Puas hati

Pada jam 6.00 petang sy beli MCD tp melalui drive thru..pada mulanya sy tak berpuas hati dengan makanan dn bungkusan nye..burger mc chicken set bungkusan terbuka,fries tak bagi.sy masuk dlm restoran utk mengadu tp haty sy terus terdiam dan senyum salah seorang dr staff d situ layan sy dengan baik..
Encik boleh saya Bantu?saya pun jawab blh.sy order guna drive thru tp produk tak puas hati.staff tersebut minta resit dan tengok produk tersebut,dgn pantas dia bagi produk yg kurang pada sy dan bungkusan burger yg tak dibungkus sempurna tadi diganti pada bungkusan yang lain.hati saya gembira sebab staff tersebut mohon maaf walaupn bukan salah dia.staff tersebut kalau tak silap saya hanya dia seorang berpakaian lain dari staff yang lain.bila saya tanya apa jawatan adik disini..staff itu jawap dia bahagian customer service..

Dressing burger

I'm having my lunch. I order a medium set of double samurai junior. Unfortunately the mcchicken sauce and lettuce is so few. I can count the lettuce. I think like 10 straps like that so few. I'm very disappointed. I hope you can solve this. I want my meal to be satisfying. I'm sad. Mcdonalds is my favourite place to have lunch and dinner. Staff kurang ajar

Pd hari ni 22/01/2017 kira2 dlm pukul 10:58am bru td,,, sy bfast di cawangan ampang petronas ataupn lebih Di kenali mcd kayu ampang.... bersma mak Dan anak2 selesai je mkn sy amik mknanan yg sy telah order awal atau beli awal utk (take away) malangnya 1 dr staff Cuba meberikn minuman sy trus tnya ni take away dia dgn kurang ajar menjwb " ni la tk away " dgn suara yg agak kasar... dia dgn belagak siap melawan dan tunjuk lagak.. sy Cuba amik gambar Dan tnya nama dia Tp dia Melarikan diri,,, ramai staff lain Cuba tenangkn sy sbb mereka nampak apa yg berlaku... in charged yg bertugas bernama mohd. Farrid Klau xsilap sy, dia Cuba memohon maaf tetapi malangnya benda Dh jd x elok so mnta maaf pn Dh xguna,,, sy Cuba minta gambar Dan nama staff dr manager tp manager dia mengelak xnak bg...manager suh report jer kt McDonald... sy hrp pihak McDonald tlg amik tindakn jgn Dan jgn simpan pekerja yg kurang ajar Dan melawan.... ampang service is really bad!!

Delivery Wrong

I was looking for a "feedback" at the official website but ended up here instead. Seems like they are not taking in any complaints from public.

Anyway, I ordered my food - Chicken Prosperity Burger™ Large Value Meal (order number : 16-17/01/2017-280452) amounting to RM23.15.

When the delivery guy came over, I passed him a RM25 and asked him to keep the change as tip as I am feeling generous. But stupidly of me, I taken for granted and didn't check the package. It came wrongly and didn't have the TWISTER fries. My whole appetite and craving immediately went "potong stim". zZzz

I tried to call the delivery guy as he missed call me earlier like for 10 times but he is not picking up my call. Is this what we call deliver and run ? >.<

Anyway, ain't gonna order online anymore.

Saya geram betul dengan cashier yang ambil pesanan kami, muka dahlah ketat, ambil pesanan kami tu cubalah elok-elok sikit. Ini tak, nada macam nak marah pula. Kau dah kenapa?

Service dahlah melembab, nak kata ramai pelanggan taklah pula. Buat kerja main-main. Sampai burger big mac pun langsung tak letak beef patty. Saya bayar tau! Ingat bila bawa burger big mac balik dapatlah merasa makan tapi buka-buka beef patty tak ada. Putus selera nak makan. Sila kembalikan duit saya.

Really bad service

Just now i went to Mcdonalds at Main Place Mall,Usj21 to redeem my mccafe frequency card. Apa yang tidak memuaskan, pekerja mereka sendiri bersikap kurang ajar pada kami sedangkan kitaorang tanya dengan nada yang sopan. I thought shes the supervisor there. Tbh, shes really rude. Tak boleh ke cakap elok elok, ramai customer kut dekat situ. Memang niat nak malukan kitaorang ke macam mana? Dia beruntung sangat sebab tak kena maki dekat situ. Lagipun mccafe tu takdek customer langsung. Nak kata busy pun tak. Kitaorang cuma dapat redeem seorang satu minuman je. Rasa coffee tu sendiri menyakitkan tekak . At last, kitaorang redeem dekat mccafe mcdonalds seksyen 3. Dekat situ the staff damn really good ! Peramah gila kut berbeza gila dengan mcdonalds dekat main place tu, and mcd seksyen 3 tu jauh lebih ramai customer daripada main place punya mcd. Pls la macam mana staff yang rude like that boleh diambil kerja kat situ. Kenapa tipu customer . Pihak atasan pls do something , ambiklah tindakan at least bagila amaran dekat pekerja macam tu. tq :)

Mc Donald Subang Parade

What a bad service in Subang Parade Branch, i understand there are a lot of customer queuing up, but after i a purchase my order i need to que again beside the line to take my order. Waited about 10 minutes until all the order complete, then when i was taking my tray to the sauce counter, i realise that my chicken mc nuggets was not on the tray, when patiently wait to ask again "where is my nugget", the boy whom prepared my order rudely answered "on the way, on the way, without even looking at my face". So my point is, who ia working there? Me or you? They should inform that they will sent it. And lastly I understand they are many customer, but doesn't mean you can be rude to the customer that already pay. And by they we are paying, not free of charge. Dont treat your customer like we are begging for your food! If you guys are tired of working there, then dont work there! Dont work at all bro! Simple. Please maintain your company image. And please smile at your customer! Do guys even get a training?

Late & wrong delivery

Mcdonald Skudai Johor Bahru always have problem with late delivery and wrong order. If u try ordering during midnight hours, it always take at least 1.5hours to reach u. I waited 2 hours come with wrong order, called them and waited for another 1 hour without a sign of delivery man. Pissed off. I called to complain, the delivery man ask to wait for another 20 mins. This isn't the first time. Out of 10 times, 8 time goes wrong!

This is a worst delivery app ever. I can't cancel my order bcus the time is not correct. and when i search for faq it called me to call the hotline. But THERE IS NO ONE ANSWERING i have to eat my breakfast at 11.00pm Good job

What the shit kinda service from the Mcdelivery service crew. Its fine if they cancel my order once but they cancelled my order twice. I will never order ever again. And inalso deleted their stupid god forsaken poxy motherless disease bearing motherf*cking deliver app

Cashier kurang ajar

Sy amat kecewa dgn service yg sy dapat . Tadi , 22/12/16 sy ade order dkt counter . Pada masa tu ade seorang je cashier perempuan , cust tkde lah ramai sangat . Biasa je . Greeting ? Not bad . Tpi buat keja tu mcm malas malas . Means , acuh tk acuh . Sy ade order dua set burger dn at last sy ade order , ayam goreng mcd . Sy ade request , tknak drumstick dgn thight . Pastu dia gitau sy tkde choice . Oh , okay boleh terima lagi . Then , ade sorang lelaki dlm bahagian kitchen mybe gitau kalau mix tu mungkin dapat pastu gitau kena tunggu masak . Cashier tu cakap ape , lantak dia ah . Wahh ! Ni ke layanan yg sy dapat ? Mungkin dia sebaya sy atau tua dari sy . Tpi patutkn dia layan macamtu ? Sy pun keja fastfoood jugak tpi tahu nk respect cust tu cammana. At least cakap la elok elok . Dah dapat , ayam pulak sejuk . Memacam . Guys , Please improve your service . Kalau kena tunggu , cakap elok . Well , food biasa lah kena tunggu and one more thing . Please respect .

bubur terlalu masin

malam tadi saya ada beli bubur mcd untuk anak saya dibandar baru seri petaling.bila sampai dirumah saya rasa dulu bubur tersebut sebelum bagi anak saya makan.alangkah terkejutnya saya bila makan bubur tersebut yang terlalu masin sampai tak boleh terima akal..rasa macam makan garam aje pon ada.lepas nie saya tak akan beli bubur disana lagi

Mcdelivery website

I want to make an order from the website but I have to update my address but few attempt I fail to do so then I decided to call Mcdelivery and I can make an order but I could get help to update my address in the system. So, I am fine with it but what makes me really upset is when I entering my order, suddenly it goes back to the page that saying I can't make an order. I try to make a order for almost 1 hour please do something about this. I am unhappy customer.

SERVICE

dah tahu bukak 24/7 jangan lah sampai makanan habis. Nak beli bubur je sampai nak kena tunggu 35 minit. Bila dah tunggu 35minit pon tak siap lagi. Servis memang slow.

wrongly give

I don't not how to said this mcd the service very bad .
1st time i buy 3set mcd only give me 2set after i back home only have 2set i cannot do anything .because i go home already .
2nd time i buy burger chicken she give me burger beef after i back home see the burger not same i turn back and change wif her .the servie very very bad .

Mutiara Damansra Branch

I have been living in Damansara Perdana for more than a year now and the branch responsible for my delivery is mutiara Damansara branch, and i think its safe to say that it is the worst branch i have delt with the dilvery when i can actually order is almost every time late new burgers are always temporary not available and the delivery times arent the one said on the website i am not sure why there is branches that go for 24 hours delivery and this doesnt i am not complaining for one incident i am complaining about every time i order please look into it

Didn't receive my order

I placed an order almost an order ago around 9.35pm and this is my order reference number - 23-27/11/2016-107928. Until now almost 10.55pm I still haven't receive my order. I tried tracking my order and the status was stated delivered! How can it be delivered when I have not received my food until now?! What kind of service is this McDonalds?! So frustrated

Delivery failure

I have ordered MCDelivery at around 5.45PM and it stated that it will be here around 45mins-1hour.
I waited and waited, and at 7pm the person-in-charge called me and said " sorry miss, we cant proceed your order due to heavy rain. Do you want to proceed your order or cancel it?"

I replied," Okay, i will just wait since i already waited for so long, but can you be here in 30mins time?" she said she will try to send it within 30 mins.

At 7.45PM, she called me again and said "the rain is too heavy,do you want to cancel your order?"

Aren't you suppose to tell me to cancel the order when it was raining so heavily? I already waited for almost 2 hours for my order to come and the girl just hung up my phone when i asked her which MCD branch is this!

This is so irresponsible! It is already 9.54PM now and the order is still not here yet! No action is taken by the McDelivery! I have tracked my order and it's still in processing!!

The most important part is the customer service line is invalid!! No matter which number i pressed, it said "This is an invalid entry". What is going on?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

This is a very serious issue and i really hope to have an explaination from McDelivery! I AM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED!!
The staff is rude,no explanation from her, no message or phone calls to know where the hell is my order.

Items not delivered

I am absolutely shock at this ongoing issue. I order McDonald's regularly. Each time, there seem to be always an item missing. Previous cases I have encountered items not delivered are sundae ice cream, the toy that comes with the Happy Meal, Drinks, etc... you name it!

This time around they did not deliver my Chicken McMuffin breakfast set.Order reference: 5-25/11/2016-340529.
Now i have no way of contacting them to either refund or re-deliver the item. Their so called "customer service" only opens at 12 noon, which i find it absolutely ridiculous.


McDonald's should be a shame and it is embarrassing with such service and customer experience.

Slow Services with Low Manpower

The services at this branch is very very slow. This morning, when I went to Mcdonalds to have a take away McCafe, the counter is not opened. Worst still, only ONE counter open in the whole restaurant. I can only see 3 personnel working, 1 at main counter, 1 at the drive-thru and 1 at the back preparing for the order. If not enough manpower, hire more as Mcdonalds are making money every second, is this continues, people will keep on complain. Thanks.

Rude cashier

The drive thru cashier at Banting McDonald is very rude. She even blame at me. The cashier is work at drivethru on 20/11/16 afternoon. One day I go in McD n I want to order, the same person seen me but dont want to serve is until 10minutes later then she come. Her working attitude is very bad.

Card machine offline and some food not available

I want use card to pay to get free frozen .. they say offline then i say not my problem .. should provide as well even pay cash to stastify the customer.. there are two food not available. Not even apologize also staff also like staring at me in very rude way. I always come mcdonald here to have my supper..
