Parcel stuck kat hub

Parcel saya EP429251071MY stuck di hub dari 4.9.2018.
Hari ni check masih tak gerak lagi.
Mohon pihak poslaju ambil tindakan segera dgn menghantar parcel kepada penerima dengan segera.
Saya pos pada 3.9.2018.
Biasanya poslaju ambil masa sehari atau 2 hari shj , tapi ni dah 4 hari. Pos dlm selangor shj takkn ambil masa selama 4 hari. Terima kasih

LAMANYA BARANG 'PROCESS' DAH 5 HARI TUNGGU MASIH SAMA LAGI STATUS. JANGAN BAGI ALASAN BARANG BANYAK. KERJA KORANG, BUATLAH DGN BETUL. CUSTOMER BISING JANGAN TANYA KENAPA KALAU KERJA PUN MCM HARAM. Item not received because poslaju courier delivered to different address

I ordered item from Lazada Malaysia.The item was delivered by poslaju courier.Now my item was delivered to the wrong person and address.I check my lazada address and confirm that it have the right address.I received a SMS from the person that received my parcel.I called the person but he or she didn't even answer.I then go to poslaju sitiawan to get assistance.They just ask me to go to address given which is a shop to get my parcel.When I reach the shop,the shop was closed.I called the person but he or she didn't even answer the phone.Does Poslaju have such lousy customer service?Do they even check the name when they deliver the parcel?Not to mention when I showed the address on my phone to one of the poslaju sitiawan staff,she just took my phone and went inside and I waited for a long time...Is this how poslaju treat your customer?

Poor Service

Parcel Tracking Number: EP487284600MY

The delivery person called me to attempt to deliver the parcel to my house, as the delivery person was lost for directions. I informed him to give my wife a while to come out as she need to put a scarf over her head, about a few minutes only. When she came out to look for him, no one was in sight.

She received a message from the website after about 5 minutes of searching for him. The message reads, the item could not be delivered and would need to go to PosLaju Johor Bharu to collect the item.


PosLaju Johor Bharu have numerous branches, yet the delivery guy did not even specify which branch he drop off my item.


I am very frustrated at the attitude of the delivery guy and his irresponsible way of handling my parcel.
I had to run several places before I manage to track my parcel.
I am giving this feedback so that they can improve the service standards and give assurance to the customers.

Saya ingin tahu mengapa barang saya hantar ke office kapar sedangkan alamat penghantaran saya ke kuala selangor?
Penjual barang kata barang telah ditulis dalam alamat yang betul.

Saya minta jasa baik poslaju untuk tracing keberadaan barang saya untuk double confirmation dan hantar barang saya ke alamat yang betul.

My items until now haven't received yet.

I order barang I on 16th July from official Body Shop suppliers, and I expected a smooth transitions. Since it was on Lazada, they stated fhe estimate duration of when my items will be dispatched to me. It stated there that i should be receiving my items on between 20-22th of July and today already is 25th. I contacted the Body Shop page itself regarding this issue because I paid for the item. Kalau tak bayar lg, tak kisah. Ni semua dah settle.

But, when I checked my item yesterday, it said it couldn't be detected like serious ah. Tried it again hours later, and it seems like my items was stuck at the delivery facility since 20th of July. Sampai selarang. Lahai, kau nak simpan barang orang buat harta pusaka kau ke post laju? Please, fix this problem before I get down at the office myself.

My items until now haven't received yet.

Wrong delivered&not being entertained

On 10th Jul 2018, I did my payment from " XXst stret", and On 13th Jul, I received this msg that my parcel had been delivered to " Bagan" where my address is Sri Petaling. I have been email -ing to the se" XX st Stret" and poslaju ( since poslaju 1300 is busy every single second), but no word from poslaju at all.

POS LAJU PETALING JAYA didn't send my EMS parcel to me!

I am writing regarding of one of my parcel from Hong Kong by using Speedpost Express (EMS) which is pay extra to get the parcel in a short duration instead of normal post. (EA253082086HK)

My friend has sent the parcel on 6th of July and as per scheduled the parcel should be received by 10th or 11th of July but unfortunately it has been delayed until today (13th July 2018) haven’t got any news yet!

I have been called to customer care line for 5 times and each time spent me at least 30 minutes waiting period on the phone. Finally there were someone answered the calls and the staff told that I will be receiving the parcel by 11th July before 6:30pm. It’s sad that I did not received anything until 12th July I called to customer care line that I’ll be collecting the parcel at Poslaju PJ by myself and informed that the parcel to be ready by 7pm. I have been waiting for an hour after my turn to collect the parcel and the staff told me to wait again after 2 hours another staff “claims that she already asked me to go back”. If your staffs are unable to proceed for me why aren’t they inform earlier and asked me to wait for nothing for 2 hours?

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Called customer care line on 13th July for 2 times to complained about the issue but didn’t got any actions taken or feedbacks by Poslaju.

I had been heard a lot of bad comments and the same issues happened in Poslaju PJ but did not expect that it can be happen to me. As for the EMS, I would be expected to receive my parcel on time since I had already paid for the extra cost, if your esteemed company unable to do it please do not provide this service or we, our consumers would require your esteemed company to pay for the refund or compensate.

Last but not least, I really hope that your esteemed company will take this matter seriously as I am one of the “victim” and I do believe that there are many out there could not receive parcel on time as they expected.

delay parcel poor service

this status obviously state that the parcel arrive at bm poslaju on 16/7, but when I go to ask, they say cant find my parcel and maybe still at prai logistic, maybe they scan wrongly, how come all parcel go to prai logistic, before that just can find on poslaju bm , this make the parcel delay a lot, and they still do not update me as they promise, and the status do not update also, so where my parcel and when can I get it? already 5 days.

ITEM IS NOT DELIVERED SINCE JUNE

Hi,

Item had sent out on 05 Jun 2018, 09:17:05 PM, but until now i had not receive the item. when i call poslaju they keep on ask me to wait and its almost 1 month still never receive my item. Please check what is going on? Poslaju are not taking responsible for whats going on.
