Very Slow Delivery

Sekarang ni apa cerita barang aku post tak sampai2 lagi. Aku post 3/6/2018. Sekarang dah 8/8/2018. Kenapa tak sampai lagi? Makan gaji buta ke? Makan gaji haram? Aku bayar bukan murah. RM22 kot. Kotak dah la ringan je, tapi korang charge sampai RM 20. Celah mana next day delivery? Teruk betul la service korang ni. Dengan level service macam celaka ni, memang patut aku maki. Parcel Not Received

My tracking EH770175229MY, item posted over the counter on 5th August. Today already 8th August but still didn't receive.
We called is as "POSLAJU" but services very slow.

Barang tak sampai

Salam , saya nak cakap sikit kenapa barang sejak akhir2 ni nak kena p ambik sndri , dlm trackg no tulis dh kluar utk prhntran tp tungu2 x smpai last2 kena kutip kat pejabat , 1 habuk apa x hbaq last2 lama sgt p kutip . Lain kli tlg hbaq 1 mlysia kata brg kena ambik sndri jd kmi x prlu tngu2 kmi blh ambik sndri.. X yh duk hbaq org la hmpa hntaq brg smpai dpn umah ni brg ke brpa dh aq duk p kutip sndri . !! Kmi blh fhm kalau lmbt tp skurgnya maklum awal2 ,sia2 letak nom fon.

POS LAJU PALING LEMBAB

Pos laju tak ada dana sampingan ke untuk bagi posmen telefon supaya boleh telefon si penerima sebelum update status dan buat tindakan bodoh?

Bodoh gila!

Dah banyak kali kes ni jadi. Asal nak hantar barang,, notis xdapat, call pos laju centre xdapat, pos laju cwngn lagi ahh.. Haram jawab call waktu office.

Orang bayar service penghantaran. Tapi barang kena pi ambil sendiri dah kenapa??? Apasal tak bertanggungjawab?? Orang bayar tu sama macam orang amanahkan tanggungjawabkan kepada pos laju untuk hntar barang terus kepada penerima!

Jika si penerima tak ada di rumah,, telefon dan notis tu yang main peranan penting. Ni la nama dia bodoh tak bagi kat orang.. Tamak BODOH

I really unhappy with poslaju, super SLOW they service. I send my parcel to Poslaju (For overseas) on 14/07. They update in system until 18/07. After that there is no updates. What is THIS!!!

Almost going to be a month, they keep saying en route. How long ??? Please keep update in system. We sending not FREE, im paying too.

Please speed up your work, is not first time happen like this. Many times i went through with your service.

If my parcel never receive there, i will lodge a report and ask for compensation.

Seriously last time your service good, all the time we prefer poslaju. But now a days too bad your service...

Late Delivery and no update on status

Tracking Number: ER331486886MY
I placed an order through EasyParcel on 22nd July 2018 to be collected at my office on 23rd July 2018. Parcel was collected late evening on 23rd July 2018 but it has not reached the receiver till date(2nd August 2018). It has been 10 days and the parcel is still stucked at Kelana Jaya.

I've placed a report with your hotline on 1st August, 10.24am and the report number is 18080001148. I was told that the parcel will be classified as URGENT case and it will be dispatched out soonest. To my disappointment, when i checked the status today at 4.30pm, my parcel is still in Kelana Jaya.

Being very frustrated, i called up your hotline again at 4.53pm and was told that a report filed will need 6 days to reach Kelana Jaya. This is truly unacceptable! How can you classify URGENT when a case require 6 days to process? Worst of all when i request for Kelana Jaya's branch phone number, i was told to search online as your system does not show!

No manners

I noticed that one of your delivery personnel need to work on his way to call on customers.

"Hello, ni pos laju eh. Turun skang.."

Is this how you greet people? Where is your "sopan santun as a Malay"

I have other shipments by other courier services, Malay as well, but still can adhere good and acceptable way of addressing and delivering parcels to customers.

Barang poslaju tak sampai keesokannya seperti slogan.

Keluar dari Langkawi 21/7/2018. Expected arrived begore 25/7/2018 tapi sampai hari ni tak sampai kepada penerima. Tersadai kat Wangsa Maju. Telah report, dan ambil number report tp sampai hari ni dah 31/8/2018 masih lagi ada di Poslaju Wangsa Maju. What happen to all of u guys? U better call urself Poslambat ..
Pls put urself in customer’s shoe.
Relevant authority pls take action.

How many days u want me to waiting my parcel from 14th july until now 31st july
2018??

i try to call both of branch at dato onn and johor bahru but didnt pick up the phone.!!!
try call for hotline pos laju, they said to call 1300300300 but many time i call also didnt pick up the phone!!!
then when i check my tracking number , what i get from there ?? on 15th July my parcel arrived at pos laju johor bahru , then on 19th July my parcel at dato onn ,26th July my parcel at johor bahru again,27th July at dato onn, 28 july at johor bahru and until now i still not received yet my parcel ..
when i come to your branch and ask about to self pick up my parcel, they willl said ''sorry,your parcel still inside the karung guni'
if anything problem , u must call sender or receiver person.
Yes, i'm hear and understand about your problem that u don't have despatch staffs , but, that a customer problem?

DEAR POS LAJU , PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR SERVICE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU LOST YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I have posted a document to USA on 12th of July but the track and trace list is last updated on 17th of July, and since then the list is not updated at all. I need a clear clarification on where is my document now and when exactly will it be delivered successfully!

I want to make a complaint about my parcel above.
My parcel still IN PROCEED t from Transit Office KLIA PARCEL HUB status. My parcel been sending out from sender at 23/07/2018. But as until today still no update, my parcel still in the same status.
Pos Laju kind of slow services and my items still not updated yet!!! Call customer service center also kind of useless because the staff always busy in line. I attach my proof regarding my parcel.

Parcel delivered but i did not receive it

On the 24th of July, 4.01pm, my parcel ER240838800MY was stated delivered to a person named Wong in my office. I was in the office the entire time but i did not see any delivery guy from poslaju. And there is no such person named Wong in my office. what happen to my package? tried the phone line in Puchong and it's engage the whole day. i couldn't even get through. This service is really bad.
