BAD SERVICE FROM NEW STAFF

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THIS
23/1/2018, night around 8pm, Kota Warisan Mcd
First of all, I order 6 pieces mc nugget alar cart. The staff is Melayu girls so I said "6 ketul mc nugget alar cart" which is every word same with the menu. But after that, she gives us 6 mc chicken burger alar cart. So that I ask the girl to change because that is not my fault but she said cannot. How come cannot?? Last time I went McD, the staff gives me the wrong burger but she asked her manager and change the burger I want and with a good service. She said because it's done so can't change. I said 2 times go ask your manager 1st but she keeps talking so much and even doesn't have a sorry.
I really can't understand how come mc nugget can be heard become mc chicken burger?? PLEASE. I CAN'T TOLERANCE. Every McD I go the most worse one is KOTA WARISAN MCD! PLEASE LEARN OTHER COUNTRY HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMER.

Yelled by cashier

So me and my friends were ordering at the drive through, as he was ordering the cashier was also talking with the person in the car in front, so he stated the order which he didnt finish again because he thought the cashier didnt hear. However, the lady said raised her voice and said 'Nak ape dik? Nak ape?'. I dont think the customer should be yelled at for restarting the order.

Staff Manager Branch at Malacca Sentra Dont have Good Manner and unrespectful

Assalamualaikum and good morning, I want complaint about the behaviour of manager staff at Malacca Sentral McDonald. Just now I saw a poor people ask to get a drink, but the manager speak to poor man unpolitely. Its that called as a good behavior?? She's not in below position but she' in manager position. Supposely she must show a good manner to her below staff. I hope McDonalds company can take a faster action to that manager. Im sure if you not take the action, its become more worst😡

service and attitude having problem

Placed my order at 7.10pm waited for 2 hours. Tracked my order, it said DELIVERED. But no food arrived. Called mcdelivery hotline and waited to contact the delivering store. The store called me and said the delivery man went to other place for the deliver when he returns to store is raining. The rain is not heavy and rained for 4 days ardy. What's the problem with the rain? Now ardy more than 2 hr the store said he couldn't called the delivery man.

Now my food is here but 1.5littre cocacola is not here and being replace with medium size coke. All food are not warm at all, ice cream melt.

MCDELIVERY not yet received

Placed my order at 12.30PM, 2 hours waiting. Track my order, it said DELIVERED. But yet, no food arrived. Not been informed anything. I'm hungry and PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM.

missing item and food not prepared properly

i bought the mcd meals through drive-thru , the mcd worker missed to place one of my fries, and the mcchicken wasnt prepared properly , very less moyanaise and salad , it tasted bad too , the fillet o fish burger bun was very hard and the fillet was overly cooked and was hard, this particular branch has problem with their food quality and i have faced it few timaes,pls ensure the quality of the foods . tq

Manager McD Dataran Pahlawan Drive Thru SUCKS

Current manager named Ismadi. Sangat teruk. Almost everyday in a month for this whole 2 months straight, adik i kerja for 12hrs. But u know what makes my adik frustrated? Gaji dia tak cecah pun basic. Dahla tak pernah bagi slip gaji as prove yg dy dah keyed-in all the OT made by staffs. Last month for Nov, epf dia RM134. Dec epf RM140++ je. Kau rasa berbaloi ke kerja 12jam, gaji yg kau dapat tak cecah pun RM1200????? Just think !!!! Highest management please , please , please & please!!! Overcome this issue!!!! Previous staff you yg chow dari situ disebabkan si Ismadi tu la.

Lousy delivery follow up

I placed my order at 4 something and to be delivered at 7pm. It is now 8 something pm and the rider still have not delivered the food to me. No follow ups given. It has been more than 1 hour already. Why is your system so lousy and bad? Can you get back to me because i am truly disappointed in your whole system.

Delivery 2 jam

McDonalds Sungai Dua.
Rider pertama sekali dia tertinggal order tapi kira ok lagi.Tapi kali kedua , rider salah hantar order dekat orang lain dan saya tunggu punya lama. Lepas itu, ada kah patut saya disuruh oleh operator untuk berurusan sendiri dengan customer yang tersilap tu. Saya pulak kene cari customer yang terambil order saya. Macam ka layan customer?

lembab dan tak ikut kehendak pelanggan dan staf kurang ajar

order pukul 10.45 pagi then sepatutnya sampai pukul 12.45. Pastu ckp da hantar tapi tunggu setengah jam baru sampai..Lepastu da request tak nak kepak dan peha tp semua set ade peha n kepak..Mungkin tak paham english kot..MMg x paham bahasa..Bila call c pempuan yang jwb call sangat biadap dan marah bila saya marah servis mereka yang tah pape..Alahai....

Service Drive-Tru & Online Delivery McD Damansara Damai

Setiap kali drive-tru akan ada order yang salah , order xcukup & kualiti order yang teruk.
Buat delivery online - selalu out of service at the moment untuk 'Order Now', always kena order in advance.
Srvice crew yang super duper un-friendly at all. Tak pernah senyum. Siap jeling. Overall service kat McD DD ni sangat suck!

Bad service

I tried to order McD fried chicken. It was 9pm. Then the staff said the chicken will only be ready in half an hour. I said ok i'll wait. But then when i want to place my order, the staff refused to take my order. Then asked me to come back at 930pm to place the order. What is wrong with your managemnt???? Can you improve your service???

mcdonalds pandan mewah, i often order ice chocolate but this time they don't want to do it, saying something ridiculous....get frustrated...and i drove to

mcdonalds ampang jaya, they ask me to place my order inside, not accepting drive thru order because not enough staff, and that was so not my problem......

whats wrong with mcds now......

Late delivery at mc d at Puchong Prima

I have ordered mc delivery since 930pm and has yet delivered at 1045 pm. When I track my order, the status shown delivered. The system should be acknowledge delivered by the consumer. And I am still waiting for my meal at 1050pm now. This late delivery has happened many times and no improvement is being made. And when the food arrived, the food are cold like fish. Please take note and make improvement.

no manners and menipu

haritu i ada pergi mcd taman kosas ampang. then memang time tu ramai orang, then thats fine. almost half an hour i tunggu. then i masuk tanya i punya order, they said tak siap lagi. then org yang number dia lepas i dapat dulu order dia. then i said to them, kenapa order dia dah dapat while i order first tak dapat lagi. then they said oh nombor order tu tak ikut pun. then whats the point you guys buat order number?????? okay then fine. i order ice blended mocha and ice blended chocolate. then diaorg menipu i,dia bagi i dua2 ice blended mocha and coverline.. another one ice blended tu dia letak syrup chocolate kat atas. but it tastes mocha. exactly the same rasa dua2 ice blended tu. actually if they said the true yang tersalah buat ke i'm fine. and my cousin dengar diaorg cakap yang tu dua2 ice blended mocha. kenapa nak kena menipu? just be honest. very very very bad customer service yang jaga mc cafe tu. i forgot nak tgk nama diaorg. but supervisor yang pakai spek takde cermin tu pun tak boleh pakai.

RUDE STAFF

Manager Mcd KKIA,

I always choose this store to buy mcd like every week but today i get bad services from the staff..theres only two counter open and i need to queue about 15minutes..plus i'm in the 3rd in row, when it comes to my turn, one of the staff told me that every food that i want to order are out of stock, and what make the situation comes worst was she ask me to i make my order fast because of the long queue..Is this what i get after a long queue, and i just can't accept that..i hope this can improve..

Drive True Crew

Hari jumaat saya pergi ke Drive True Mcd Jerantut Pada Jam (4.35 p.m / 5.1? 5untuk membeli satu set dd (SET MEDIUM) satu set ayam goreng Spicy(SET MEDIUM) dan 1 ala cart dd. SAYA HANYA MEMINYA SATU SET MEDIUM TETAPI CREW YANG MENGAMBIL PESANAN MEMBERI SEMUA SET LARGE. MANAGER TIDAK MENGAJAR UNTUK AMBIL PESANAN DENGAN BETUL KE? KEMUDIAN. Saya cuma meminta untuk menukar minuman kepada milo NO AIS di pay station and crew disana cuma cakap 'boleh meminta dihadapan'.
Tetapi bila saya sudah sampai dia pickup order CREW YANG SANGAT KURANG AJAR SAYA MEMINTA UNTUK MILO TAK MAHU AIS DIA JUST CAKAP 'SAYA DAH BUAT DAH TAK BOLEH TUKAR'. HELLO ni ke cara you guys layan customer?
Saya memang sangat tidak puas hati dengan layanan.

penghantaran

18/11/17 .. saya order makanan pukul 2.39 petang... penghantaran pukul 5 petang... sekarang jam sudah pukul 6. petang..makanan yang say order pun masih belum sampai... call saya pun tidak. Bad service!!!!!
