Breakfast Order Rejected at 10.50am

I always get myself a set of breakfast before i went to work(almost ever morning except during my off) , and always reach at or around 10.50 a.m, sometime i can buy it , sometimes i can't, this make me feel very disappointed. I was always told by them breakfast sold out or breakfast time is over..why? i cant accept these reason, is because breakfast time is till 11.00 a.m as advertisement .. i will try again to see whether there is any improvement after my complaint, otherwise i will seek for other food substitutes since they not appreciate their customers

LATE delivery for 5 hours

order number is S069-11/04/2013-111926.

i would like to complaint McDonald's late delivery for 5 hours. yesterday i have order food delivery on 7.20pm, at first i been waiting 1 hours then i call the customer service, they says that my delivery is on the way and then i wait until the 2nd hours i call again they say that their system down and will contact the branch manager then i wait til the 3rd hours i call again they say will contact the branch manager to verify then after 20min the branch manager call me and says that me order have reach puchong and he is unable to delivery the food but the offer me that he will transfer my order to the nearest branch based on my location and then on the 4th hours i call again they say they have just received my order and awaiting delivery guy return will deliver my order, at 4 1/2 hours i call again they say will delivery within 15minutes and they promise and finally when the food arrive i have been waiting for 5 hours my order was charge at full price without any discount or appreciation of late delivery after has been 5 hours when the food arrive is about 12am already

short delivery

I would like to launch a complaint against your restaurant in Karak DT (#175) Tel: 03-6187-6904, on Tuesday 05/03/2013 (my daughters birthday) I drove to your restaurant (drive thru) at 20:18 and order 6 sets of VD Mc chicken, 1 VD9 Nuggets and 1 S porridge overall charge RM51.35 after paid received the meal and I drove home. Once we reach home I start to distribute to my children then I find out that your staff short pack MC VD chicken 1 set. I ask my wife to call your staff about this shortage and your staff ask us to go back to the restaurant to claim back, if I want to drive back to your restaurant it’s will take 20 min drive and my fuel will cost more than the meal, so we ask them to send to us due to your staff’s mistake but this girl (Azwani- sound something like that) say they don’t have delivery service and ask us to collect from nearest Mc D, we use to take our breakfast at Mc D Jalan Pahang (near Tawakal hospital) at least 2 to 3 days a week and the customer service is very good and they know us well. So my wife told her we will pick up in Jalan Pahang MC D
This a very bad service given to your loyal customer and this will be my last visit to Karak MC D
Note: This is not the first happen here, 2 months ago we bought same item for lunch before 3pm and the charge us RM64++, since is the first time we just ignore the mistake (same restaurant)

Breakfast Order Rejected at 10.50am

My family and me are VVIP fans of McDonald's...
We are so disappointed when our order has been rejected this morning at 10.50am at McD TELUK CHEMPEDAK, KUANTAN, PAHANG, its fine if your advertisement shows breakfast ends at 10.45am, but to what i know that Mc'd breakfast will end at 11am daily, I am angry is due to they reject the order with NO REASON.
We are normally having our McD breakfast EVERY WEEKEND, even this is my FIRST complaint but this is NOT the first happened.
I will try to reach at Mc'D at 10.50am in future to see whether they have improve their service at the said McD restaurant.
Hopefully Mcdonald Malaysia get to improve in the TIME MANAGEMENT and never happen again in future.

Poor Mcd Delivery Service

I'm always a big fan of Mcd, wherever, whenever.
Unfortunately today, I had the worst delivery service i have met so far.
It takes 1 hour ++ to deliver, even within the hub of urban-klcc.
My mc flurry melted, fries have become cold and soft, the required 5 packs of pepper were mistranslated to 5 packs of chili sauce I got in my paper bag, coca cola has been poured, the water started dripping from the bottom of the cup etc, in a mess.

I'd say that that's the worst macdonald meal I had in my life.
It isn't my first time trying mcd delivery service (with my friend's account), it is the 1st time I ordered myself by using my own account, however it makes me pretty disappointed, sort of like ruins my though of ordering mcd again when i'm hungry in future.

But overall, the most serious problem isn't the delivery time and the food quality, I do understand it's not easy for a staff to delivery food with a motorbike, under big sun while still considering the food's taste at the same time.

The first order confirmation email I got S077-29/11/2012-130531 shows a failed sign in my track order, hence I ordered second time and got my second confirmation email S022-29/11/2012-242792. Then only I got my In Transit Order Status Email regarding my second order S022-29/11/2012-242792. I didn't receive any email update on S022-29/11/2012-242790 although it was in only 'Order Received' stage under my track order.

Thus, by right I should only get 1 successful delivery order since there's only 1 email about 'Order Status' - with 'in transit' status.
So, when the second delivery man sent the same thing to me 15 mins after I received my 1st order, I was like 'What are they doing!", a little bit pissed me off with further disappointment & frustration. My mind told me a strong message that ' I'm not gonna pay for the extra mis-order! '

Luckily, the second delivery man has a very good attitude & service that he never ask me to make payment. Instead he immediately apologized to me after listening to my explanation and it actually makes my bad mood gradually calmed down.

In short, here are the mistakes done for this delivery:

1. Uninformed late delivery:
- One hour plus late

2. Wrong item :
- Pepper become chili?

3. Unreal information:
- Track system shows the order had been delivered 30 mins before it actually reached,

4. Bad food quality:
- Melted Mc Flurry? Cold Fries?

7. Confusing updates of Online Order & Track System
- Email updates arent the same with Track Order System.


To prevent any misunderstanding and claim that I've never stated any unreal information above, I have proof of the transactions like emails and pictures of screen shooting the track order. I'm sure that every one has discovered other companies (competitors) that provide better and faster delivery service in Malaysia, for instance Domino,pizza hut, etc. Hopefully Mcdonald Malaysia get to improve the system and prevent all these mistakes that 'a delivery service should never do' happen in future again.

Hi My name is lizzi just want to share my experience with you on how i got my love back and saved my marriage, so that you can also get back your lover into your life okay.
I was married for 7years with 2kids and we lived happily until things started getting ugly and we had fights and arguments almost every time... it got worse at a point that she filed for divorce... OLD FOOD

It was very dissapointed that we were serve old food from MCDonald Kota Warisan,Sepang,Selangor. it happen on the 24 July 2012 at drive tru order. The McMeal-chicken that we order, the chicken meat was old and very hard to eat. This happen 2 times at the same McDonald kota warisan, sepang, Selangor. McDonald is well established company and there should someone from top management to re-look the quality & stanndard of foods been serve to customers are properly maintain. If in US, I beleive i can claim the damage but in Malaysia we only can avoid going to any MCDonald Restaurants insurance that they will serve old foods to customers.

I have waited for my mcd delivery order for one hour then i called to make enquires about my order. mcd attender told me he will give me a response in 15 mins but i waited for the response for 45 mins. After waiting for so long, i decided to called to ask about my order and cancel it. then the mcd attender just happily cancel it and say there is no compensation. MCD delivery sucks to max! no compensation, long delivery time, 3 dollars charge for delivery some more! I will never use mcd delivery again!

I order through phone @ 12+pm and till now still not arrived!!! This is 2nd time i encounter this problem!!! First time I order at 1pm and till at 4pm still not arrived!!! Then the team manager called us and informed that is FOC!!! Later when the delivery is here.. they asked us to pay for it.. Then my bos asked them to take back!!!
What kind of service is this???? If they unable to take the order, just say it!!!
Really regret to order the md delivery.. damn poor services and every time called, they will just say.. refer to team leader!!!

the worst delivery service i have ever encountered too..knowing the attitude that the people who works there have, even if we email a thousand mails, nothing will work...the excuse that the manager was completely not the case...he or she knows or ought to know that the workers are the ones delaying the delivery..how??by slacking out and smoking outside the restaurant by their bikes while the orders assigned to them had already been given..this is not just a mere statement, this is by first hand experience, seen by my own two eyes...its not just the delivery that disgrace the field of delivery by degrading and disrespecting consumer's rights..it is also the quality of the food delivered, all soggy and not frsh...totally a violation of consumer rights to good food and good service as promised.the company should altogether stop their services.

a incredible delay of m.d service even repeated reconfirm by phone. we had order through phone at 9.30pm and till now 10.55pm still not arrived. calling fr the md staff that the technical error, what it technical error? it human error. it really disappointed the old folks who waited and waited until... now the stomach fill with angry angry words on mc donalds. never never order thu phone... it a bad experience to everybody... i feel regret to order the md delivery... poor services
