No tracking number provided

I tried to call Pos Laju ss13 subang the whole day to find out if there is an alternative to picking up the parcel but no one pick up the call. Additionally there is no tracking number or parcel number provided on the receipt stuck to my door. I call the customer service number and spoke to Fazli bin Muhalim to forward my request for the pos laju subang ss13 branch manager to call me to provide my feedback on the extremely poor service level. But never received any calls from the branch manager. There is no help from the customer service and the ss13 branch. Hopefully the internal auditors in pos laju takes such complaints seriously. We are tired and fed up with pos laju

Sehingga 18-Sept-2018 transit juga masih menunjukkan: Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office Pos Laju Seremban.
Pelanggan bayar untuk pihak Pos hantar barang dengan segera (Laju) tapi perkhidmatan diberikan tidak sama dengan nama Poslaju.
Hari hari pelanggan merasakan seperti tertipu dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan dan mula lah mengeluarkan kata kesat kepada
Poslaju. Pihak atasan perlu bertindak dengan segera, kerana beberapa tahun yang lalu saya menggunakan perkhidmatan Poslaju terjadi perkara yang sama pada harini.
Poslaju jugak tidak menghubungi pelangga, sebaliknya pelanggan yang kemaskini setiap untuk pastikan barang berada dimana.
Tolong telefon kemaskini dengan segera, barang yang dihantar ke Nilai adakah sudah sampai atau berada dimana kerana keluarga saya amat memerlukan motor untuk pengangkutan pergi belajar.

Very poor and bad service

Sangat kecewa dengan servis pos laju. Dah boleh tukar nama kepada pos perlahan dah kot. Brg pos dari 12/9/2018 sehingga sekarang cust belum terima. Dah berapa pejabat pos dah pacel dok keluar masuk. Kenapa x terus hantar ke alamat cust. Dari pejabat pos batu caves, lps tu ke wangsa maju, sekarang di gombak. Esok lusa x tahu la ke mana pula.

Bad service

Tracking number ER54339870MY.

I noted from the tracking system my parcel was out for delivery on 14 September, Friday and it is suppose to deliver to my office. I have waited in my office until 10pm and I didn't get any call. On 15 September, Saturday, I have received sms that the delivery is unsuccessful with the reason of 'enggan terima'.

You didn't contacted me that you have arrived at my office and straight away conclude that I enggan Terima! To be honest, I have no idea has the postman just bring my parcel merry go round and conclude that no one is willing to receive the parcel.

If you would like an easy way out to ask us to collect from your centre, please say so.

I have tried to collect the parcel from Poslaju Cheras at 5pm on 15 September, Saturday, it is closed, but the operating hours in your website is it closes at 6pm! Please check you fact right when you are publishing public information on your website.

Please restore consumer confidence as a national courier!

BARANG ATTEMPTED FAIL

Currently my status showed that Delivery Attempt Failed!! Delivery was not accepted by recipient. Item will be returned to sender.On that day never received any calls from deliver service..When call customer service, they said next tuesday they will delivery or i want pickup my self at POSLAJU AMPANG.But they said if i want pickup myself, i must wait until i received messages from they that my item was arrived at POSLAJU AMPANG.PLEASE POSLAJU,now i get messages from poslaju that my item is unsuccessful delivery....I NEED MY ITEM URGENT...PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES!!!!!!!

DI MANAKAH HILANGNYA INTERGRITI POS MEN POS LAJU MALAYSIA???

Rekod trackinh mencatatkan barangan dihantar ke premis tetapi tiada penghuni. Sepatutnya Nota Delivery ditinggalkan untuk pelanggan mengutip barangan di Pejabat Pos yang dinamakan. Dalam kes EP535400869MY barangan tidak dihantar ke premis dan tiada bukti Nota Delivery Arrangement ditinggalkan di premis. Sedangkan di premis memang tidak pernah kosong. TOLONGLAH JANGAN MENIPU PELANGGAN. BERTUGASLAH DENGAN INTERGRITI. Bila saya ke pos laju Sg Besi barang tersebut telah dihantar ke pos laju Cheras pula. Bila saya ke pos laju Cheras barang tersebut telah dihantar ke pos laju Rawang. SAMPAI SEKARANG SAYA TIDAK TAHU STATUS BARANG TERSEBUT. Saya amat kecewa dgn perkhidmatan pos laju. Bulan ini sahaja telah 3 kali saya menghadapi masalah yg sama. 2 kali dlm bulan Ini sy terpaksa menuntut barang di pos laju sg besi tanpa sebarang nota delivery arrangement. KEPADA PENTADBIRAN POS LAJU MALAYSIA..TOLONG PASTIKAN KAKITANGAN ANDA BEKERJA DGN INTEGRITI. KALAU BETUL PENGHANTARAN DIBUAT MANA NOTA DELIVERY? MASALAH YG SAMA TIDAK PERNAH DIALAMI MELALUI PERKHIDMATAN YG LAIN SPT SKY NET, GDEX DAN LAIN2. SAYA AMAT KECEWA DENGAN KUALITI PERKHIDMATAN POS LAJU MALAYSIA.

Pos Laju Kluang- parcel always stucked

Pos Laju Kluang selalu tak hantar barang ke umah pun. ini bukan kali pertama mcm tu, dah bbrp kali dah. Geram btl.
W/pun dlm sistem tunjuk dah keluar hantar, tp lama pun tak sampai Kat umah. Setiap kali Ku Kena pergi ambil sendiri pulak.

Parcel never been delivered

In the system, the parcel was stated as out for delivery but I didn’t received after waiting for a day. I called to the hub and they claimed that there was none at home and left a notice. In fact, I didn’t even receive any notice from them and we were around. This was not the first times. This incident occurred few times already. Told us the same reason! And each times, we had to go to the Hub to collect the parcel by ourselves. Then what the point we do courier?!

Not moving but kept on arriving

Noticed that the tracking updates kept on posting arrived at delivery facility for 3 consecutive days. Does it mean my item like boomerang or something where it fly away and came back to the place over and over?

Furthermore, the distance from the place of origin to place to deliver is like less than 5km. This maybe the new world record for like taking 4 days to deliver to a distance less than 5km away. Wowwww!!
