barang tidak sampai

saya tidak menerima barang saya, selama saya guna pos laju, barang cepat sampai, tapi sekarang barang tak sampai, saya cek tracking, barang ada di Kota Bharu sejak 20/3, tapi sampai sekarang saya tidak menerima barang saya, saya urgent nk guna nii.. harap hantar barang saya dengan secepatnya..ni no tracking

Poslaju Rawang - Bad Service

Today 12 Mac 2019 - 6.45 am

I drop my package to my mum at Prepaid EziDrop in front of Poslaju Rawang Mutiara on 6 Mac 2019 10:03 am.
When i check online the next day, there's no record found.
I called late evening on 7 Mac, a girl answered and said the same, no record online but took my no and details, and will try to found out what happen and call me back.
When no one call me back, I called again on 8 Mac 11 am asking about my package, a girl confirmed she have the consignment note and confirmed that my package already processed only the system still showing no record. She assured me that my package already sent out from Rawang and only just minor glitch with the system.

When i checked online the next day, to my surprise, the system showed that my package was processed on 8 Mac 7:10 pm!!!!!!!
My package was dispatched out from Rawang that night (8 Mac).

My mum still not receive the package until now.

The incompetent of Rawang Mutiara Poslaju is one thing, but to lie to the customer is definitely an utter disgrace.
This service is not Free. What is your SOP for package drop at EziDrop??
And your staff make a fool of me..
and my Mum still waiting for the package after 7 days.

Lambat

Bayaran mahal,tapi servis tidak memuaskan.
I thought pos 'LAJU' only need 3working days to deliver? It's been a week already dude.
Semua orang tak senang nak tunggu2. Orang lain pun ada benda nak buat lepas expected time waiting for the item.
Lepas tu yang lagi teruk,korang bakar jelah fon tu. Orang call tak angkat(tak tau lh kalau no salah,tapi aku dah try semua). Nanti bila orang takde kat rumah,baru nak sebok hantar. Pastu tingglkan kertas suruh amek sndiri kat pos. Dengan tanda '!' d hujung ayat tu. What? Dude r u trying to blame me or what? Blame your company for delivering the item so SLOW. Better change your company name. It makes us expecting more with your 'LAJU' name.

Saya dah call customer line dan saya diberitahu bahawa item saya akan di pos ke terenganu,walhal saya sudah semak dengan pengirim salinan consignment no poskod adalah betul iaitu 81200 Tampoi Johor Bahru.Sila lihat lampiran dan tolong saya jejak di mana item saya sekarang,untuk makluman saya telah beri kan alamat penuh saya.

Email pn tak ada feedback,pelik lah alamat & poskod sah2 johor !tak tau ap mslah tansit office nih ..tak geti baca ke!mnyusahkan betul lah..1st time bad experience dgn pos lemau nih!

barang yg saya pos..stuck di tempat yg sama..no movement..saya pos 8.2 dan last update 9.2..afterthat no action from pos laju...tiada pun pihak pos nk upadate or call if have problem bg pihak mereka..so sad. bad experience..

Like seriously? order barang bulan lepas,tapi bulan ni tak sampaiĀ².well i can tell yang pos laju ni memang tak laju.menyusahkan bagi online seller,sebab perkara macam ni akan dtgkan masalah pada kami.sila lajukan proses penghantaran.Barang i stuck dekat pos laju,21/1/19 -- 9/2/19. tapi kat tracking,dia tak update pon.stuck dekat 26/1/19 .tolong lah.bende ni menyusahkan lah.sekian.

Barang tidak diterima/dihantar

Tracking no Er74001131my 25/1/19 tidak diterima dengan alasan sy xada di rumah.. Ka posmen yg pegang brg sy 2 mls nk naik sebab rumah sy tgkat 4 qrts penjara kajang!!! sedangkan pada hari tersebut sy ada terima brg Er750385268my.. macam mna untuk brg Er74001131my pada tarikh yg sama 25/1/19 boleh kta sy xada di rumah... apa masalah posmen sebenarnya? Sudah byk kali mcm 2.. sy Cek trcking no klau brg dh out for delivery sy mmg akn tnggu brg tersebut dn xakan keluar rumah!!! Sy tunggu Dari 24/1/19 boleh plk 26/1/19 mintak sy ambil di pejabat Pos? Waktu bila sy nk ke pjbt Pos sedangkan suami sy kerja dn lps wktu office Bru blik! Dgn sy ada ank Kecil lg! Myusahkan kerja org betul la! Call x ketuk pntu x! Tiba2 kta xda Di rumah! Dh byk kali barang tidak dihantar Di rumah alamat qrts penjara kajang... sedangkan saya ada Di rumah.. sy tunggu dri 24/1/19 sebab tgk brg Dh out for delivery.. tiba2 25/1/19 boleh plk kta sy xada Di rumah.. 2 hari berturut-turut tunggu brg.. apa masalah posmen ya? No tpon ada knpa xtpon pn? Xda ketuk pntu pn? Sedangkan pada hari yg sma 25/1/19 sy ada terima brg jgk tracking no Er750385268my.. kenapa untuk brg Er74001131my xterima dgn alasan sy xda kt rumah? Dengan call pos Laju xjwab! Egat senang ka nk p ambil dkt Pos Laju dengan suami sy kerja lps wktu office baru balik.. ank kecil lg... sy nak guna barang tersebut secepat mungkin.. tolong Cel dn delivery secepat mungkin Er74001131my!!!

Not answer call

I call pejabat pos tanah merah berpuluh kali ,fone call angkat bila i cakap hello hello ehh bole pulak letak ,and one more i duk hello berpuluh kali boleh pulak i dengar dorg duk sembang2 bnda lain ,bukan nak jawab call ak properly ,whatttt the !!!!! Ingat kerja aku nak call korang je ke satu hari .come on laa, ingat aku call nak pesan kfc ke ape ,ada something that i want to ask about my postage .please laa customer service tu buat kerja elok2 ,jangan nak menyusahkan orang !!!!

Request to resend not entertained by Pos'Lambat'

Your postman on the above City designated on duty on 15 January 2109 for the afternoon session along Jalan Tuaran mile 2 to 4 (post code 88450) is sleeping on his job.
False remarks by the postman on the memo/ note that not able to delivery due to no one at home and penned down on the memo/ note to resend the next day but never make delivery for the next 2 days, totally unacceptable.

The person in charge or GM/CEO for Poslaju Kota Kinablau should be investigated and held accountable for the poor & irresponsible attitude for the entire teams of Kota Kinabalu Poslaju. This dismal delivery services had occurred many times for the past 6 - 12 months. All these poor delivery services should be stopped immediately with special task force to be set up to nail the culprits in particulars the GM/CEO of Poslaju KK.
