i know that all the postmen will be so called busy masa hantar barang but please tolonglah efisien sikit masa kerja. punya tunggu kat rumah tak pergi kerja semata-mata nak tunggu postmen datang bagi parcel. Waited from 11-2 pm tetiba dapat notis daripada tracking app delivery failed. apa benda kerja macamni. tolongla professional when it comes to work. it is your job to do deliver item so tolongla dedicated in every little things you do

Poslaju memang lembap macam ni.. memang sial laa servis poslaju ni bahasa gampang..kalau macam ni servis kau baik tutup je syarikat kau tu bodoh..servis kau macam sial lembap nak mampus..bile barang aku nak sampai ni sial..kau nak suruh aku tunggu berape lama..benda dah lama urgent nak guna cepat kau bole buat lambat pulak..ke nak aku buat report baru nak take action? Lepas ni aku tak guna dah poslaju servis macam sial..siput babi pon lagi laju dari servis kau..

No Shipping Update for few days

Why Poslaju no deliver my items and no shipping update at all until now. What is the problem at Poslaju Parcel Hub/KLIA Hub.

Tracking always at Item processed!!! for how long only you will deliver???????

The parcel was sent on 11/12. It is currently stuck and not moving at KLIA HUB for 4 days already. I have never faced this problem before, why is it taking so long? I urgently need the parcel in three days time, poslaju staff please take action and post my item as soon as possible. Please don't disappoint me, Poslaju.

No more tracking information for RR191417180MY

Dear Poslaju Officers,

Pls kindly refer to tracking number RR191417180MY.

I went to Malaysia post tracking and checked from 05/12/19 until 11/12/19 and it always only shows latest update as at 05/12/19 19:00:32 PM that item dispatched out MPC PMIH (KLIA) Mail processing centre Alor Setar.

There is no more update on RR191417180MY after 05/12/19 and it is now already 11/12/19.

Hope that Poslaju Officers can please kindly update status of RR191417180MY so that I can know where my item is now.

Appreciate your prompt and kind assistance on this matter.

Item dispatched out since 30November. Its now 11December, you told me it will be delivered latest 2 weeks. Does the parcel take 11days to reach UK?!! I called pos laju and u guys telling me the item is in UK and is their responsibility to update. I Have contacted parcelforce to check regarding the parcel and they found 0 information about it. Bad attitude of delivery

saya amat kecewa dengan servis penghantaran poslaju sepatutnya berkonsep "door to door" berbaloi dengan bayaran mahal untuk servis poslaju, tetapi penghantar poslaju terlebih dahulu menelefon saya sebelum datang ke rumah untuk memberitahu supaya saya turun ke bawah untuk mengambil sendiri barang di van penghantaran barang bila dia tiba di situ, sepatutnya penghantar barang hanya akan telefon sekiranya ketiadaan org di rumah dan letak notis pemberitahuan di pintu rumah. saya juga kecewa di sebabkan sikap penghantar barang ini, saya terpaksa tinggal anak kecil di rumah untuk mengambil bungkusan yang besar. sikap seperti ini amat tidak bertanggungjawab jika ada sebab- sebab lain lagi seperti wanita mengandung perlu menggangkat sendiri barang yang berat dan lain-lain lagi. Hal ini sudah terjadi beberapa kali. Harap ada perubahan selepas ini.

ITEM STILL NOT DELIVERED (ERA666503115MY)

I have a parcel from Seremban to Kota Kinabalu. Tracking Number is ERA666503115MY.

The status of the parcel (Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office) has been the same since 19th November 2019.
I have even gone to my local Pos Laju office on 24th November 2019 to seek for help, they told me that it would take 3 working days MAXIMUM to solve this issue.

It has been 4 days now and the status is still the same. I called Pos Laju helpline but I kept getting my call on hold saying that all customer service officers are busy and even waited for 10 mins without getting a customer service officer to me.

Pos Laju, please do something about this matter. Help a brother out please.
