Barang tak hantar dekat receiver

Hi, saya still tak receive barang saya.

Tolong lah Pos Laju perbaiki service penghantar barang anda. Penghantar anda sekadar call saya cakap da sampai dekat level and saya minta tunggu sekejap sebab saya nak call kawan saya ambil barang kerana saya cuti. Bila saya call semula nombor yang dia call tu few times, dia da tak pickup call saya. Macam ni ke Pos Laju train employee?

Seriously , kecewa dengan sikap penghantar barang anda. (branch Brickfields)

Jangan pentingkan diri sendiri je banyak keje, kami pun ade keje juga and bukan senang2 kami nak kena pegi branch Brickfield untuk ambil barang yang sepatutnya hantar kepada kami. Kalau begitu, apa guna kami bayar delivery charges?

Tolong beri kerjasama juga kepada kami.

Very Bad Service

Hi , saya ingin membuat aduan berkenaan servis di Poslaju Tuaran. Servis di sana sangat teruk dan staff sangat tidak mesra. Kaunter ada 3 tapi yang buka hanya 2 kaunter dan 1 saja yang beroperasi. Pada 4 November 2019 , saya berurusan di sana untuk pos barang . Semasa saya sedang menunggu giliran , terdapat seorang pelanggan yang terus ke kaunter tanpa mengambil nombor untuk mengepos barang dan staff tersebut melayan pelanggan tersebut. Tetapi apabila saya pergi ke kaunter dan ingin mengepos barang , staff tersebut membuat alasan yang dia baru sahaja memanaskan air untuk minum dan ingin memanaskan perutnya terlebih dahulu. Untuk pengetahuan , itu adalah waktu pejabat dan pelanggan sangat ramai. Staff tersebut bernama Rohani . Tolong pihak Poslaju mengambil tindakan kerana ini adalah kesalahan tatatertib dan staff tersebut tidak sepatutnya melayan pelanggan sebegini. Selepas beberapa lama , staff tersebut tidak memanggil no giliran sebaliknya dia melayan pelanggan yang memotong barisan. Semua pelanggan bersabar menunggu giliran tetapi masa menunggu menjadi semakin lama kerana staf sangat tidak sistematik. Saya harap pihak Poslaju dapat mengambil serius perkara ini dan mengambil tindakan yang sepatutnya terhadap staff yang terlibat. Terima kasih.

Tolong check kenapa barang masih stuck kat poslaju brick field? Alasan hari nak hantar hujan lebat. Pada 30hb October. Lepas tu sunyi sepi tak reti nak update. Service macam ni bukan nak makin meningkat. Makin teruk. Sepatutnya banyak competitors semakin maju lah. Bila call nak tunggu punya lama. Lepas tu office hour je. Kenapa poslaju aku rasa outdated sangat ye.

Pihak poslaju tolong la siasat kenapa barang saya ni masih stuck kat brick field tu? Jangan buat report je, kerja tak Jalan. Orang bising2 sini kang kata kita tak paham kerja dia pulak. Sebab lama tunggula customer tak dapat tahan.

PARCEL STUCK IN KLIA

My parcel stuck in KLIA. last movement was consignment dispatch out from transit office (poslaju transit office) on 13oct 1am. Now its 17oct 7pm i still havent receive it. Usually it only takes 1 or 2 days to clear from airport to my destination. And seems like some ppl here complained from recent date and even today. Im wondering is there something wrong with my parcel or item? I even called Poslaju they dont even know where is my item all they know is what everyone knows,that is the last movement status.

Pls check and release it if there is no problem with it. We didnt do anything wrong. Just pls make it easier for everyone. Tolong la tolong

last update was on october 5th
my package was posted on 5th october while this is 7 october with no status update..i know they are very busy but plis at the least update my package status..its been stuck on the same status for 2 day already

Nobody pick up the phone

I want to complaint Poslaju Pasir Gudang (Cahaya Baru branch). Although parcel arrived when I was not around, I did receive a SMS providing me the Tracking No, and asking me to call 1300-300-300 for assistance.
What makes me angry was many times i called but nobody picked up the phone. Better cancel this hotline which is totally useless. I don't know which Poslaju branch I need to go to collect my parcel.
Out of desperation, i tried my luck and called Pusat Mel Pos Malaysia which is near to my house, and they informed me the parcel is at Poslaju Cahaya Baru branch.
When i reached there, the new location is very far, and need to scan driving license before entering (as it was inside the Iskandar Halal Park). This is so inconvenient and so troublesome for the customer just to get a parcel. Besides, the automotic numbering system machine was not yet operating, everything in manual. If everything is not yet ready, better don't open it which will only come with poor customer service and leave a very bad impression to customer. Although i had received the parcel finally, i would think triple before deciding to use Poslaju next time.

Poslaju ni memang lembab. Keja makan duit jer , bila complaint buat derk. Baik tuka nama company tu, x sesuai langsong tau tak ? TAK SESUAI ! MANAGEMENT PEKERJA SAMA JE LEMBAB. XDA SRS LANGSONG. SAMBIL LEWA, CURI TULANG. AKU X CAKAP SMUALA, BUT MOSTLY YANG MACAM NI. AKU X HALALKAN LANGSONG DUIT AKU KAT SANA. MAKAN LAH DENGAN DUIT TU. Fuh lega :)
*Gais tukar je, ramai2. Bior je dorang. Benda cepat dibuatnya lama sampai seminggu. Ha ha

Phoned the branch but nobody picked up. Saw plenty of bad reviews online about the branch.

Who is going to bear the cost of the item?

Item x update status for a few days. 1st item dah smpai kota kinabalu, needs to reach kota belud, but x smpai2, kota kinabalu to kota belud is less than 2 hours of normal traffic so I don't see why it's so late to arrive

2nd item stuck consignment dispatched mende tah. Brg kena dpt before Wednesday 14 August.

Esok and lusa cuti raya haji. Nak tau if movement parcel stopped or how? Curious nak tau actually dari dulu. Cuti umum pejabat tutup, but what about parcel posted before cuti umum.

I'm not angry ah hehe just nak tau cause I emailed poslaju but no respond whatsoever.

Lambat smpai parcel

Saya ada order dua brg yg berlainan perlu hantar ke kota belud sabah. Satu kena pos hari isnin, smpai kota kinabalu hari khamis sekarang hari sabtu x smpai2 kota belud. 2nd item stuck bahgn consignment dispatched pe bende tah brg pos hari rabu. Esok and lusa cuti raya haji movement parcel stopped ke? Just nak tau, tak marah pun but just curious nak tau. Thank you.

KLIA HUB stuck update my parcel ERA339047673MY.. i have seen previous complain about this I feel so scary to wait my item whether its safe to use poslaju again or better use other delivery option. It is your SOP to send to KLIA HUB? Seller is from Bahau and i am from Tampin which is quite near and in Negeri Sembilan itself. Why you must send it to KLIA HUB since its not necessary,not effective and reasonable to do so. Last time i buy big item parcel from the same seller but it just need 2 day to arrive and no even passing through the KLIA HUB section. Weird system u got here, just go change your staff or increase their salary or maybe hire more staff!

Did not deliver parcel

Waited for 6 hours “in front” of my house expecting a parcel as in the poslaju application updated “your item is out for delivery”. Nobody came or even called me. Then I checked the apps its stated that “we attempted to deliver but nobody was home”. This is not the first time nor the first incident happened particularly in my area. We always has to do self pickup.so we paid for nothing? Very disappointed with the services and plus your workers are rude.

I send back my monitor screen to china by pos international by surface (melalui laut) on last march 2019.until now half Month of year, my parcel not reach china receiver, now I can not check my parcel. Call Centre no answer, check in the pos office, they said 'your call service Centre to ask.' pls some ppl can give me any answer where my monitor.

Poslaju - Bad delivery services

I ordered 2 poslaju parcels to be delivery to Kota Kinabalu Sabah.

1st day. The first parcel never delivery. But online check it's fail delivery had key in by postman.
2nd day. The second parcel also same. Lazy postman did same stupid action again. I online check. Fail delivery again.

Question to poslaju, your online check status had fail ? Make embarrassed to Malaysia citizens.

SMS received for Parcels detail are as following :

RM0.00 : Unsuccessful delivery for your order 190719132832PVT, tracking no: ERA317635615MY. Call Pos Laju at 1-300-300-300 for assistance.

Postman never make a phone call to me.


Malaysia need to provide bacis post services to citizens. Kindly improve as we had independent and privatised post.
