NO RECORD.

Hello. Ive been posting my parcel for the last thursday hoping that it will deliver at its destination on the next week. On tuesday perhaps. I went back to the website to track my item, suddenly no record found. I dont even know where is the item located now. Why is this happen? Please help!

Track no record and not yet received my parcel

Dear POS Malaysia
Why until now i still not yet received my parcel? Can you guys work out with more efficiently?the parcel posted before gawai and raya....but 3weeks gone... I still not yet get my parcel...eventhough track also can't..and it's show no record found...how come like this...and the best most important one.....stil need to wait how long i just can received my things?

Delay in delivery

Hi. My brother sent 3 parcels from Kota Kinabalu on 11/6/18. 1 for my dad in Ipoh Perak, 1 to me in Bukit Bintang & another one to my sister in Putrajaya. While my dad had his item delivered to him on 13/6/18, myself & my sister has not received ours until todate 18/6/18. Upon checking, noted that it only reached Cheras today. Please advice on the reason for delay as we were promised its 'NEXT DAY DELIVERY' where service charge of RM11.xxx is also made for each one of it. Failure on valid reason within next 2 days will cause me to launch an official complaints to Consumer Court. Hope the above clarifies.

Barang lambat sampai

Tolong lh poslaju hntr barang saya tu hrini atau esok.... knp stay kat parcel hub tu lama sangat buat apa kat situ dah seminggu tk sampai juga..... lain kali tukar nama poslaju kepada poslembab kalau nama tu orang faham lh knp lambat sampai....

Item not delivered!!

It’s clearly stated in the picture that my item has reached KL early June. The expected deliver date was 7th of June. It’s been more than a week and there’s no update on where my item is. Have to wait everyday for the product. Please send it as soon as possible!!

Why is it so slow

The online seller had posted my item at 11/6/2018. Based on the status, my item already reached poslaju branch in my area since 1.40pm at 12/6/2018. How come they didn't try to deliver my item today?

Parcel stuck at HUB untuk dipos ke Selayang

Kenapa poslaju tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalah apabila barang yang hendak dipos terlampau banyak sebelum musim perayaan aidilfitri? Sudah 2 minggu barang saya di HUB.

Sepatutnya syarikat poslaju yang sudah lama bertapak dan lebih arif lagi tentang penghantaran, tidak akan ada masalah seperti ini. Tidak cukup tenaga pekerja? Jadi, upah pekerja lebih ramai lagi, supaya dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini.

Kami bayar kos penghantaran, sepatutnya kami dapat hak kami. Apabila sudah jadi macam ini, pekerja poslaju membuat penghantaran, kami tiada di rumah memandangkan hari raya sudah dekat, penghantaran gagal diterima pelanggan, kami terpaksa pergi menapak tuntut barang kami. Disitu bazir tenaga, masa dan duit.

Jadi, tolonglah jangan susahkan kami. Sila tingkatkan kualiti, jangan kuantiti je yang banyak tetapi kualiti tiada.
