Fries sejuk

Time around 4.30pm

Having lunch here...
Request nak Fries panas..sebab diaorang goreng terrlalu awal dan stok banyak2 dekat kitchen..memang tau confirm lemau dah sejuk...so request awal2 nk yg baru...diaorg goreng yg baru tp tetap scoop fries yg sejuk tu bg kat saya..Saya pulangkan balik fries tu..

TO MCDONALDS PUTRAJAYA..THANKS A LOT...PANDAI JAGA CUSTOMER...I'm lovin it...ooppsss I'm not lovin' it..

Inneficient drive thru

The order of the meal is late. We order our food, but it took long until all of the customer had finished pick up the meal. When we get the meal after notify to collect them, they just give the meal with no tissue or sauce, something that we pay to get our meal. The service too is long, and expected long line of waiting for customers to order and receive their meal. Please do something, change to efficient service so that customer is happy with service.

The meal order is late. I’ve order a meal and it took long to take my order. Plus, when I did ask them about the meal, they gave just the meal with no tissue or any sauce that we pay for. Please do something about it, as lots of customer is waiting and expected more efficient service.

delivery

its troublesome having to call the hotline everytime i want to place an order because i cant order trough the website and the mobile app. it would usually say that 'masa pengantaran tidak sah' or something along that line. but its fine when i order in advance? but sometimes if that happens and i want to order for breakfast, i cant call the hotline because it opens at 12. please fix this its getting on my nerves. this is simply bad service.

MCD LOCATED AT IOI WHICH RENOVATE HALF PART WITHOUT AIRCOND WHO SMOKERS SIT AND EAT. IOI MANAGEMENT NVR LET THEM TO SMOKE DUE TO UNDER THEIR CONTROL. MOST OF THEM GOUNG AND HAVE RELAXATION AT MCD PUCHONG GATEWAY. MAYBIE SOON IOI MCD LESS CUSTOMERS. IN THIS CASE MCD IOI CAN BUILT FULLY AIRCOND WOTH MORE SPACIOUS SEATS INSIDE. ITS REALI STRESS WEN RAINING TIME. COZ THEY ASK CUSTOMERS TO SMOKE UNDER TREE. BY THE WAY THEY DONT HAVE SMOKING AREA UNDER TREE. PUCHONG IOI MALL IS THE WORST SHOPPING MALL WITH THEIR OWN procedure which is update day by day.

Always don’t have ice cream

Most of the time the Ice cream is out of order in this McDonald...... and there is no any notification.... after enter the drive thru lane n order then only we get to know that the ice cream don’t have... still we have to follow the lane and wait to exit.... at least if there is any notification, the drive thru customers does not enter the drive thru and waste our time in waiting at the lane.... we also did complain to
Ms Norsuhaila.... this is very frequent in this branch McDonald

Drive thru service

No one answer at the 'order here' session,so I drive further to the payment session to order,but the worker asked me to 'pusing satu round lagi' to do order again..So bad service

McD Kajang bad service

1st of all wrong order. Unhygiene. Flies can be seen. Tables were not cleaned after customer left the table for sometimes. Slight bad smell when go upstairs. Wash basin were in poor condition. Totally poor housekeeping & unhygienic. When highlighted to branch manager, he said will attend shortly. But no any action seen until i finish my meals over there.

Rider Staff

Saya oder mcdonalds secara online, malah saya telah membayar beserta kos untuk penghantaran juga, Malangnya staff penghantar itu tidak menghantar makanan tempahan saya ke alamat yang dinyatakan, malah dia pula menyuruh saya untuk turun mengambilnya sendiri ditingkat bawah sedangkan saya berada ditingkat 3. Amat-amat menyakitkan hati apabila saya kena turun untuk mengambil sendiri makanan saya yang ditinggalkan oleh staff itu. Untuk apa saya bayar kos penghantaran tetapi barang tidak sampai ditangan saya. Lagi satu,mentang-mentang saya dah bayar boleh pulak dia tinggalkan macam tu je makanan saya.

Delivery Staff

Saya menempah makanan secara online di Mcdonalds. saya juga membayar untuk kos penghantaran tersebut. Tapi malangnya set makanan yang saya tempah tidak sampai ke alamat yang saya daftarkan, malah staff penghantaran itu pula menyuruh saya untuk mengambilnya sendiri ditingkat bawah sedangkan saya berada ditingkat 3. Untuk apakah kos penghantaran itu sekiranya makanan yang ditempah tidak sampai ditangan saya. Amat-amat menyakitkan hati apabila saya sendiri kena ambil makanan tersebut di tingkat bawah.

Limitation of food ordering and no system to provide paperbag to all

Hi. I would like to complaint as below:
1: Now is the Hello Sanrio Collectibles Season. Well I went to buy 3 sets of Happy Meals for 2 hello kitty and one car(Tomica). There's a limitation of food ordering during that time which is about 8.40am. It was breakfast meal time. So for those who ordered Happy Meals we are only allowed to order egg muffin and drink(hot and cold) but no french fries or hash brown. When ask they said only egg muffins. Please take note. It may due to heavy of ordering but not in this way. We want to enjoy more variety of foods provided during breakfast.

2: I have ordered 3 sets of Happy meals and I was not given a paper bag to fit those 3 boxes. Then when I ask they said no plastic bag is given. Yes I know no plastic bag but I was asking for paper bag. Please take note this too as they do know treat all customer the same. It was according to their liking.

CAR DAMAGE BY INCIDENT @ MCD SETIAWANGSA

I've been lodge a report thru McD's official page on 17/10/2017 evening, and yet still don't get any BLACK & WHITE feedback.The incident happened at McD Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur on 17/10/17 approximately at 3.30pm; where's unfortunately one of McD's SIGNAGE has fallen and whacked my car (bumper) while I'm waiting for my Drive-thru order. This cause my a car a bit damage at the bumper. I've liaised with the Branch Manager itself and was asked to lodge a report. Due to lacked of time at that moment, I've only lodged a report on 18/10/17 at Setiawangsa Police Station but yet the Police Officer asked me to go to Jalan Bandar Police Station cause this case is covered under General Trafic cases. (which cause me EXTRA MILEAGE and time to travel there). The Branch Manager called me several times and yet asked me to REPAIR FIRST, and reimburse the cost for McD to bear later. BUT the problem is NO BLACK AND WHITE regarding this matter just an UNSURED teleconversation between me and McD's representative about the cost that will occured. So, what say u McDonald??If i paid first to rectify my car, do I get my claim back or I just "BERPUTIH MATA" on your promises????

Bad Service about The Hello Sanrio (Always say out of stock)

Today early morning around 10.30am go to Mc Donald Kepong Desa Jaya, for the first Hello Kitty & Red Bow promote start on 5/10/2017, I go at night time, there show out of stock. But today 12/10, start promote Hello Kitty & My Melody, go around 10.30am early morning, the staff still say out of stock. First day early morning only, they already say out of stock. Please give me reason why whatever time I go, they always say out of stock. Please just upgrade your service and stock system problem.

Food dissatisfaction

Today around 7:50 I went to McDonald's Penang at caltex to have my dinner.. I ordered ayam goreng and a Mc chicken.. The Mc chicken was still that I ate was not properly cook.. It's still RAW.. I hope that the management team will take note.. The staff was very very rude towards the customer.. An Indian lady..

dan 2 happy meal .. sye menyatakan bahawa 100 plus sye tidak mahu ais .. tetapi bile sye dpt air 100 plus yg penuh dgn ais .. bkn sekali kene mcm nie malah berkali-kali .. plus 100 plus yg sye dpt cume rase gas dan air sahaja ... di manakah 100 plus sye?? sye tidak berpuas hati kerana mereka tidak peka ... hrp maklum .. plus mainan yg ank sye dpt rosak !

About Manager

Semalam ( 2/10/2017) saya telah datang ke mcdonalds Aeon big wangsa maju. Saya telah order di kaunter 1 dan dengan tiba tiba seorang Manager telah keluar dari manager room da menyuruh orang di kaunter 1 menjual set besar dgn bercakap berulang kali. Manager tersbut bernama sundusiyah. Saya berbadan agak besar dan saya terasa dgn apa yang di katakan itu.

Cara menunggu crew

Ketika saya sedang menunggu makanan smpai di mcdonalds aeon big wangsa maju , saya ternampak seorang manager menegur crew dengan cara yang tidak sopan . Adakah itu cara seorang manager menegur seorang crew ? Kalau tidak silap saya nama manager itu ialah nurul azratul amani. Saya berharap pihak mcdonalds mengambil iktibar dengan apa yang saya beritahu.

Service Mistake

I a happy mode come enjoy dinner Order large 3 Frozen drinks.

After that seen other people get a larger than mine,and question to counter only mention is medium.

Like a fool,and feel been cheated.

No apologize,some more show face.

Very poor quality

I ordered at McDonalds SS15, their oreo mcflurry was only half of the cup full. Not only that, their milo drink was completely tasteless. How can milo be tasteless? They probably added A LOT of water into their drinks before they sell it. Very disappointed.
