Please be more efficient pos laju. We know that it is MRO season.but you should have taken measurement how to cope with this issues to ensure your credibility in delivering the parcel to people. My brain just could not process how parcel that is on the move fron KLIA to Seremban did not arrive for more than 2 days. Unless your driver had to make a round trip all over malaysia first and Seremban is the last stop. Sadly it was not the case. I have walked in to the nearest delivery office to check it myself and it did not arrive as it supposed to. Using MCO as an excuse would seem kinda lame as the item is already on the move and i dont think the driver is allowed to loiter around a few days and suddenly came to some senses and decided to send the parcel to the nearest delivery office no, especially during MCO season. If its sorting issue i would accept the excuse but the issue here the item is already on the move but did not arrive. Kindly check on my parcel ERB668284315MY and update it accordingly. If its lost declare it so i can make a claim

Hi, I have two packages stuck in Brickfields POS. I need them ASAP. they say no post man delivery. can please expedite? no one reply to my calls on phone, twiter or FB. I know its MCO but it does not mean the packages can not be delivered? these are expensive items. can please check ASAP?
