Parcel stuck at parcel hub
My parcel EN416491881MY has been stuck at Parcel Hub since 10th May 2020. I have yet to receive an update. It was picked up on 8th May and seller promised 3-5days of delivery. I understand it is not their fault and I also understand that Pos Laju is receiving an overwhelming amount of parcels. However, Pos Laju should have equip themselves with necessary strategies on how to tackle the crisis.

Kalau tahu kat mana boleh amek dah
Rumah saya dgn pusat mel nasional tu tkedemla jauh mana ,klu la sy thu kt mana skrg ,mmg sy dh ambil dh ,tpi last update 12 may ,dh dispatch out from transit office pusat mel nasional,skrg tk thu smpai mana , tolong sgt update, sbb pusat mel nasional tu tk jauh dri rumah sy,ingat bole smpai dlm 2 -3 hari ,tpi still tk update ,sbb kalau update boleh sy ambil dh ,hm tolong ye update n check no tracking ni .thanks✨
