customer service(never pick up phone)

Hello & Good Afternoon,

My parcel was shipped on 3/9/2019(based on track & trace pos laju website), then i was tracking it through track & trace and i'm still patiently waiting the update from yours website. After that, my patient was over limit due to post office Bintulu branch that using this number 086-339450 & 086-311228 never pick up their office phone. I have called 20 times but never picked up. I need to track the parcel due to I'm the one of online seller then my priority is my customer, they was waiting too long, plus how can we as online seller will move forward like others business if your service also slow? I have been patiently call to the office but still no answer and I have been through your website but I'm still got same result. As a customer using your service, please do something and checking at your staff whether they do their own task based own your company ethics or not. I'm the one who working as a Customer Executives, so for our company our customer is our priority & we should keep our customer as their trustworthy. I hope your company will be give consideration with my complaint & please upgrade especially the customer service at Bintulu Branch, ask them to pick up the phone when its ringing. May refer the attachment I have been given to that prove I was called Post Office (Bintulu Branch) many times. Thank You.

Stuck Parcel at delivery facility!

Why my parcel stuck at Pos Laju Kota Kinabalu since 6th September 2019? Went to the Pos Laju on 7th September 2019 since I'm tired of waiting. My parcel was there but the staff asked me to wait at home home because he said "barang masih campur-campur lagi'. Damn lazy and today 10th September it is still at the delivery facility. Should have been delivered out! My house is in the city by the way.

Idiotic service

I am so done with Pos Laju Malaysia. I don’t know what type of mentality they have. On 4/9/2019(Wednesday) when I wasn’t home, the post men arrived in front of my house. In order to receive my parcel from the post men, the receiver should go out of the house to determine and sign a paper document. He honked twice and no response so he called me twice but at the moment my dad is at home watching tv so he couldn’t care less as there are many honks everyday. When he called me, i was in my uni taking a test so I did not manage to answer his call. So he went off assuming there is no one to receive the parcel ( when he did not even ring the doorbell ). So I kept calling and filed a report to Pos Laju for that current day and the next two working days. Thursday And Friday (5-6/9/2019) was a freaking unsuccessful delivery due to no time and car break down ( I am like wtf ) so freaking coincidental. So I called Pos Laju again they can’t identify who is the post men that is having my parcels so they kept asking me to wait for the next working day. The first week of Saturday is a resting day for them and Sunday is also an off day while next Monday is our Agung’s (King’s) birthday so is a public holiday too. They will continue operating on Tuesday (10/9/2019) but another major problem is on that day itself neither do I won’t be at home from morning till evening nor my family will so being said that this would keep repeating until I am at home? Freaking bullshit system. Dragged for a bloody week. Ps when you reading this, I have already waited at home for two damn solid days like a fool waiting for that guy because they say they will send to me. Another problem is their system sucks. If I would to personally go to their office i need to waste 40 mins of journey and 1hour plus of wait. In addition, you might ask me why don’t you just immediately go to the office to take it after they announce another unsuccessful delivery, well they will only tell us at the 11th hour when their office is already close. Useless carrier and a waste of money.

late arrival of parcel

My parcel was posted on 26/8/19 at 2.20 pm at Sungai Siput Perak Pos office.Place of destination is Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As of today 29/8/19, my parcel is still in transit and the status from my tracking number CD350629888MY still "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" pusat mel nasional dated 27/8/19.

It is usually take only 3 days for it to arrived and delivered to me. However, it is already on the fourth day and the status is still "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" pusat mel nasional dated 27/8/19.

When will I receive my parcel????? is it possible for me to get it by today??????

Send wrong infos and slow

My seller posted items on wednesday 21st August. Until today 26th i haven't receive my items. Seller also claim that Pos laju send wrong code, tracking code supposingly 9 numbers but gave her 10 instead. Call them hard to reach, email them they dont bother to open it.

DELIVERY GUY

IM STAYING IN AIR PUTIH KUANTAN PAHANG. TWO CASES I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. THE DELIVERY PERSONAL COMES IN A VAN AND HONKS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES, EXPECTING THE CUSTOMER TO COME OUT OF THE HOUSE TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL. HE DID NOT ASK FOR MY SIGNATURE . HE JUST PASS THE PARCEL FROM HIS DRIVER SEAT, NEVER BOTHER TO STEP OUT OF THE VAN. FOR YOUR INFO, I DO HAVE A DOORBELL.
SECOND CASE, HONKS FEWS TIMES. MY WIFE WAS IN THE KITCHEN. DELIVERY GUY DID NOT WAIT AND LEFT A CARD TO COLLECT FROM BUKIT UBI POST OFFICE.
MY QUESTION IS ARE YOUR STAFFS BEING RACIST? REASON IS I DID NOTICE THE SAME GUY COMING DOWN FROM HIS VAN WHEN HE DELIVERED A PARCEL TO MY NEIGHBOUR.
SAME PERSON,
DO GIVE TRAINING FOR YOUR PARTICULAR STAFF FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IF THIS PROBLEM OCCURS AGAIN, I WILL NOT TOLERATE WITH THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE.

Bad respond and not reliable

Honestly, try not to use pos laju to courier your important or urgent parcel as your parcel will be lost or unable to be delivered even with tracking number.

This is the first time I have experienced such as terrible service from a company not only from its courier service but customer service as well.

Actually I have a parcel courier to Australia with tracking number on 2nd of July. But system doesn't update after 4th of July with stated that my parcel have reached Sydney.

Contact so many times the customer service via email or phone call. Guess what? Common answer like ask you to wait and request you to give some proper prove like receipt, as well as to fill in whatever PP1 form. I was like being cheated by keep ignoring my request to retrieve my parcel. C'MON! Your company provide such as lousy and problematic service yet still dare to ask your customer to do this and do that. It was like totally waste of my time and energy. This parcel shall be delivered within 11days but I have been wait for 45 days yet they couldn't give me a proper solution.

They will ignoring your email and ignoring your request. This is the consequences of trusting wrong company.

Their customer service really worst. Keep reply common answer but not solution. Never fulfilling what they are promised.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. THANKS

those are my four parcels now nicely 'parked' at shah alam delivery facility. these has been happening for days. what is going on? contacted poslaju, answer given shortage of staff. and now i have to think about your staffing issues. all parcels are from an online shopping. at the time of order there are estimated dates of receipt provided. apart frm the convenience of an online shopping, that was important point i considered before placing the order. now i feel cheated. none of the parcels has reached me. attached is an example of how one of the order is happily running around poslaju facility last week. i want my parcels. i paid for those items and also for poslaju services. do something because i seriously dont enjoy this delay. or u can call yourself postslow.

Kenapa barang saya perlu dihantar ke KLIA HUB? sedangkan barang tempat pengeposan dengan tempat saya di negeri yang sama dan dekat berbanding nak hantar ke KLIA tu.. dan sekarang stuck beberapa hari tiada update terbaru? Mmg prosedur kena htr ke KLIA HUB dlu atau mcmna.. sebelum ni saya beli barang dari seller yang sama barang lagi besar tapi cepat sampai tidak perlu ke KLIA HUB. Seller laju submit tapi poslaju yang lembap atau barang telah rosak? saja delaykan penghantaran. Perlu maklumbalas ke saya hantar ke email [email protected] Tambahlah staff tu naikkan gaji permintaan poslaju tinggi disebabkan revolusi pembelian barang atas talian.

Please check my parcel: ERA312529178MY. It have been stuck for 3 days. The status showed ‘consignment dispatch out from transit office’ from pos laju parcel hub. It usually takes only a day to arrive at next post centre. I need it asap. Please.
