Roaches and flies and 'no rider"

I saw a roach crawling on the tray while dining in Mcd Subang Parade. That was sheer disgusting and I stopped eating right away. This is not the first encounter with roaches in MCD, I remember seeing a family of roaches hovering around the chilli self serve table in Summit USJ Mcd.

The toilets in taipan Usj, ss15 drive thru and ss15 Taylor's college are often dirty and lack of papers.

The delivery service of SS15 at Taylor's college is very unsatisfactory. It is impossible to get a delivery if you call between 5 to 7 am. The usual excuse is 'No rider". I have tried many times and it has always been the same reply.

Also, the porridge at Mcd ss15 Taylor's college is always out of stock, as early as 6 am right till 8 am.

Mcd is an international brand and greater effort should be done to improve its services and ensure a clean and heathy environment, not one that is infested with roaches and flies.the counter staff are not professional when they address customers as " uncle" or "aunts". Why can't they use either Miss or Ma'am or Sir?

very-very late delivery

Its very late and they dont response to the customers in a good and logic way...
They also used to send a wrong oder...
It's very-very irritating to listen to their lies and they a very lazy....

Poor Management

April 20th 2015, I called up the toll free McDonalds number at 1300-13-1300 to make my order which was three Sunday cup chocolate ice cream and requested one of it with extra chocolate topping. I received my order within 30 minutes without any problems. The same thing, I called up the toll free number yesterday 23rd April 2015 to make the same order only thing this time having two of my Sunday cup chocolate ice creams with extra chocolate toppings and the other cup normal. However, the officer that answered my call by the name Mr Loga told me that my purchase limit was not enough. Having all my anger and bad experience for the past two week with McDonalds, I ended the call and decided to speak to the Titiwangsa McDonald's branch manager to consult through WWatsapp. As that would be my nearest delivery spot. So, I Watsapp Mr Sri the manager who assisted me on my last issues a couple of weeks ago and because he told that in any time in future if I have trouble with my orders.
Having said, I watsapp Mr Sri who is the branch manager of Titiwangsa at about 11.36pm saying "Dear Mr Sri, Its me John. Sorry to text you so late but I need to let you know that I am having trouble to make my purchase which I was able to make the same thing couple of days ago". he asled me which number was it I called. I told him the toll free number the common number everyone uses. I even told him that I was early in the afternoon at his respective branch celebrating my grandmother's birthday and asked for him but he was rather busy. But he was very polite asking me to send his regards to my grandmother. As good as everything sounded he then text me "Mr gomez, minimum order from McDonalds is rm 18 because all delivery order comes from the call center. I think you should talk with the call center leader as they will give clear explanation and you can mentioned about the previous order" and so i replied back "ok, thanks Mr Sri for your assistance.
The only reason I text you was simply because you told me in future if I have trouble with any of my order I could come to you". However you have asked me to call back the toll free number that could not assist me. Now if anybody was in my shoes week by week having trouble and issues with McDonalds would they be in peace or angry? One thing I noticed, "learning to go an extra mile does ease heat, anger, dissatisfaction and others but McDonalds fails to practice that so I asked for my letter of apology to Mr Sri on what happen to it? Previously, I had issues that I had highlighted to Mr Sri and its about two weeks that I have not received my letter of apology. He answered me "for the letter in regards to your email, they will send to me and I will send through post". Just to remind you, the letter that I speak about is about a previous error caused by McDonalds two weeks ago and how long does it take to acknowledge your customer for the error that you created?

Poor Management

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the unacceptable treatment that I received yesterday 11 April 2015 when I called up your toll free to place an order like I usually do.
First of all, I spoke to Mr Siva around 11:35pm when the phone cut. Then I called back again and spoke to Mr Azam and had to repeat back the whole dissatisfaction that I had to go through. To prevent me from repeating myself again, I asked Mr Azam for his staff ID just in case if the line cuts, I could request to speak to him again. However, Mr Azam said, “I am sorry but we are not allowed to give our ID code due to security purpose. It was something new to me. However, I continued explaining what took place.
I called up to place an order about an hour ago and after my order was taken, the toll free customer service advised me that my nearest branch of delivery will be Titiwangsa Kuala Lumpur estimated time 40 minutes from my call and the total charge including the delivery chargers. Forty minutes after, I received a call from Mcdonald Titiwangsa asking me to come down to collect my order as the despatch couldn’t come up. With my legs swollen up which was one of the reasons I called up for a delivery had to walk down and collect my order and still pay the delivery charges. I did question the guards at my place and they said that they could come in but not with their motorbikes. I lived in a 25 story apartment and thank God there is no staircase where I do not see why my order did not arrive at my front door. Now, as frustrated and angry I am with my swollen leg, I come up and called the customer service again and speak with the team leader Mr Edwin. I explained to Mr Edwin once again of my dissatisfaction of not towards the despatch boys but rather from the branch manager who controls and manages her downline. Mr Edwin was kind enough to put himself in my shoes and understood me totally and said he will highlight this matter to the branch manager. Fifteen minutes later, I receive a call from a mobile number (0105644397). However, I did not pick up the phone as it was an unknown number. Five minutes later, I received another call by this number (0340232602) by a person name Ms Malina who claimed to be the branch manager who could not even speak English well. She said that she was aware of what took place and that she received my complain but what made me even more angry was she blamed her despatch boy for the error caused on her wrong managing act stating that her despatch boy did such because he was afraid that his bike will be stolen. I find this a very lame excuse and reason for a branch manager to come up with.
After me reasoning out my pain and dissatisfaction, we came to an agreement that she will send me the same very order I made tomorrow (12April 2015) of which she will waive the bill and what would be my preferred time. I did not want to carry this longer so I came to an agreement that 8pm would be great and just before ending my call, I reconfirmed my order date and time and she acknowledged it. It is 11:05pm now and I have not received her promise not even a single napkin serviette from Mcdonald.
I very much hope that in future you will take you will take care of these mistakes in order to prevent them in happening to others and jeopardizing your well-known brand by having an irresponsible manager managering your downline. As the saying goes “monkey sees monkey do, peanuts paid peanuts you get”. I am afraid to say that i will have no alternative but to put the matter in the hands of my solicitors/media should not I receive a compensation, letter of apology and call within the next days. I think it’s very rude and unprofessional for the way I was treated and taken for granted when the manager could have kept her promise or better still gone an extra mile.
On the next day, 13th April 2015, at around 12:11pm I called up the customer service at 0327265600 and spoke to Ms Usha explaining to her my dissatisfaction of what took place and asked her if she received my complain from the given column by McDonalds. Ms Usha was very professional in the way of handling a dissatisfied angry customer like me and said that she will look into the matter and get back to me. On the 12th April 2015 at 11:23pm, I received a message from a number 0183245914 stating "Hello Sir, can I send your order now. because i dont have enough rider 8pm". Even the word “my despatch” was failed to use by I guess the branch manager/ in charge rather than the word rider. After all the blunder they had created, was this a professional approach attempt to a customer like me who was not only disrespected, given empty promises, caused me crucial pain as I mentioned and an sms without introducing themselves but just a straightforward unprofessional text. I am very dissapointed with how management handles a situation or an error like this. As everyday passes by, my pain and anger is leading me to mental duress. If this does not resolve in a high professional manner, i will definitely approach my lawyer and will not even hesitate further to take it to the media.
April 15th 2015, I received a call by a chap name Mr Sri ( Branch Manager) who called me up to say he is sorry and to see how we could go about it. I told him I will email him and get back to him. On the 16th April 2015, I Watsapp Mr Sri and asked if he received my email and he said he did. If he did, why did he not acknowledge it rather than waiting for me to ask him. However, I did not want to make matters worse as I was already very angry and asked him how he would want to go about it. We discussed and we came to an agreement as I was practically fed up here in making things longer.
Today is already about a week and I have not even received a letter of apology promised by McDonalds. To me it seems they do not care in acting upon errors and mistakes made by them. This is making me more frustrated, annoyed and angry. I even Watsapp Mr Sri the branch manager and asked him yesterday 23rd April 2015 regarding what happen to the letter? he replies me, "Dear Mr Gomez...foor the letter regards your email..they will send to me and I will send through post". My question here is how long does it take to type out a letter of apology to a customer for the errors made. We are not in the world of typewriter anymore but rather computer which snail mails does not play much a part. I dont understand the delay

Even after me saying that if matter does not resolve it will leave me no choice to have this taken up by my lawyers and the media. I do not see the dream of Ray Kroc/and McDonalds mission "to be our customers' favorite place and way to eat" in anywhere close. You guys should walk the talk. I wonder if Mr Stephen Chew is aware of this dilemma consumers facing with the service given to them. I would really to hear from him personally as a CEO with his multiple leadership roles, and who was also the ex vice-president of marketing, communications and consumer and business. I'm sure he would understand where I'm coming from as matters know are rather not good and running for me. I do hope Mr.Stephen Chew will get back to me soon.

Late delivery almost 3 hours

Such stupid services McDonald's given! Call them at1.20 pm, to place an order to be delivered to home address but they go to my ofiz address and calling me! At 3.10 call and checked with them again an indian lady said will be at my house in 5 mintes.. at 3.45 pm call to the store to check and they dont know which order i'm talking bout and said will check n update me! Wat stupit services u all having???

Mc Delivery sucks. I had to wait for more than 1 hour (they promised to deliver within 45 minutes). After one hour Mc D called me and said there is no delivery boy available. She asked me if i am still interested. I asked her how long you need to deliver? She said 15 minutes. I said ok. After waiting for 15 minutes, still no sign of delivery.

I don't know if anybody have encounter situation like this. On first day of Chinese New Year I went to Mcdonald located at Jalan Bakri.
Guess what ? I ordered two set meals and when food served I request two more paper cups and you know wat the gal said ( very black face and ill speaking manner ) " Why do you want more paper cups "?. I told her I want to share the drink with my family. She go inside a while then come back and told me " My manager said cannot give paper cups ". I was too shocked by her answer and thought I mentioned an overboard request, but wait I just ask for extra paper cups. What's wrong with that request?
Other Mcdonalds never reject this kind of request. I felt I was interrogated by a police woman and wonder where I standing then ( Am I a criminal ) ?
Obviously, the staff is not well trained ( very rude ). When Mcdonalds come out this new rule ?? My niece told me that they maybe just don't want people to refill drink. OK, I understand now... you spend there and now they treat as mooch.

Service is bad bad bad, crews not well trained, always place wrong order. They confusing for their own menu, need customer explain back to them what is the different in between. That is funny.... After all still argue with customer and blame to customer mentioned wrong item.

Wrong item given

i order thru phone, my order number330-29/01/2015-6208. received the goods around 1.40pm.
thanks for the fresh cooked item, however i got surprise when the order, suppose to be double cheese burger but only cheeseburger inside (outer packing is correct, only cheese burger inside).
please do send us a replacement burger as soon as possible.

Heyy...there was 1 stupid lady..named Sue at outlet in kuchai.Same reply each time "Rider Out" do they have to pretend like this each time? or does Mc Donald is incapable of delivering their service to customer? then why the big fuss of "BIG LIES" advertisement on your delivery service. This stupid staff always gave me thy same reason..

Out of 10 time of my order 8 is a failure or is it actually you don't really needs much of a customer. Not to speak of the nearby Mc. D if they could assist. When I ask they say that they have separation of area. Ridiculous type of management and poorest service with disappointing experience I've ever had.

Hi manager of Mcd Taman Connought
Please don't send the same rider to my home again. He definitely don't know how to read the receipt. Total i need to pay RM25.35 but he stated RM28 by put me under wrongly situation. Hello, this is not my first time with McDelivery and please stop fooling me. Pity of him, he holding the receipt but dont know how to read. I need to show him email frm McD frm my mobile phone together with the receipt that his holding the correct amount i need to pay to McD. I give him RM30.35 and he should give me RM5 as a balance but what i got only RM4. He mention to me that his not enough money and again i need to stated here , i am not first time make order with McDelivery and dont fooling me. Im so tired with him and i am not person easy give TIPS to people.RM3 as per delivery charges already included the bill. So why he acted like hoping someone to give tipssss to him. So many question and conclusion i need to give to him to make sure he give me balance RM5.

I have order spicy chicken and the manager who name geetha ask to wait for 20min because they need to cook the chicken and so after 23 min later I ask that manager where in my order and she said to change my order because there no chicken.. Then I ask her I've been waiting for 23min why suddenly she ask to change the order in a rude way ... I ask her back what kind of service do you provide??? And I heard she talk behind of me you don't want mcd food please go other places that can find food ... So this is how I get customer service??? I need a request to take legal action against the manager who was at that particular time

Servis di mcdonald sunway sangat teruk!. Firstly. I oder big mac and cashier tu repeat oder dalam nada yang sangat perlahan. I pun xdengar. I oder 1 big mac dan 1 ayam goreng mcd. All in large size. Tapi yang saya dapat chicken nugget. Bila saya minta tukar , mereka layan dengan muka yang bengang. Seolah olah nak marah. and kebanyakan barang2 di meja sos, semua HABIS!! bila i minta penutup air si cashier yang saya tak dapat lihat namanya menjawab "tidak ada" dalam nada yang sangat kurang ajar. Serius. I'M so disspointed!!!

rude staff

my hot milo fall down from table , and your staff name firdaus,
he is not concern abt did my child get hurt cause of the hot water,
he keep asking why the milo will fall from table, is keep asking
about 5 times, blaming us because he need to clean it, is it this is a
correct working attitude ? im customer, is it this is the correct attitude
that he show to me? and while me and my kids having our meal, this staff firdaus
he keep looking at us with the angry and rude face, my kids was scare,
feel regret with this kind of staff attitude.

Delivery

Yesterday I placed an order around 11:25pm, I was waiting for a long period of time...we called them 2 times and they never phoned back let alone listen to our acquirements, finally 1 hour and a half later it arrived I don't blame the person who delivered it but I do fully blame whoever does cook it, what I can't understand is that how does it take 1 hour and a half to shove some chips in a box and slap on some meat in a bun. The following day I ordered to see if they could make a difference we ordered and surprisingly it came early, we paid the man rm 56 and 10sem, opened the back and only came across a few drinks and fries but no burgers after we ordered 4 burgers... I think your delivery is terrible and I shall not eat with mac donalds again, however if I do...I will thoroughly check it!

Service

Today afternoon around 12.20pm , I had call for mcd delivery to my office . After placing the order , mcd worker ask me to wait for 45unite to b allocate . After waiting for 50 minute I gv a first call to check for my order , after asking for tge order number , phone number amd place , they told me it will b reach in 8 minute . After 15 minute I still not receiving my meal , I call agaim 2nd time , this time they told me that its ady on the way . After 10 minute I called again , the worker tell me he is not sure he have to check for the supervisor of the branch , and ask me to wait for the call from supervisor . After waiting for long time I receive a call from mcd superviaor , he told me tat I have to wait for another 30 minute to get my food , and ask u wan to wait or cancel ...
what kind of service ihis , I place order on 12.20 pm and wait until 210pm , then supervisor still can ask u,wan to wait or cancel ? If u cant make it just dont take the order .
Really dissapointed about mcd delivery service !!!

rude customer service

Hai today around 8:45pm i was waiting at the counter to buy burger .however ur team members did not put any sign board at the counter.i was waiting for more then 20 min at the counter.manager of nu sentral saw us lining up he did not mention anything or inform anything.i ask him y u cant inform or indicate any sign board saying the counter is close.immediately he say hey engkau irang ni bising lah.then he ask sekarang nak beli ke tak nak? Is this is the way mcd train the staff.he is not a normal staff.he is a manager.he should be an example for other staff.he was so rude n raised his voice to customer.nu sentral is a location for tourist will be caming over.is this the way mcd provide a customer service.
i seek for immediate attention on this matter n hope the management will take actiin on the manager.ur immediate responce is much appreciate.i dont want to received any apologised only from the management.this is a serious issue the manager is being so rude.if i did not get any reply before 17/6/2014 i will escalated this matter further to a higher level n will proceed with further actiin from my end.

FOOD SERVED ARE NOT FRESH

Hi,
I am a Mac D lover, today I went to the out let at Petronas Bukit Rahman Putra at around 7.30pm and I was so dissappointed when I saw the Double Spicy Chicken Mad D and the tripple beef burger that I ordered look like left over food which I think even dogs wont eat. The chicken pieces that was in the burger look so dark and hard plus it tastes horrible. When I asked why its look like that the manager said that it was from the heater for 20 minutes and I can hear he was grumbling at the back of me. When I asked weather Mac D rules allows them to do so, he said that he was not sure and even the beef burger was taken from the oven and the meat look dark and hard. As far as I know Mac D doesnt keep the burger and resell it after 10 minutes! It was very frustrating and even the french fries was so soft. Dear somebody please do something about this. Just because of some unproffesional staff and for merely to make their job easy they keep the food in the heater till hard and serve customers. Imagine the cheese suppose to elt once you put it on the juicy beef but it was hard in squre shape because the beef was not served fresh. I think you can just take the cheese out of the burger and throw. There is no more fresh delicious burger as how it was advertised. We are being fooled and not worth buying.

1st may 2014 at mcdonald indera mahkota kuantan pahang time 19.47pm tell all the customer no mc value dinner all must take a la carte becoz no fries!what !tis is basic snack at mcdonald how cum can tell customer no fries and take the alacate wit the hire price at that time we suppose can enjoy the price at Rm 5.95 for the MC value dinner time!!
