Delivery Status Not Updated

I have a parcel from Japan (EN048565267JP) that is stuck at the same status "Item dispatched out from Transit Office" for several days already. Please check and update the item status. Also, the customer service email reply is so slow that it take days for me to receive the reply from your staff. Please improve it as customer service is crucial for a delivery company. Thank you.

My parcel from Malaysia to Singapore is stuck and held for clearance for 3 days now.

The last update was on 15 November 2019, processed from posting at Post Offices(KLIA HUB) and no updates since then.

Then line to your customer service is always busy, what is the next solution here?

Would appreciate your promptness and understanding on this matter!

parcel not updated

PLEASE UPDATE MY PARCEL ERA562653099MY. NO UPDATE FOR MORE THAN A WEEK!! NO UPDATE SINCE 6 NOVEMBER 2019 AND NOW ALREADY 19 NOVEMBER 2019 ! NEVER HAPPEN BEFORE. ITS OK IF TAKE 2-3 DAY BUT THIS IS TOO MUCH TIME. I DONT KNOW IF U AWARE OF THIS BUT PLEASE NEVER DO THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMER. AT LEAST GIVE US AN UPDATE. PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE OUR ITEM.

Postage lambat dan barang rosak

Hi. Saya nak bertanya dan membuat aduan mengenai service pos saya baru-baru ni. Sy telah membeli barang(kek lapis) dari Kuching Sarawak, kek telah di pos sejak 12 Nov 2019. Saya menerima kek2 tersebut di destinasi saya di Kulim pada 18 Nov 2019 petang. Hal ini menyebabkan kek2 saya kebanyakan rosak. Bagaimanakah cara saya boleh membuat tuntuan bayaran ganti rugi daripada pihak tuan bagi menanggung kerugian disebabkan jarak masak hampir seminggu ini menyebabkan kek2 tersebut rosak.

Parcel stuck at ECBC

It’s been 6 days and my parcel is stuck at ECBC. The status says [ECBC] Item dispatched out since 12/11/2019. Today is already 18/11/2019 and I still didn’t get any update. My tracking status is not moving at all. Poslaju please takes concern regarding on this issue, thank you.

Seller post 13/11/19 dan stuck dekat Pos Mel Nasional dari 14/11/19 sampai harini masih tiada progress.
Email care services pun no feedback, call pun tak pick up.
Apa masalah Poslaju sebenarnya?

Item saya terlalu lama dispatched out, customer dah mula naik angin sebab biasa hanya ambil masa 2-3 hari je. Jarak pos pun dekat je. Tolonglah POSLAJU proceed barang saya cepat sikit. Customer urgent nak pakai brang tu!

No status update

My parcel is nowhere to be found, can't track it anywhere. System says that it's in Poslaju Cheras but I call them, they told me that it's at the ParcelHub Shah Alam till now no news😩. How long will it takes to deliver since thursday item have been deliver from Cheras to Kepong which normally takes 1 day. Can't they improve more. Tracking number ERA747570622MY.

THIS IS A POOR SERVICE , YOU DONT WANT PEOPLE TO SAY BAD , BUT WHAT SERVICES DO YOU DO ? FOR FRAUD ? AND NO UPDATE TRACKING ? OR NO SERVICE ETHICS ? A SERIES OF SLOW WORK , FRAUD . YOU ONLY WILL LATE MORE PEOPLE COMPLAINT ! AND NO USE YOUR BRAND !

THE PRODUCT IS HEALTHY FOOD .IT IS SAFE TO PASS . SINCE YOU ARE NOT SHIPPING , YOU STILL HAVE TO SWINDLE !
POSLAJU IS POOR SERVICE , SAY IT AGAIN , NO PEOPLE WANT TO LIKE THAT SAY . BUT YOU SERVICE IS DO LIKE THAT , HOW TO MAKE PEOPLE OBEY ?

Barang tak hantar dekat receiver

Hi, saya still tak receive barang saya.

Tolong lah Pos Laju perbaiki service penghantar barang anda. Penghantar anda sekadar call saya cakap da sampai dekat level and saya minta tunggu sekejap sebab saya nak call kawan saya ambil barang kerana saya cuti. Bila saya call semula nombor yang dia call tu few times, dia da tak pickup call saya. Macam ni ke Pos Laju train employee?

Seriously , kecewa dengan sikap penghantar barang anda. (branch Brickfields)

Jangan pentingkan diri sendiri je banyak keje, kami pun ade keje juga and bukan senang2 kami nak kena pegi branch Brickfield untuk ambil barang yang sepatutnya hantar kepada kami. Kalau begitu, apa guna kami bayar delivery charges?

Tolong beri kerjasama juga kepada kami.

Very Bad Service

Hi , saya ingin membuat aduan berkenaan servis di Poslaju Tuaran. Servis di sana sangat teruk dan staff sangat tidak mesra. Kaunter ada 3 tapi yang buka hanya 2 kaunter dan 1 saja yang beroperasi. Pada 4 November 2019 , saya berurusan di sana untuk pos barang . Semasa saya sedang menunggu giliran , terdapat seorang pelanggan yang terus ke kaunter tanpa mengambil nombor untuk mengepos barang dan staff tersebut melayan pelanggan tersebut. Tetapi apabila saya pergi ke kaunter dan ingin mengepos barang , staff tersebut membuat alasan yang dia baru sahaja memanaskan air untuk minum dan ingin memanaskan perutnya terlebih dahulu. Untuk pengetahuan , itu adalah waktu pejabat dan pelanggan sangat ramai. Staff tersebut bernama Rohani . Tolong pihak Poslaju mengambil tindakan kerana ini adalah kesalahan tatatertib dan staff tersebut tidak sepatutnya melayan pelanggan sebegini. Selepas beberapa lama , staff tersebut tidak memanggil no giliran sebaliknya dia melayan pelanggan yang memotong barisan. Semua pelanggan bersabar menunggu giliran tetapi masa menunggu menjadi semakin lama kerana staf sangat tidak sistematik. Saya harap pihak Poslaju dapat mengambil serius perkara ini dan mengambil tindakan yang sepatutnya terhadap staff yang terlibat. Terima kasih.

Barang tak sampai

Tolong check kenapa barang masih stuck kat poslaju brick field? Alasan hari nak hantar hujan lebat. Pada 30hb October. Lepas tu sunyi sepi tak reti nak update. Service macam ni bukan nak makin meningkat. Makin teruk. Sepatutnya banyak competitors semakin maju lah. Bila call nak tunggu punya lama. Lepas tu office hour je. Kenapa poslaju aku rasa outdated sangat ye.

Pihak poslaju tolong la siasat kenapa barang saya ni masih stuck kat brick field tu? Jangan buat report je, kerja tak Jalan. Orang bising2 sini kang kata kita tak paham kerja dia pulak. Sebab lama tunggula customer tak dapat tahan.
