Dissatisfied service

I was having b/fast in McDonald Mahkota Parade Melacca. My order just a set of WBS SauEggMuff with coffee. When I requested for a set of fork and knife, I was told by the staff my order was not entitled to have it. Fork and knife is only provided for big b/fast.I wonder when is the rules start because my habits of having McDonald b/fast with fork and knife already few years in a lots of outlets and never heard such of the reason before even in this McDonald. I hope this rules can be cancelled and McDonald can provide it when being requested. Thanks.

Poor service from MCD

I had oedered from MCD delivery . Ive requested for no tomato ketchup for my burgers ,but then when i received it there were tomato ketchup inside them. I told the delivery guy and he just said its not his fault and asked me to call mcd restaurant which i ordered . The problem is theres no phone number or what so ever. Other than that the drinks spilled all over from the cups . My food literally turned into a piece of shit with soggy fries and nuggets . I really upset with the service .

Failure in delivery

I had made an delivery order at 11.42AM . The ETA is 12.15pm -12.30pm. Now is already 12.51pm, and i have not received my order yet.
I hope i get an explanation on this.

31/08/2017 - I would like to say Thank You for ur staff, Im not sure the name but I now they are Twins Boy.Both of them veryvery helpful and good service,polite and always smile when handling the busy time. The boy cafe very talented.Please give awards or give them position.

Service yg teruk oleh staff berjawatan Supervisor

Saya ke drive thru di Mcdonalds LDP sunway higway tepi tol pada 29/8/17 jam 10pm. Seorang staff India perempuan bernama Radha (daripada baju yg dipakai saya rasa dia seorang supervisor) yg telah memberi beberapa order saya dan tidak meletakkan Ice cream durian mcflurry (2 sets) berharga Rm15+. yg saya order dan telah dibayar.

Utk staff berpangkat supervisor kenapa tidak double check order customer semasa beri kepada customer? Sgt menyusahkan saya perlu patah balik dari rumah saya ke mcdonalds semula utk ambil order yg tidak di beri, melalui tol ldp 2x kos rm2.10+rm2.10. Sgt2 menyusahkan customer. Bila saya ckp next time double check si Radha ni boleh jawab "u laju sgt".
Ini dah kali kedua order drive thru saya tak cukup di cawangan LPD sebelah tol sunway ni.

staff yang kurang ajar di pandu lalu MCD kota damansara

saya bersama keluarga telah pergi ke MCD kota damansara dan mengambil keputusan untuk mengambil pesanan di pandu lalu, saya lihat ada sebuah kenderaan lalu dari tempat mengambilan pesanan,saya tunggu tapi masih belum ada suara untuk mengambil pesanan lama juga saya menuggu.

kami mengambil keputusan untuk terus memandu dan menuju ke kaunter juruwang diatas tiada layanan , setibanya kami di kaunter saya terus bertanya kepada beliau ada ke mesin mengambil pesannan itu rosak dengan sepantas kilat pekerja itu terus bersuara dengan marah .."TAK BOLEH TUNGGU KE SAMPAI SAYA KATA AWAK NAK ORDER APA ? TAHU TAK YANG SAYA ADA CUSTOMER LAIN ? sambil mengambil pesanan dengan MUKA YANG MASAM, tangan menghentak hentak screen order. niat tak nak marah tapi bila kena macam tu rasa macam terhina betul.

persoalan yang timbul :

1. tak boleh ke dia bersuara sekejap dan berkata "boleh encik tunggu sebentar" - Tak ada langsung malah dapat tengok muka macam taik .

2. dia ingat saya ni nak tahu ke problem yang di ada , yang saya tahu saya ni customer nak order makanan tu aje- tak hinggin pun nak tahu problem dia tu (banyak lagi probem yang nak diselesaikan)

And I made payment by card, so what the hell do I do?
Then suddenly 1/2 hour after the supposed time the order was "delivered" the delivery guy shows up, with soggy cold fries and a burger that looks like it was picked out of the dustbin. Compared to McDonald's Delivery in Singapore, world's apart!

Service tidak memuaskan

Baru sebentar tadi saya beli set hidangan break first pada jam 4.15am di taman connought 6 ogos..saya minta menu set filet o fish berserta extra chess...tapi tidak dimasuk kan yg extra chess..bukan sekali dua saya dapat macam ini..please take note...bayar kot duit tambahan tu jangan lah sampai kita amik tindakan yg lain pulak tq

Bad service

I ordered 4 sets of happy meal. Toys given were all the same. Where there are supposed to be two different toys in a week. I went to exchange and the staff told me that I should take whatever toys given to me. Is there such a rules. I've been to many mcdonald outlets, even in overseas, never had I encountered such a service like this. What a stupid excuse! The staff was not happy to change the toys for me. Do you think I will buy 4 sets of happy meal in order to get all four toys in same design where they are two design availables? The staff even told me that I cannot change the toys because his counter only left one type of toys. However when I stood still, he had no choice but to change for me. Is that mean if there are ten different toys in a week, then I will have to go round ten different counters to collect all of it? What if I go drive through? Does it means I have to go ten times?

3kali kena bubur basi...bila call manager stor...tidak di layan..adab pun tidak ada..kata rider hantar tapi semua kata sahaja...plaese take note mcd..bubur bary masak..bila kita nak pergi ke stor kata tidak perlu...

Original Fried Chicken

My children enjoyed to go McDonald outlet in Ipoh , which is next to MH Hotel beside the highway every weekend. They enjoyed the burgers & fried chicken. For the past few months, this outlet only promote spicy fried chicken. When we asked for original, the excuse given out of stock or sold out. So ridiculous and such a stupid reason given. An outlet which open 24 hours cant even estimate the stock required to be ready for serving to customers. Very frequent, we were told of this stupid reason which they think we will believe in. Even in the morning around 11.00 am, the original fried chicken is sold out. Can you believe? Please find a better excuse or just be honest to inform us that this outlet no longer serve the original flavour, only spicy flavour is available. We hope the Management will look into this issue urgently and never take consumers as fools. Thank you.

Its been several weeks I've been loyal to McD to perform my work remotely. But, where is the WiFi? My mobile data is running thin pretty bad because of this. When asked, the only answer that I get is 'faulty'. Don't you guys have a SLA/SLG to make things work especially with the volume of customers coming in?

Bear in mind! It's been WEEKS! Better go to air conditioned mamak stall...more value than paying triple.

Repair it and sustain a reliable service!

Bad service

Today in school my friends and I decided to order McDonald's for our second break. We ordered around 11 and pick 130 pm as the delivering time. Since the app have a limit for the amount of purchase we decided to do in separate deliveries. Total number of deliveries is 3. We prepared the money and everything. Around 120pm we went to the gate to wait for our lunch. We waited but nobody came. We waited till 3 and decided that it weren't coming. We checked our status and it said delivered, where exactly? We were so hungry. We prepared enoughed money and even some tips for the delivery guy but no he didn't come. We were all so disappointed. What bad service is this? You could have made rm260 today but you decided not too. Your lost. Hate this kind of service. Get your shit together mcdonald. We have lots of stores there but none came!

Macdonald delivery

i am totally so disappointed with your McDonald's delivery online service ...i was wanted to place order by MAC delivery at 245am on 25/7/17 as there are no more hotline number to call place an order as you have change to online app to place order. this totally make people find so diffen to place an order after mid night and when i wanted to place an order there always alot of reason or problem by say "Due to a maintenance at your nearest store, we are unable to accept your order at the moment.. We apologize for the inconvenience." .. how can you call this 24/7 delivery service even you have few stored that 24/7 that near my apartment ..that cant take order..?? i stay in bukit damansara n there are two 24/7 stored in ( mount kira and bangsar) and this is not the 1st time that i wanted to place an order with macdonlad delivery .. totally disappointed with this kind stupid app service .. trying think about people who feel hungry after midnight or over 2am in morning ... and try settle this kind of issue

MCDELIVERY

Hi. I upset with mcdelivery service.

Firstly, i ordered Ayam Goreng set and request no drumstick in my meal. But what i get is drumstick!
Secondly, the coke is not delivered together. When i call, the rider send it back after 1hour.
Third, i paid using card. What i understand, i will get 1.5L 100plus. It also stated in my invoice. At first i thought the rider will come back with my cole and 100plus. But i only get my coke. Where is my 100plus??!!

Absolutely filthy establishment!

I was there around 11 am on Friday rhe 14th of July. My daughter was only queing as a second customer in the store n I proceeded upstairs for a seating. As I climbed the steps I noticed how greasy n dirty the steps were. They looked as though they have not been swept or mopped in ages.
When I got upstairs I realized how humid n hot it was, I walked around to see if it would be cooler in the back but no luck. So I proceeded back downstairs to inform my daughter that it was hot upstairs n she was still the second in que n I watch the, I guest Mgr pushing a non workable button on the deep fryer.
If its faulty n the airconditioning is out, pls let your customers be aware of this, instead of leaving them high n dry queing for something that will not get. We decided to have brunch somewhere else but I am most appalled at the standard of hygeine in this fast food establishment.

Minta perhatian manager untuk pantau staff anda bekerja......hari ni beli bubur ikan menu terbaru tapi rasa mcm bukan bubur mcm nasi letak air sahaja....rasa garam tak da....bubur tawar....kalau nak kerja buat cara kerja jngn nk mkn gaji buta je....sye bayar pakai duit bukan mkn free ok......manager mainkn peranan anda untuk pantau staff n mknn yg disediakn.....tq

Mesin aiskrim always rosak

Boleh dikatekan tiap malam sy pergi mcd area melawati sebelah pam minyak BHP..always datang nak beli aiskrim,memanjang cakap mesin aiskrim rosak!!beli set happy meal,pon mainan selalu habis!!customer service,tak payah cakap...memang teruk sangat!!!harap ubah atitude
