and eating, i saw other customers having other toys, i went to the counter and asked a different staff named Aysha, and she immediately changed for me a different toy.

If McD have this kind of lazy, rude and zero customers service ethics Manager, wont last long and more customers will stop coming to this place.

Take action.

Disappointing services with mac delivery

i was a McDonald regular customer until this day 29 april 2016 , the service was so so there was one time they actual send me cold food , i had to waste money to pay them to send me cold food what kind of rubbish service lucky it not raw if not i will sue them for it , this is the last time i using them worst service attitude would u pay for cold food i wont not ever next best thing my order gone missing it ok since they do not send their lost even now they send me i will reject the order

Automatic upgrade to LARGE combo

Firstly, shouldn’t it be a standard protocol for a fast food chain store like McDonald to ask their customer what is the size of their order rather than charge customer for the price of LARGE combo (regardless how many combo, all combo are being key in at the cash registration as LARGE combo)?

Secondly, even if customer did not mentioned what is the meal size they want, the customer should be serve MEDIUM size and not LARGE size.

Thirdly, cashier or the staff that takes order should ask customer what is the size of their order if the customer did not tell them what size they want.

Fourthly, staff should have the habit of repeating customer order to ensure that customer order is correct.

The above incident has been happened to me numerous times at different McDonald over the past few months i.e PJ Old Town, Puchong Gateway DT and etc. Upon observing the other tables around me, 90% of the dine in guests have LARGE size meal.
Most customers will not look into their receipt in detail and it would be such a hassle to question about the receipt when the food is already ready to be collected and there are other customers queuing. Most customers will take the matter lightly as the extra money they paid for their meal is not a lot.

Regardless what is the issue which resulted a customer to take this issue lightly, I personally feel that it is a total rip off. Kindly look how the cashier/staff that take customer order, there should be a strict guideline what they should be doing.

UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE

I HAVE ORDERED MDD DELIVERY TODAY AT 12:50PM (REF: 363652) FR THE BEEF COMBO 2. FIRSTLY I WOULD LIKE TO FEEDBACK ON MY ORDER WHERE I HAVE REQUESTED FOR SALT, PEPPER & CHILI SAUCE. HOWEVER, NO SALT CAME WITH MY DELIVERY. SECONDLY, THE EXPERIENCE WHICH I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED NOR WOULD EXPECT FROM MCD WAS WHILE I WAS EATING MY BIG MAC, I ACTUALLY CHOKED ON A PIECE OF PAPER WHICH WAS A SHOCKED TO FIND IN BETWEEN MY BURGER!!! THIS KIND OF MISTAKE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. WHAT IF I HAD SWALLOWED IT OR A CHILD/KID, ETC HAD EXPERIENCED THIS. THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AS I'M SURE THIS LAPSE HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THE FOOD SAFETY LEGISLATION LAW.

I DEMAND A PERSONAL APOLOGY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY COMPENSATION ON THE EXPERIENCE AND EXPECT AN UPDATE AT THE SOONEST.

Saya datang makan, yang ambik order perempuan gemuk pakai t shirt ape takde name tag, saya order machicken dengan air coke besar satu, dia tanya nak ambik set ke tidak, saya jawap tidak mahu, tapi dia tanya lagi mahu juga saya beli set, perbualan pasal nak ambik set saja dah dalam 10 minit kemudian baru la saya dapat makanan saya, saya letak makanan dan minuman di atas meja kemudia saya pergi basuh tangan, saya kembali ke meja saya makanan dan minuman saya sudah ilang, saya tanya manager yang ade di kaunter, dia cakap tak tau dan takde tindakan di ambil langsung. terok betul la ini kedai memang saya tak mau datang lagi.

Halau customer mcd bandar perda depan uptown

Last sunday, I was going to mcd bandar perda . It was around 10pm saya dan classmate saya duduk makan sambil study disana . tiba tiba dtg pekerja dia kata "dik ni tempat family kalau nak study kena duduk luar" what? Ada tulis ke dkt situ family room? Takda kan ? Sungguh biadap ni . Saya dgn tgh makannya dia suruh bangun keluar . Harap pihak yg berkenaan membuat tindakan. kalau saya tak makan takpa lagi saya faham . Ni tengah duk makan ni . Harap pihak atasan mengambil serius terhadap isu ini . Saya berasa sangat kesal dengan apa yang terjadi .

lobby kru yg dtg mintak maaf...mgr 2-2 duduk kat loby p buat x tahu je
hm stok mainan dah abis patut mgr lebih peka tuk sediakan gantian bukan bila cust mintak baru nk ambik...
oder 2set hm p dapat toys 1 je.... kena mintak 2/3x baru bg lagi 1
mcchic sayur dahg kecut... daging pong sejuk..
harap pas ni pihak mgr buat test lebih kerab dan pastikan bila tamat tempoh ape yg patut d wast....sila wast..jangan bg cust br yg dah x elok...

Missing Order

I am a regular customer of McDonald's Malaysia. I often make orders especially thru it's McDelivery. On 5th April [email protected], I made an order tonite thru mcDelivery and my order no 380109. All my order was delivered accordingly except for one mc'chicken that was not delivered to me.

I called Call Centre and was informed that to check with Store and the delivery will take about 15min.

After about half an hour, I called Call Centre again. I was informed to wait while checking with the Store (Pandan Mewah). After few minutes, someone from Pandan Mewah Store called me and promised that he will check and deliver the missing order. There was no apology at all.

After waiting for about half an hour, I called again directly to The Store and was informed that rider just went out for 5minutes. I was very frustrated and refused to take the missing order and I insist to make this complaint on Pandan Mewah Store due to its bad service to customers. McDonalds owe me a piece of burger.

Apple pie not delivered

We ordered at Macdonalds drive thru just after the sunway tol. The staff did not give us receipt and did not give us our Apple pie though we paid for it. We ordered and paid approximately RM15 for the following order:
a) 2 Chicken burger
B) 4 pieces chicken nuggets
C) Apple pie ( not given)

We came to the drive thru about 3.45 pm , 5th april 2016 which is today. We are very frustrated since this thing has happen once to my wife as well. Bottom line is we want the Apple pie and our receipt be located and given to us.

Poor management ,bandar Puteri

What a shit day I had today !!! The staff must be well trained before step on the stage to sell the product!!!! I've order apple pie with sundae , the staff give me an apple pie and give me another cup of sundae ice cream. What is the point that (apple pie with sandae) give me separately and expect me to combine it myself? I ask the staff, I'm so surprise that the staff say yes! Well , I said this is totally different with the picture that you show me on the board. Only the staff take back all things and ask the people around how to make (Apple pie with sandae) I think the management should provide proper training for their staff once they have new product launched ! Not 24 Hours delivery service provided

It is so ridiculous that the mdonald customer service staffs informed that no delivery service in the early morning.

IF there is no such service to deliver the food in the early morning, please DO NOT COMMIT saying that McDonald is provided 24 hours delivery service to customer. Bullshit!!

Charge higher without verify

It happened 2 times already, 1st time I order 3 sets at counter, the sale person without asked me want regular or big size & give the big size meals & charge directly, i told him that i just need the regular meals, he refunded & change for me.
2nd time i order thru pass by, same thing happened, i only realize when the change return to me short, i ask why charge me extra, he said give me big size meal. i rejected, but the sale person asked continue go to take food & they will refund me, but when i collect food, they said have insert order & cannot change.
Please don't cheat people just only few ringgit...

McD rawang

I went to mcD rawang brunch for take away mcD all the way from ulu yam. I didn't check the food in the packet because we are in rushing. After I reach home, I FOUND OUT THAT YOUR STUFF HAD NOT PUT MY MCD SPICY DELUXE IN THE PACKET AND IT CAUSED ME MAD BECAUSE I PAID FOR YOUR FOOD AND I HAVE ONLY FRIES AND COKE! I'm hungry!!!!! AND YOUR STUFF DID NOT PUT THE RECEIPT IN THE PLASTIC BAG! I'm so dissapointed!!!!
